@WorknMan I was thinking about Strong determination sitting I wish I found a shorter video to just explain the posture, because it's really simple (you just meditate normally with this posture). I don't remember if he says it, but wear something very comfortable/not tight (definitely not a jeans), Becouse the posture is already quite painful for most people.
