materialist answer is better education better infrastructure so people can develop themselves to be better people in society. With a high about of work you should also listen to what your body needs. You probably want to meditate but you may not realise that at first. Just try something like 10 minutes of meditation while listening to some guided meditation that isn’t focusing on the breath or an object like just be. Try really surrender into just relaxing into it this will probably be what your body wants. You don’t wanna do a meditation where you really have to focus. If you can in the morning, try to do five minutes of inner smile and microcosmic orbit they’re quite short and not so physically the demanding. But yet very effective even just five minutes. If you’re gonna do the inner smile do it in this order heart, spleen, lungs, liver then kidneys. For some reason the guided meditations on YouTube don’t do it correct I don’t know why.

@Ima Freeman realise the brain only stores stuff that’s actually important. When you study some material, try to somehow convey yourself this is important to remember and oh would you look at that the brain starts to work! Also try to study materials three times this is because it can store in your mind for months. try something like this 1. Study the materials while writing them down. 2. Read over the materials. And make bullet points. 3. Read the bullet points as the last thing you study in that day. I found that extremely effective.

You should definitely bother trying to work out if this is right. If you’re interested in spiritual development, it’s not a great city. In fact some spiritual people have said it’s the most low vibration place on Earth. Instead of which city to go to I would recommend thinking what you want to do in life and spending a lot of time on that. Spent huge amount of time, this is what Leo would recommend.

@Bashar omg it’s Bashar! Cool thing pointing that out. I didn’t know it existed. I used to ask ChatGPT what would Bashar say to quesions, and it had good answers. Then they did an update and every single time I asked that question they stated that Bashar is a fiction and then would proceed with the trash answer. 🙃

They were like a super bright star they would shine then disappear moving sometimes slow sometimes fast. One time it made me jump and the second I jumped it instantly disappeared. I wonder if people agree with me the core of what it means for someone to be right wing is just not there anymore. In fact, what court do they have every single situation they seem to change their core values? Look at what they’re talking about with Charlie Kirk now how they need to ban free speech, but yet only a little while ago they were very pro free speech. The right wing is supposed to be sticking to moral values. Usually oldschool moral values. Mike Pence is an interesting example because he actually is right wing and he actually has some moral values some what of course he’s still highly deluded. But he was willing to go against Trump just because he knows Trump is completely evil. Now though it seems like everyone who is in power with Trump has no moral values and they don’t have any integrity. I could go on and on and on about case examples I’m just wondering if people agree with me.
