Those who can There is no path and there is no one to attain anything. One way or another you have to get glimpses on that, because if you don't, you'll always seek, and you'll always think you are separate from it. Hence the endless seeking, the endless chase, of something that can't be thought of. But you will do it, again and again, untill your sense of self has been eroded enough to gives you the insight that you already are it even if you can't see and feel it. So you have to fuck up your identity to realize there is none in the first place, this part is difficult and can take a long time since you still think you are those emotions/thoughts. Basically you just meditate a lot, and slay the inner demon you fear the most, to realize that fear, just like any others emotions and beliefs are illusory/relatively true in nature. After that it is still challenging, even more than before, but since you don't attach your sense of self to those things, in a sense it is easier. At that point you change everything in your life, your diet, your friends, your job, where you live, you drop addictions you have, you spend more and more time doing nothing except being alive and realizing it's more fulfilling than anything else. It is not easy and it is not pleasant, it will drive you mad, and you will suffer a lot in the beginning. Everyone can do it, if they are brave enough to accept that cost, and everyone can be brave if they chose to. https://www.trinfinityacademy.com/courses/enlightenment-1-part-1-introduction-course/ -

Facing your inner demons, your beliefs, your habits, your sense of self. These things are way more epic than any video game you could ever play. This is the real game, which you are playing on yourself. Having glimpses about it is more satisfying than anything you could ever do in your life. So how does the real thing could be ? Probably, something along the line of infinite corporal and emotional orgasms, if you go really, really DEEP. So start the real game, just 20 minutes of meditation everyday and 1 hour of the course linked in my signature every week. Will be enough as a start

What would be life If I didn't have a brain ? What would life be If I didn't have any sensations ? What If I'm inside myself ? What is there beyond this body/mind ? -

Just done a walking meditation of 1 hour, everytime I was perfectly still, the monkey mind striked instantly like a woman who didn't have an orgasm in a year. That was literally that hardcore. -

You won't need to believe it, you will feel it. Don't worry, you can't go back if you go far enough. -

You got to find your life purpose, like that you could "Chill out and do what you like (even though it will challenging as fuck)" for the rest of your life. -
Addicted since I'm 3. After 1 year of meditation and hardcore mindfulness work, I only start to become handle it and diminishing it (at least 1 hour of self-development/spirituality for 1 hour of VG). So if you're not too much addicted yet (like less than 1 hour per day), watch out. Thank god Dark Souls came out, at least I learned to never give up from this addiction

Happiness/Peace is more valuable than every things that we could gain anyway. I would rather live in a cell all my life, in the dark, totally happy, rather than being totally free with all the money, girl, fame that is possible to experience (and obviously being inconscious). @Real Eyes Except being aware of it, nothing. As long as you keep observing your thoughts/habits patterns without judging them, you'll make progress. It may seem that you will make a step back sometimes (and it will happen), but actually it's what you need to realize you have to do two step further (and you will too).

That means that I'll do 90 minutes of consciousness work for 30 minutes of stuff. I sleep 6 hours, 2 hours for eating/cleaning/etc, 16 hours left, so I'll do AT LEAST 8 hours of meditation per day on my day off, 4 when I have to work. Before that I was doing half, it's time to get shit done !

Depends if it's a need or a want. That makes all the difference, so figure it out. If it's a need, definitely don't seek for it and reject if the occasion comes If it's a want, figure out if there not more important things to do with your life right now.

I will begin before and after, now it's meditation 75% of the time at least

Nofap can have or not have lots of benefits. The one benefit that everyone has though, is the constant sexual energy flowing in your body. After 3/4 weeks, if you don't have some purpose to channel it, you will crave pussies like a drug addict. This has the advantage to give you the most powerful energy there is, which is sexual energy, and you can do whatever the fuck you want with it. Try to meditate while you're so horny that you think your balls will explode. That's a powerful moment, especially if you can move the energy in all your body. It's not just about being able to control yourself, it's also about being fucking epic at what you do.
