Just go on the reddit and the forum, you'll have plenty of report What I noticed in my experience is a huge boost in energy, clarity of the mind, and a tendancy to stop doing bullshit and useless shit that doesn't make me grow. Of course the other obvious benefit is that you naturally start to act like an alpha, without even trying. I speak, move and gaze way more confidently than before, and I'm not needy of women anymore, this role has been reversed lol I would'nt say It would be easy to pick up women, but I know that If I want to learn It's gonna be WAY easier, because I don't see women on a pedestal anymore. Also I found out that very few woman actually attract me for real, those who are hot but shallow only attract the lustfull part of me, and this side isn't in control anymore.
