  1. @Ike Carter I had an enlightening experience of non-duality 2 months ago. I was meditating 2+ hours a day, sometimes 5+ hours. I reached a peak moment where I became everything and nothing at the same time, and I got so scared so I stopped meditating all at once. I guess I wasn't ready. But now I'm starting again, 20 minutes /days.
  2. @Quang I can't connect with him. I don't know why. He just seems so off point.
  3. Clasik Obas Actualized RSD Tyler Frank Yang (he's on the verge of enlightenment)
  4. Actually, for me, non-duality is not being aware. At least not at the level most people are, because once you think you're "aware" of something, you always have a thought in the back of your head that there is someone being aware, aka. You. For you to face non-duality you have to be in a state of just being and not thinking about it. I don't know what kind of interests you have, but me myself I practice Judo. And once I'm in a randori/fight, it's like "I" stop existing for a few moments. When I during a split second make a big throw, the throw just acts on itself and I don't think that "I'm doing it". I'm at such a strong focus so that I almost forget what I'm doing. The body acts on its own because it knows what to do, so it doesn't need a "Me" to do it for it. Ever had an experience where you're doing something really focused so you kind of lose yourself? That's what non-duality is. It's about being aware to a point that you don't need an awareness "being aware". Hard to explain, but it's more of a feeling. Simply put: don't think too much.
  5. You can't really gain anything from it subjectively speaking. Only objectively, but that won't even be in your interest once you reach that state of consciousness because you realise there is no one behind the curtain to benefit from it. It's like watching a movie where a character suddenly gets superpowers... how does that affect You? It doesn't. It's just cool. On my journey towards liberation I faced a lot of hardships. It wasn't easy. Meditation brings up a lot of stuff from your subconscious mind which you have to deal with face to face. But it's nothing to be afraid of really, because instead of letting things you had no idea existed sneak up on you – you're actually making a mature decision to face reality. The benefits I gained and am still gaining is awareness. I just recently really started to get excited about the whole concept of awareness, especially because of Leo's latest videos. I am more aware now and I realise how curative it can be. Awareness and unawareness are like my new hobbies, haha. Unfortunately where I live it's quite difficult to find people with common interests, but I don't mind... So keep searching, and eventually you'll find out that what you were always looking for was always there in front of you in the first place. Good luck
  6. (Everyone should watch this) + my other favorites are Leo's videos
  7. Have you ever experiences earth being flat? No hills? No nothing?
  8. @Mary Why should you stop? Really, think about it. What damage does it have on your life? Any negative impact? Sometimes we all need external stimulation. If it doesn't interfere with any other part of your self development then what does it matter... You could try not watching streaks of it. Just maybe leave it to one episode per week?
  9. @ChimpBrain I agree... if they would actually experience true enlightenment and non-duality they would have been shit scared. Or at least that's how my experience was at first. It was insane, and not euphoric at all
  10. @Oneness Because meditation gives you heck of a lot of benefits. Enlightenment is something you just "get" if you're lucky as hell... It took me 2 months of meditation to reach an "enlightened state", and I chose not to continue with that since my ego was too strong. So continue doing it... your question is like asking "Why eat if we're all gonna die some day?"
  11. Haha.. and I thought I'd been banned or something .. phieew
  12. @bracov You go out.. you feel the grass, you connect to the source. What else can I tell you man
  13. @bracov Don't stay inside. Connect with nature instead
  14. @bracov Sometimes it nice to return back to the lower realms to be honest, because it makes you reflect on how far you've come
  15. I find synchronisity and intuition a different state of consciousness. My intuition along with strange flows and synchronisities in life started to happen to me once I got on this spiritual path. Most people are not aware of this in their lives. they just see everything black and white.
  16. It's great.. what can I say. It turned my life around. And people who try and say it hasn't are assholes... fucking kyle man.. What I mean by this is that NOT fapping is great... Masturbation and porn makes you retarded
  17. @charlie2dogs No, but I'm fine with that
  18. @BeginnerActualizer About sexual energy.. that's just something I wanted to point out that you need to be aware of. It will help with your confidence issues
  19. @Scarecrow Once enlightened the experience will enjoy itself
  20. @BeginnerActualizer Sometimes you have to fake it until you make it. Even though you think that your "true" character is shy and whatever, that's not true. You only say that because your ego believes in false stories. Try doing this for a day: imagine that you're another person. Just wake up one morning, and say "I'm not me". Then do everything OPPOSITE of what you normally do. If you're conscious enough, you'll realize that the same voice that tells you "this isn't normal.. this isn't me.. blablabla.." is the same voice that makes you think you're not confident. You'll also discover that being confident is the easiest thing there is man.... but the day you started wasting your semen and your life force to porn and all of that shit, that's when you lost your essence as a man. If you don't harness your sexual energy first, then I feel sorry for you man.. what can I say..
  21. @usernameI agree. About 2 weeks ago I had a shift in awareness, and I saw the Truth, but my ego was so strong that it pulled me back into the illusion, and I'm glad about that. I think I'm gonna live through the illusion for a while until I acquire the success I'm after, and then afterwards, I'll be ready to see how everything was just meaningless. But for now, I'll stick to self-actualizing the ego.
