Don't start with women, it's already hard enough to understand human beings. -

In my own experience As fast as your willingness to let go of your sense of self. There is really nothing else to do, except stopping feeding the illusion, and going deep in you to see it never existed. Which will kill you of course, until you laugh at how this was a just a big misunderstanding. But first, here goes some existential crisis, with a bit of terror and depression here and there, otherwise it would be too easy -
The question is not if it's possible, the question is why you would want to have one. Let's say you're a girl who's into meditation, yoga and spiritual retreat. What you love to do is basically relaxing and just being, quietly with few people around, if not alone with your dog. You eat healthy, you exercice everyday, in fact you love that so much that you got your yoga certificate and teach. Now you meet a guy, let's say Pete. Pete is into soccer, driving sport car, and going to clubs/bars with 10 friends every week-end. What he loves is basically doing something with his friends, generally with 6 or more. He drinks alcohol and smoke, rarely exercice, and he works as a stock broker, because to him the more money he has, the more stuff he can possess. Now, this an extreme example of two people, which despite their differences could still live together, but the question is why would they ? Why they don't want to be with someone which reflects what they loves to do ? It is because they were together prior to some of the drastic lifestyle changes, so they cling and can't let go. Or, they meet each other and are so needy that they would accept a mismatch relationship. Yes it can work, but why ? Why not go for the «perfect» relationship that you really want ? Why settle for less than what you desire deep in you ? Respect yourself !

When you're sure to go to a certain college, also start buying and reading the books they want you to have, take notes exactly like if you already were at college (learn to do it effectively on youtube). That alone will save you a lot of time.

You need a laptop with a good battery, one with a ssd harddrive, note that and ask the tech guy. The goal is to be able to use word and internet all day. You also need at least 40gb of space on the disk to save some files (windows already take 30). You should buy microsoft office to use onenote, it will save you so much time to organize what you wrote on word, instead of having dozens of word pages to open everytime you search something. You also need to look for what kind of help you can beneficiate as a student (appartment, food, job, etc...). Having an appartment near the college will save you a lot of time, I personally prefer just a chamber, it cost way less, which saves time since you have to work less (10 hours instead of 20). Whenever you're accepted in the college you want (or don't want, don't wait too much) you'll need to seek a college chamber right away if it's your choice, otherwise you'll may be forced to take an appartment.

I read that if you do nofap, dark room retreat, eat healthy, meditate everyday and kundalini yoga it's almost guarantee it happens. -

Are you doing shadow work on this ? Like forcing you to see you coming out again and again. Or seeing yourself getting rejected ? That's the technique I use whenever something bothers me. It's really painful, but it works great.

That's why so many people fail, they think about the superpowers or getting girls, but that is far from being enough to discipline yourself on the long run.

@Steph1988 you're right, if you just do nofap for the sake of it, you'll do some stupid shit. I played video game intensively for 30 days when I started, eating stupid shit almost everyday. Then I stopped, quitting gaming, starting to read, meditate, workout everyday. Now I have still too much energy in me, I can't even sleep, my dick and my mind doesn't let me too. So i guess you need to hit the gym even more, or fuck like a crazy monkey your gf at that point. There needs to be a long term vision if we want to succeed at this, it's very unlikely that you can get a long streak without one. Mine is pretty common, just being the best man possible, which includes sexual mastery, and without urges in control, there is no way I could ever master tantra. Not only that but I also want to awaken my kundalini, and use the energy to do whatever i feel fulfilling in the moment. Right now it's working out and studying for college/my psychology/spirituality. I personally don't see how one can achieve great things if he is addicted to porn or masturbation, that's so much energy wasted for a man that even if you do, imagine how much more you could have accomplish with a total mastery of your sexual energy ...

The point of not giving a fuck if you die too. Last lucid dream I had, I was laughing at it, like «ahahah it's how it end, ahah so stupid » Also you feel the pain entirely, but since you don't identify to the body, it's like the pain doesn't really exist anyway, so who cares. -
It is way less physical than other yoga don't worry.
