To get safety literally in the body do the Inner smile. Do the heart for 5 minutes. then the other organs you can do from 1 minute to 5 minutes. After doing the inner smile you can say to the positive loving energy “stay with me” you could even say that after each organ. Love is the highest order of safety there is. You can also work on your belief system to stop your fear. Fear only turns up because you think it’s important emotion to show up.

@Majed It is hard to suggest what spirituality to you it just seem you are fear based about anything spirituality. If you feel like you wouldn’t be fear based about channelling material. Maybe you can look into that. Meditation itself is just focusing on the breath. If you apply negative connotations to it, it can create negative outcomes. For some reason I feel like suggesting to you to pray towards being that you feel like would be very loving, caring and healing. For example of Jesus Christ who you can summon by calling him his actual name Jeshua. Mabye look up a names of angels and choose what you seem is best. From this, you can then ask the angel to turn your meditation into a positive outcome and it will be so if you feel into the positivity.

@SimpleGuy to really lock in. Do a meditation of where you imagine doing the actions in order to complete a said goal. Do this for 10 minutes as soon as you wake up and 10 minutes before you sleep. Then throughout day re-correct yourself if you find yourself becoming non locked-in.

You can then turn this light into any positive emotion. Get very good at this. You can keep this up for 45 minutes and it’s like an MDMA trip. i’ve actually done the flaming sword practice on MCAT which is very similar to MDMA it just doesn’t last as long. And I can confirm to you that the high is just the same if you’re very concentrated and really developed your light summoning muscles.

Don't bet the house on it I would say. I still pay into a retirement. Even though I’m 99% sure they’re gonna show up next year. But that 1% makes me want to still put money into retirement even though I do have the option to stop doing this.
