  3. @Jack River Why can't you stay on topic ? It's like you have prepared all sorts of random spiritual sentences, and then you just copy past them on every new thread
  4. Can't you use the force and beat me with a stick to force me to meditate more master ?

  8. Because you don't know what you are, and everything you've experienced so far is temporary. Deep down you know you can't be something that change, hence the seeking. Everybody does this, by seeking completion in relationships/sex/money/fame/raw pleasure/religion/science/sport ... Then some people go directly to the source when they are fed up by those ineffective ways to be happy. Consider yourself lucky lol
  9. Just stop being a fucking brat and open your self righteous/narcicisstic and arrogant mind. You're not helping anyone by staying like this, not even yourself.
  10. Doesn't matter. The simple fact that you hold a belief so tightly that you refuse to entertain its opposite is closed mindedness. You can't truly inquire anything as long as you're closed minded.
  11. Well go to a church, they will tell you that you will go to hell if you cheat on your wife lol
  12. You need to put some 5-Meo in your ass, or do some hardcore retreat, then you'll stop bullshitting yourself like that. Or don't and suffer the rest of your life, your choice.
  13. There is nothing to reincarnate into. What the Buddha really meant when he was talking about reincarnation is the perpertual identification to the body and mind. But of course, his disciples didn't understood that (like in any other religion) and started to imagine all kinds of things about everything he said ------> Current Buddhism full of dogmas.
  14. I was pretty damn sure that I had a choice to make back then though.
  15. What are you trying to say ? That I'm too much of a coward ?
  16. Now that I had a bit of time to think, It's mostly fear. 1 year ago when I was meditating several hours per day, I had to face 5 times death, both in my dreams and in "reality". I can't really explain this, but I knew that If I let go at those precise moment I would die for good. After this, I stopped meditating that much, but at that time I just rationalize this by having other things to do.
  17. The sad/funny thing is that I'm pretty sure that if I take a full week where I just stay in this state from morning to evening it would be done. But noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, everytime a good excuse
  18. Do you make your heart beat ? Do you make your hairs grow ? Do you make you digestive system work ? Do you make your blood circulate ? Doesn't feel like it right ? It is happening regardless of "you". Do you make your thoughts appear ? Hummmm Do you make your breath rise and fall ? Hummmmmmm Do you make your body move ? Hummmmmmmmmm It does feel like it RIGHT ?! Hummmmmmmmmmmm Why would those things could be felt as if you were doing it, but not everything else ? After all, you almost never put your attention to your breath and it works fine. When you walk in the street watching your phone, your body moves just fine without any input coming from you. And if you've done some meditation, you realized that you don't control what thoughts you will have too. So why does it feel like you're doing those things. Could it be that you're creating an illusion of control ? Could it be that those sensations of ownership are thoughts themselves ?
