Get me out of here !!!
-
It it's nonsense, you're just confused about it, as we all were and as most people still are. Love as society describe it in movies and shows is a very poor substitute of what love really is. "True" love is way beyond that, and it isn't about one or several people, it's about everyone and everything. You aren't seeking love at that point, you ARE love. And it's nothing mysterious, and it's not behind the scene, it's there everywhere and at anytime. If you get very still you can experience that, it's not hard, it just require courage and patience.

Because if you don't, you'll just stay inconscious. Inconscious lifestly is: Smoking because it's cool (Cancer) Getting married because society says you should (Unhappy marriage and kids with mental issues) Having lots of sex with random people because it shows you're cool (STD/unwanted children) Being rich, whatever the cost (neurosis) Being famous, whatever the cost (neurosis) Watching TV and playing video games all day (no time for self reflection) Junk Food (Health/Energy issues, also cancer) Watching/hear news all the time, and gossip about it (hate, ignorance and distress). Thinking about past and future all the time (suffering) Inconscious people tends (for the most part) to be closed-minded (hate, ignorance and suffering). They almost never take responsabilities for they actions (suffering) And they don't try to be their best self (suffering)

Irrelevant. Why would you care in the first place ? Because you don't get as much sex ? If you're half as good looking as you said, Tinder is your friend. Because they can get a relationship very quickly ? Yes and ? You think a relationship will make you happier ? Again, if you're half as good looking as you say, you know it's not true, well if you're honest with yourself of course. So why do you care ? Ask yourself this question FOR REAL, and untill you get a very very BAD feeling in the stomach, don't stop, because you didn't tell yourself the truth untill then. Then you will know, and don't be foolish, the answer to the problem won't be to be more successful with women (or whatever the answer), the real solution will be to look at that pain untill it totally dissolves and become a non-issue.

Realizing sex is just a distraction that your mind puts up in order to sustain the barrier it created between itself and happiness. Untill then, you will crave it, and it will never be enough. That's just an excuse, if it wouldn't be sex, then it would be success, or your look, or your bank account, there is literally millions of reasons not to be happy. The answer is to delve into your depression, to feel it totally, not repressing it or trying to get away from it. It's the only thing there is to do, but your will find all the excuses in the world not to do it, because deep down you need this pain, it makes you who you are, your very sense of identity is in it.

You're just needy, and being needy is the most disgusting trait to have if your goal is to attract women (which shouldn't be your goal anyway). Also, a relationship will never make you happy, not if you aren't already happy all by yourself, this can't and will never work. EVEN IF YOU GOT THE PERFECT GIRL, it still won't make you happy, not for very long ... The only way a relationship can work, is not only to be really masculine as a guy, but see through your ego bullshit and not letting it poison the relationship (assuming you find a girl who's healthy mentally). So stop wasting your energy chasing something that not only won't work, but will make you miserable in the process. Find happiness from within, THEN if a relationship comes, you can go with it, before that, it's just a dream that will never come true.

No one can answer that, it all depends which exercice resonate the most with you, so try them all for 1 week, then pick one. That's kind of a negative way to say it, but yeah, everything is just a reflection of you, there is nothing but you here. -
It was more about seeing how much energy you could gather rather than absolutely having to do it. So guys, any updates ?

If you really don't have time, just meditate, especially if you just started. Beware though, not having 1 hour of free time every day means you're probably lying to yourself, or that you really need it (too lazy or workaholic). -

@Ether Thank you ! 10:07 The rest of the video is quite funny too ^^ -
Taking care of your mental health, then your body (ideally both at the same time, but peace of mind is more important). This will naturally lead you towards self-realization, and ultimately towards unconditional love. This is really what you wants, not success, not what our society call love, and definitely not money. All those things, even life purpose (even though it should be your 2nd priority) aren't important, because even if you have it all, they will never be able to fulfill you. The only thing that can fulfill you is to realize you already are totally and utterly 101% fulfilled

Often times a guru has a specific way to teach, and this specific way is all about how HE discovered the truth himself. It's not that you can't find a guru that resonates a lot with you, it's just that you'll have to do things at least slightly differently, so in a sense it's pointless because you could do that without him. Knowing that, it also means that following a specific teaching from a specific teacher (only him), can totally block you in the path, because you may never get the particular way this teacher is trying to teach you. Also the only thing a guru can do is to point very precisely what presence is and how to experience it, and this is very difficult to do, almost impossible, because even if it's explained extremely simply, it is still overlooked and not understood. After you "got it", there is no need for a guru, it is totally and utterly pointless, because the only thing there is to "do", is to remain present, it's all there is to do really ... So don't be eager to meet a guru, just listen to Eckhart Tolle or some other teacher online that you kind of resonate with, that's enough. Now if you can meet one in real life, that's good, but don't expect him to help you more than a random video of Eckhart Tolle, that's not gonna happen. -
The best way for me to relax is to listen to some music/take a walk in nature, then do nothing.

Meditate 2 hours for 6 months, then meditation will be your natural state of experiencing life. By watching your thoughts without judgment, and if you do, watch your judgment without judgment ... The mind tends to become quiet when you are aware of it.

Only if you know what to practice. The number 1 problem in this path is that 99% don't practice what matters, and even if they do, they are still doing it wrong. -

1st stage: you think it's a concept 2nd stage: you think it's an experience 3rd stage: you think it's a shift in perception 4rd stage ... 5th stage: PROFIT !!! -

If you really wanted to, you would never come to this forum, you don't need to read or ask anything. The only thing there is to do is staying present and going deeper, everything else is mental masturbation/pointless activity you think you do to enlightened yourself, but that's just a big fat lie to keep the truth at bay. Meditation and self-inquiry are great, BUT not if you use them as an excuse to stay inconscious the rest of the day ... The point of these activities is to make you more alert of the importance of being conscious, they aren't the only time where you should allow yourself to be present, otherwise you're just tricking yourself here. -

There is no need for a specific technique. The point of meditation is just to be conscious. If someone tells you a certain technique is better than an another, it is only true in his experience, and it doesn't matter anyway. Just be conscious, be conscious of you thoughts, of your emotions, your body sensation ... Doesn't really matter, what matters is that you do it every day untill you are doing it without any intention. The line between meditation and normal consciousness will begin to blur, and eventually fade entirely. Just trust in the process, you will need faith, and i don't mean conceptual faith in a god or something, i mean faith in you, have faith in the intuition that makes you want to do it. -
Of course, that's how getting out of an addiction works. I'm hitting (probably, don't count anymore) the 30 days mark again and I want to fuck any attractive girl I see too ! If you pass that treshold though, it'll be ok, you won't even think of it most of the time, even when you see beautiful girls.

Two things: If you don't practice everyday, you'll soon forget and go full inconscious, that's the first reason why most people don't reach it. The second reason is they take it too seriously, which means they're still conceptualizing it, instead of simply being it. You need to get your practical shit together to make room for a peaceful and more comptemplative life, AND you need to raise your consciousness to better handle the shit you need to do/work on in your life. One does not go without the other.
