I'm reuploading :). I think that's something I'm working on.

Thanks for the comment. I completely get that and I think maybe my message didn't come across properly in this video. I was just trying to give people a taste of what they should be grateful for as they grow further and further into the nature of existence but maybe I'll redo a video like this to make it more clear what I meant. You can only truly be grateful when you are letting go of beliefs, ideas and our sense of separation that holds us back from seeing it.

This is an important topic so please could anyone reply to this as soon as possible. I've essentially been doing conciousness work for a while now and the further I go the more I crave to get rid of further delusion and discover the ultimate truth. I feel like I will have to take huge risks in the process and possibly hurt loved ones such as my girlfriend since I have just recently had a discussion with her about this. We are clearly going to take different paths since I at willing to go extremely unconventional in terms of every choice I make to find it so I will also maybe have to leave her as well as many other things. it's a major intuition so I am just wondering if anyone has any ideas that might help this situation out. Also nearly every intuition of mine is a direct rebelling against societal norms. There are two sides to this coin and every choice has a consequence but I just want to make sure this is a rational thing to do. Would appreciate any comment cheers

A lot of what you say is something I'm going to question with self inquiry since this is very useful. I can't claim 100% that I have not been deceiving myself with some of the ideas in my subconscious. I notice I love the fact I'm so rebellious to anything that's considered mainstream so I definitely need to look into this more. I think my mind likes to validate it's self by standing out and not being like my parents or family especially since they live traditional lives and maybe trauma made me dismiss anything like that. Maybe it's a little bit of the catalyst for getting involved in spiritual edeavours but again can't make a claim until I investigate. I have a rejection for anything judgemental or shallow in my mind also and I think I have an extreme good person complex to work on. Not wanting to hurt my partner whilst also having an attachment to the things I get from the relationship is something I notice within. I also try trick myself into thinking I'm more unconditionalally loving then I am a lot. Hmm maybe your onto something and I'm denying something inside because of these beliefs . My mind is very paradoxical with these matters. I both like and dislike rationality. I notice my distaste for the way western society is obsessed with the rational mindset so I guess that is linked to the rebellious nature to boost my self worth. I think the hard part with finding out what you want and don't want is kind of worrying in the back of your mind which is genuine desire or not. This is seriously so helpful thank you for this advice I'll work on it and update what I find out. -
I truly believe all forms of art are a brilliant way to awaken people and see life in completely new ways. Of course most people watch low quality films usually that don't actually improve them in anyway but for me personally watching films surprisingly actually began my path towards development & truth. Watching films like Cloud Atlas, Into the Wild, Her, Donnie Darko, Mr Nobody, American Beauty, Waking Life, The Double, The Truman Show, Eternal Sunshine of a spotless mind, 2001: a space Odyssey and more have completely shaped my view on reality, opened my mind and made me see that there is more to life than meets the eye and also helped me become more conscious in my actions so what I'm saying here is although most entertainment is counterproductive for development there are a few exceptions. Art can be a great thing even fiction sometimes. I'd like to know your favourite movies that changed your life in a certain way and why?

I have edited the comment so reply to that if you want. Are you vegetarian or not? -

I have eaten meat and non vegetarian food before and see the difference. I know personally that a plant based diet improves performance with meditation and pretty much anything else I just can't claim this to be the same with everyone since I only experience one perspective on reality at least at this time I think people should stop eating animals but I do not judge others if they do. -
I can't say because I'm aspiring to be a coach also I will say that the best thing is to just take action right now to move towards the desired goal. Just do it as they say. I've noticed theorizing is a huge trap for most people to not do anything at all especially me so now I just do trail and error since I prefer that method. Right now I am a public speaker at events about the things I experienced and learnt over the course of my life and working on the skill whilst building a name doing that. Every time I speak people are interested for more from me so I have been setting up things like social media and talking about my lifestyle advice on here too. Basically I'd say try build a name for yourself now rather than spending years getting fancy PhDs and training then to do it. I believe people already have amazing talents to share to the world but a lot of people are afraid they are only ready at this fantasy point when they now have a piece of paper to prove it. I personally think its silly mindset and what happens is the time where we are ready never comes. Know what makes you unique and work on what message you want to say and work from there. Take time learning in alternative ways rather then the mainstream like reading, meditation, self inquiry anything that helps you learn more to be honest. That's my advice but weather you agree or not I hope it helps someone. Check out my channel btw and if your ever make one I will gladly collaborate with you since we have a similar dream.

Why is everyone getting so defensive about there beliefs. There is nothing right or wrong so it doesn't matter if you are vegan or eat meat as your not better or worse because of that. Look there is clearly a consequence of animal agriculture that a lot of people on the forum are culturally biased too which I think many of you should try open your mind too even if it causes tough resistance. I know how many people hate vegans or vegetarians as much as people dislike feminism so I can see a lot of these comments are simply egoic reactions. A lot of the reason why people are so closed minded to not eating animals is due to cultural beliefs and we all know even from Leo's video how hard it can be to let go of our ideas from society. On the other hand to you who are upset by these people who eat meat just see that all your doing is causing yourself suffering by making these moralistic story's of how people shouldn't do this or that. It's important to try help the planet and reduce the suffering for all beings but there's no point to suffer on your journey. Personally I do not eat any animal products but I'm not defending either side. Both are just as valid forms of living as the other. There is no such thing as a spiritual diet so calm down and just do as your intuition tells you. It knows best -

I have seen Spirited Away (my favourite animated film and it introduced me to animation), Fight Club and Groundhog day. The other films I will check out. Princess Mononoke is one I've been interested in for a while now to check out. Thanks for the list. -

How to be happy? Everyone is seeking happiness through mostly material gains but the question is how do you truly be happy? In this video I will teach you the secret to true happiness although it’s not what you think. Happiness is not a thing to be acquired in the external world but the very essence of your being. The secret to true happiness is living every day in the moment. It’s about letting go of all of your ideas, beliefs and ideologies of how the world is supposed to work rather than what is. We take life way too seriously and that’s the very simple reason most people aren’t happy. They are closed minded to the possibilities of the vulnerability and play that once existed in all of us as children. You see what most people don’t realise, due to simply not being conscious enough to notice, is that life is no different from the dream state. When we dream we know longer have conceptual awareness of our waking state and vice versa but whilst in the dream it feels so real. So the point towards happiness is trying to see reality lucidly. Once you become aware of the silliness of life you can truly live it and be happy. The problem is most people are so consumed by conditioning that it’s difficult for them to see this truth but with the proper techniques and daily habits you can implement this and as you do feel happier. Meditation is one way to do this. As we watch our thoughts, feelings and sensory based world we begin to notice illusions our mind creates so it’s a great tool to see how you’re limiting your happiness potential. Self inquiry is similar as you question your mindset and question why you’re causing your own suffering. The best way to become more aware and free from your serious and destructive attitude is to live more open and do the things that bring you the most joy. As you do things that bring out your inner child you will begin to open up to happiness and feel happier in every moment. In the video I go a little more in depth about this and an example of how to be happy and the secret of happiness.

Thank you for the response Emerald and taking your time to write this. I really appreciate it. Im wondering what background you think would suit my content? I thought I had that aspect covered but maybe not so much Yeah I do share similarities to Ralph Smart and his style although one thing I try to do is be more direct and practical then him. Good advice though I'll try my best to not take too much from them. I'd say you stand out pretty well so no need to worry about being too much like Leo Looking forward to your next video by the way.

Oops my bad. Haha a public speaking mentor mentioned that to me that it's pretty much the thing I need to work on and maybe taking pauses to help the audience breath haha. I get too passionate sometimes I get carried away. I'll work out it but thank you for the comment

Hey guys, If you need help on living a life true to you and being the most authentic version of yourself then here is my advice that might help you out. If your struggling with overcoming opinions of others or what they think of you then this will also benefit you. I hope you enjoy and feel free to comment.

I'd agree as those are great tips. Only thing I will add is obviously a self inquiry and meditation habit. The evidence is clear on how overtime this can decrease levels of anxiety in mind blowing ways. Psychedelics (you can't disprove the effect of something if you haven't tried it) might also help you out but if you smoke weed maybe get rid of that and try something else since that has different effects on a variety of different people. Some people can feel more anxious taking it. You need to truly take initiative in creating daily habits that benefit your end goal. It takes time and isn't a overnight quick fix so stick to these for at least 6 months then come back and update us.

This film is just creatively mind blowing. I think its great you mentioned this as people should watch more films like this even if it is a little melancholic as the title suggest -

I thought you was talking about the m.night shyamalan movie then... I'm glad it was just the show Yeah I've seen bits of it when I was younger. I like the part where he opens all of his chakras with that yogi. -

Think Leo said it the best. The best advice to truly see that materialism doesn't fulfil you is to experience having the things you once craved and seeing your emotional state has not changed. I notice that a lot of people who believe either fame, sex, love or anything else will complete them have not experienced those things themselves. The problem is that you might waste a lot of time to seek them just to realise that it was a fraud game all along so I recommend contemplating why you need them without seeking relationships for years. If you look back on your unsuccessful relationships though you will notice that its not that the fact that they are bad and you need to find the one "good"one but that maybe you were relying on them to fill a hole inside you. I have been through this process so that is why I'm telling you because even though I could see my whole life how lots of material things or fame didn't work for happiness I was definitely conditioned by the culture I am in to believe after you find your soul mate is when I can be happy. OH BOY how I was woken up to a rude awakening... A lot of the things your told you need for happiness are false. Look deeply into yourself and discover what we are telling you here as its probably one of the best insights to have. I wish you the very best on your journey.
