@itachi uchiha Before WW2, Korea was one country. After the war, the Soviet Union took North Korea, whilst the USA took the South. Look at the difference between the two countries today. The Soviet Union did not fix Afghanistan. If they did, it wouldn’t have been a breeding ground for terrorists that were responsible for 9/11. The West is more conscious than Russia. Seafood and organ meat, alongside most powders have high levels of heavy metals. But if we can get rid of these heavy metals with chelation, why avoid these foods? All we need to do is take a urine test every six months, and when the levels of heavy metals reaches a sufficiently high level, we use chelation until they are back to zero. Surely this is a much more efficient strategy than just cutting out so many nutrient-dense foods permanently.

There have been quite a few suicides in this forum. Rather worrying.
