Okay, if you can read past the explanation about emotion you will find its connection the perception of the truth as well as an in depth explanation of truth itself. A correct perspective is a truthful perspective. Any inaccurate take is falsehood; in fact, why is it that so many lies are know rather than falsehood's polar opposite? The answer is within emotions and people's interpretation of them. People often assumed that their strong emotions justified their ideas, actions, and conditions. But let's get one thing straight before I really begin on this topic, emotions are used to prepare yourself with proper tactic in the survival of the fittest. The emotion you literally see (hallucination from your animal instinct) a physical thing coated with is only what your brain associated it with based on consistent past experience. The happiness you seem to sense someone's smile is laced with is what the brain identifies as profitable and safe. To see a picture of a spider and almost see the chaos of alertness that danger is nigh is similar. Multiple experiences with this will teach the instinct the inertness of a picture. Emotions are meant to motivate but thought discerns whether the emotion's "suggestion" is the right approach. Anger due to an offense is meant to help you attack so that the other members of the "pack" do not consider you tolerating it to be a weakness so that they forestall you. Now about truth, consider the emotions you feel toward opinion, futile tradition, and concepts to be a misleading take. The problem with people is that they waste thought and act on emotion with misleading motivation. Thought and the mind itself is for tactic and action. Not being sad wasting desire by remembering a past wrong dealt to you. The cause of most suffering is actually wasted desired. Truth is what nature operates on (because nothing illogical has ever happened). Therefore truth is logical; and because truth is logical and nature operates off of logic, it is only natural that the link between nature and truth suggests a link within those things of existence. This means that we can understand existence better by finding comparisons which are present throughout nature. For instance a three stage link such as reproduction and the process of plant growth. A man is the planter and the woman is the earth, after a period of time the "earth" gives forth the "fruit of the womb". Thus the etymological relevance is obvious because a man's "seed" is better understood. By learning in this fashion you can "cram" much easier. I am convinced that you can find anything in the universe if you can grasp the information necessary about two subjects. The logic which links the universe together is found similarly to how you can see three hundred different faced humans and still know they are human. Also, consider chaos to be supposed order zoomed in on, just as pointillism which seems disorderly appears to be a solid to insufficient vision from a distance. The same basics, but a different subject. The reason is because logic is the foundation of the universe. This is why, in the christian faith, Christ (Eashoa Msheekha) is described as the way; because truth is the proper manner of establishing. Christ is also described as the life; because things cannot exist without him. Christ is also described as the truth and the firstborn of creation because the foundation is supposed to be the first thing set by the builder (The Father). The steady foundation is described as the rock which is firm. To summarize the bible's relevance in finding truth, even the miracles have a meaning in how the universe operates so that anyone with wisdom can see, not myths, but scientifically accurate evidence. The entire properly translated bible is filled with those "links" found about the universe and as well as psychology, sociology, and other areas of study. To prove that the information I "rediscovered" was actually with the ancients, read a quote by Thomas Aquinas who said, "All the efforts of the human mind cannot exhaust the essence of a single fly." This means that a well trained scientists can find any "truth" desired if they can find enough information about a cow and a pencil. These findings may also aid people in understanding so-called schizophrenics who often seem to talk about things which seem unrelated as though they were related. Now, truth even according to the bible is not just what is in the bible (contrary to what the bible thumping fake set pastor behind a pulpit). A verse in the bible says, "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things.". Therefore I say, to all of those close minded "so-called" christians, it is only right that the bible said there would be few real christians in the last days, because its true. The truth is that ALL THINGS TRUE ARE ACCEPTABLE. Even Thomas Aquinas said that the catholics disbelieved the scientists who wanted to provide logical proof of god. Now, about that verse I quoted, remember what Aristotle said, "It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it." I quote this so that you don't think I'm some fanatic and so that you know this topic has basis on truth rather than futile tradition, close mindedness, and religious rant. This website isn't for that. Now, according to my knowledge, just as how two chemicals react to each other, it is the same between two people. People are like the distanced view of pointillism, yet their reactions remain reactions nonetheless. Consider your name to be the name of a chemical and people who seek you are on the trail to reaction. As though God were conducting a science experiment according to the laws of truth just like the beginning of creation along with your free will which is never able to conduct something illogical. This is why predestination is correct. In terms of science, every reaction becomes a stimulus and the response must be a logical reaction.

I personally know that you are wrong by experience. I know that by videotape my body made only movements i remember making, rather than movements I was unaware of. I do have free will even though some may say otherwise. My book deals much with this and maybe I'll get noticed because of my work. I already solved the age old question "do we live in the best of all possible worlds"

Try. Thought about thought is only more thought. Without thought the animal instincts wouldn't allow you to move because you could not discern. This is why people become frozen in fear upon excitement, they become dumbfounded. Dumbfoundedness is simply loss of train of thought and not knowing how to respond (which would be the result of no thought. So, therefore, you are wrong. The existence of the self is obvious because of the doer of your actions. If you chop off your hand, the "you" still exists. If you lose a portion of your brain, the "you" still exists. Therefore, movement from you evidences the "self" and because movement is not spiritually bad, obviously you have a wrong interpretation of what value the go is or a wrong definition. I find that subconscious movement is actually really quickly chosen conscious movements. They often happen because people consider habitually enacted techniques because they refuse to endure the slightest of suffering. But suffering is of the mind whereas pain is of the body. So it is naturally insane to physically respond as an interaction with or fix for a psychological condition (like suffering). So there is no harm and yet a fix in actually doing my advice rather than criticizing it. What i thought was subconscious movement actually turned out to be really quickly chosen conscious movements when my consciousness increased and I became more aware.

Be distracted by all your senses. Do not be distracted by one sense in particular. If you focus too much on one thought and/or emotion, can you be aware of all your senses to the degree you are focus on those? Do not focus on one sense, thought, or emotion to the extent that you are distracted from any of the other senses. What seems like chaos is actually order at a distance just as pointillism seems like an orderly solid from a distance. If you get past your animal instincts and focus on all of your senses while being aware of thought and/or emotion, you will be very aware. The truth is that resisting your senses is what decreases awareness. Your senses are attracting you like five women each flirting and courting you, if you resist one, it will leave; if you focus too much on one, the others will feel distant because you did not listen for so long. Don't be an ass. Don't resist your senses. Feel your senses. Experience your thoughts. If they are unwanted, do not resist them or engage in them and do not be for or against them. Become indifferent. Action would not be the answer in this case, non-action would be the answer. How to supervise thoughts: Be neither for or against your thoughts, yet have them. Be like an old blind man who steps on new carpet with muddy shoes. Reject opinions (lies people became comfortable with), but do not have a view (in terms of favor or lack of favor) of them. Throw them out like trash for no good reason. Lack a reason, simply waste them. As for facts, keep them for no good reason. Let keeping facts be as natural as the bowel movements you have no idea you are having. Don't favor or detest them. Be comfortable with them like people with opinions became comfortable with lies. Not that you should keep them for comfort either. Do not favor or oppose. Meditate on this. This is my idea but I found it because I wanted something that applied to everyone. I wanted to help myself yet not be selfish. So I decided to be impartial yet indifferent. But then I felt emotion which isn't indifferent. So I became indifferent about emotion during emotion and still remained impartial. I only ask people to not be blinded by opinions, futile traditions, and the illusion of justification caused by some strong emotions -

Some of you may have already read about my advice for unwanted thoughts, right? ... Do not engage in them or resist them. Do not be for or against them (in terms of favor). Be indifferent and of non-action... Well, this challenge is to drop bias, opinions, concepts, and to refuse to represent futile traditions. But, this challenge is a bit more detailed than you may expect. The first step is this: be impartial. Be impartial regardless of how strong your emotion is against or for someone and do not give a bribe the light of day. A manner of keeping your thoughts in order is to: 1) Not be for or against them (in terms of favor), yet have them. 2) Reject opinions (lies people are comfortable with), yet do not oppose them. Toss them out like a blind man stepped on a new carpet with muddy shoes. Do not have a view of it or consider what scale your favor is towards it, just consider opinions to be trash for no good reason. 3) Be rid of what is useless, yet (while having no view of them in terms of your favor) acknowledge the facts. Acceptance is not holding your hand out, I imagine some people sticking out their neck to work out their brain's acceptance skills. This is how you do it: just as opinions are lies people become comfortable with, acknowledging a fact is as simple as (being indifferent to how strong your emotions may be) choosing to become comfortable with something true as unable to change and that it is in fact factual. Allow yourself to become comfortable existing in reality with it being a reality.

Here are some quotes and a couple of my writings I arranged to help those who seem to watch so many self-help videos and read all about it, yet they can't seem to find the point of action. A spoiler is this quote from me, "First deal with the fear of acting without action, and then with the fear of action during action." Miyamoto Musashi once said, "You can only fight the way you practice" This means that, if you consider thing in thought and not action, your experience in action will never come. Bruce Lee said, "Any technique, however worthy and desirable, becomes a disease when the mind is obsessed with it." This is also true in terms of addiction. The same technique may become a habit and your use of it may be to the point that you do it for the sake of action which results in a worse condition than if you didn't use it. Like being addicted to spitting, going through stress, spitting, and you feeling worse off than you would've if you didn't spit. Like feeling stupid (mind you that you need only be embarassed if you are ashamed of something. ask yourself if you are ashamed of that thing you are embarrassed about). learn to assess each situation as it comes your way and what you are capable of is useful. “If you spend too much time thinking about a thing, you'll never get it done." -Bruce Lee This is true when considering the quote, "As you think, so shall you be." If you contemplate things never beyond the point of contemplation, you will only have success contemplating them. However, you are at a good start because you are beyond contemplating the basics and have arrived at the stage of action. Be reminded that if you practice fighting slow you will not fight well in an actual fast paced fight. If you only ever think about something and you are too fearful to act, naturally you will not act do to your animal instincts. You should first deal with the fear of acting without action, and then with the fear of action during action. Learn how to finish.

Have you heard of the quote, "As you think, so shall you be?" One of the problems with sitting still is the situation within. While contemplating about something hurtful, desire kicks in. Most so-called subconscious movement is actually really quickly made conscious movement. The problem is that people are often unwilling to go through the slightest bit a of suffering. It is true that the cause of most suffering is actually desire. Why else would people mope about the past regardless of the fact that what they desire to take place cannot change because the past is set in stone. First of all you need to manage your thoughts. I have actually written about this in one of my topics. here it is in a nutshell: with unwanted thoughts (including the discomfort toward always being active) Be neither for or against them. Do not resist or engage in them. Be indifferent and of non-action. When trying to be rid of a specific thought, the key is not to resist or engage in them. To resist would be like you pulling away from yourself, because that thing you disown is of you; you would be like a kingdom divided against itself. That would be like pulling your own arm off; your body would follow it unless you caused damage. Also, to engage in unwanted thoughts would only expand upon them. The answer is actually non-action and to step back to the point of observation (still not resisting or engaging in them) and watch it as it deludes if it does not leave immediately. By non-action, you induce a sort of indifference (which you should side with and become neither "against" or "for" the unwanted thought), and by indifference you direct your focus to bigger things. The real dangers are things external to your internal self. Do not treat the internal "you" as the enemy. YOu would then begin a struggle consisting of pointless suspicion and, once again, be a kingdom divided against itself (which will fall if you continue). Be neither for or against them. Do not resist or engage in them. Be indifferent and of non-action. This method I have created is useful to redirect your focus, you know, get your mind off of things. If you give the information a twist and consider the terms' polar opposites, you can find out how to encourage thoughts. I recommend using thought and the mind itself for nothing other than strategy, tactic, and action. Conceptual view, opinions, and bias based on futile traditions and emotionally charged fake justification is useless.

I also say that entertainment, media, etc. is not harmful to your awareness. In fact, it is rather how people use their senses (because that is key in perception). Or else, why would two people watch the same movie during a study at a college, one having increased awareness and the other have decreased in awareness recorded before beginning? The mind tends to become lost in thought and direct focus other than towards things in their present state. Remembrance makes things the embodiment of a present emotion even thought what you see is physical. But that is due to animal instincts.

I actually just posted something in my topic about the martial arts. It has to do with focus. Just as you use your eyes and switch in between focus on each sense, you should not focus on any one of them so much that you can even switch in between them. Sharpen your focus evenly between your senses. You should not pay attention to one sense to the point that you are distracted from any of the others. This includes overexertion on a single thought or too much trust with an emotion. A big aspect with not paying attention to any one sense to the point that it distracts you from the other senses is that the mind begins to resort to its animal instincts. it says that comfort was where you were keyed into one because comfort had been associated with safety. But of course that is not the case. A big problem with people is their animal instincts aren't properly honed. They say the pain which is only momentary is danger yet it takes a struggle to gain muscle. This is why people often struggle with working out. You have to gain patience through struggle, and to direct your focus to all of your senses you must have patience and not have a mind which wanders off and is focused on one subject too much. By not focusing on one sense too much, your mind says that not enough focus where you feel vulnerable will allow the enemy. But the feeling of vulnerability is only a reminder of what a situation had resulted in in the past. So you must look at it as a suggestion rather than a proper description of the situation. You have to grow past the animal instincts as well as shame and embarrassment which are instincts to keep a reputation up in the survival of the fittest, so that your experience teaches your brain a new manner of approaching something not according to its classic result. Just like when Leo showed a picture of spider to which the brain responded towards as though danger were imminent, multiple views of it will lessen the old emotions reaction and teach the animal instinct that the thing is only a picture, it is inert. The danger your mind hallucinates so that you can actually see it is only an extremely vivid and visual suggestion about what the situation may bring. That is what emotion is; only animal instincts. YOu must dig past these to grow in awareness by not focusing too much on any one sense or thought.

It is when non-action is resorted to that people soon become indifferent due to a new more interesting array of thoughts that they get their mind "off" of that which bothered them. Use it also when you are angry, sad, and remember to remain calm yet determined when you are happy so that you do not act rash.

Lynnel, I agree. By the way, when I heard your name Lynnel and saw the smile you typed, I thought of a dorkier girl behind the text. I think people should know that emotion is just a method of empathy and is how your mind identifies gain, loss, safety, or danger. You feel that someone feels a certain way by their body language because your mind wants you to know what best to associate with their internal dialogue according to what you have experienced in the past and how it may apply. The emotion you feel is meant to motivate you to make action, so don't sit still while your mind is working so hard. Emotion is the animal in humans. Maybe you look at it too logically to mate. Haha. Maybe you don't see where you would gain because you have experienced being independant. You have to stop relying on emotion to motivate you because with each new experience your mind learns new aspects and perspectives about the world external to your internal self. By advancing onward you will gain new emotional responses according to what will benefit you in the survival of the fittest.

A view of time as most minds consider it to be involves a more existent and complex past and future Allow me to begin with the past as I describe time with the example of a building. The past has always existed and gives us a solid platform known as the foundation. Having always existed, that "foundation" is infinitely deep and finitely tall. The peak of the past transitions into the present, yet how might something infinitely deep be finitely tall? Well, consider approaching a wall, you may ever approach until actual contact. In fact, consider a pencil that, when chopped in half, remains in two halves which may be halved and so on unto eternity. That being said, the past becomes after the present has occurred; and the present becomes after the future becomes; therefore, as a foundation or the core of a sphere, the order of the three (from bottom to top) is past before present and future after the present. The present is thus the category exactly before the peak of the past which I describe as the building process because it is always in action, the essence of expansion. Now, because nothing illogical has ever happened, nature favors logic. Logic being perfect, we live in the best of all possible worlds. The future rather like a blank canvas which the expansion (the past) grows into, and the future is an infinitely vast canvas. Being blank, the future serves as a sort of bouncer, only allowing logical events to expand into it. Now, the whole building process may be described by a sphere. The past may still be infinitely deep because of the example of the pencil except, this time, the infinity is revealed by erasing and remarking a more precise center seeing as how for every center marked, immediately near lies a more perfect option, just as a pencil (being finite) may be used to accentuate infinity.Therefore the solid sphere is the past and possibly a portion of the present (just as shading a drawing from black to white seems to "blend" two polar opposites when peered at from a distance) which is the process of building which is the expansion into the future (or the available canvas). The past changes not but ever becomes. The present ever becomes and is seen in those things which change. The future is can be seen by saying, "Those things which have happened were once unfulfilled and therefore they were destined to transition from future to present and past afterward.". As for a realistic approach to the future and past. The past is non-existent. Everything (after a present condition can become a memory) has changes at least very slightly after any amount of time passes. At least atomicly. The future is indeed non-existent as well. The present is a constant happening and, because the process of awareness takes place well after the actual event you are aware of, the present as people experience it is only the present before it became the past.
