Sounds like BS to me. Not every communication that comes from an enlightened person is or has to be true. In my estimation, he frequently shares a lot of woo-woo beliefs and opinions, which are mostly based on Indian doctrines.

Boredom, solitude and mindfulness might be useful.

A ton of what passes as communication is actually manipulation, both subtle and gross. One way to go about it is by contemplating the difference between the two: What's communication? What is its purpose? What makes it powerful, effective? How does it differ from manipulation? I think those are great questions to ponder on our own.

Lol, I was reading that segment a few weeks ago

@Ulax thanks, I wanted to ground the consideration a bit more on experience. Intellectually I got it. In any case, I also tried to clarify my previous post.

That's just weird. The rationale behind its validity is basically meant to be believed. -
Red cabbage Red bell peppers Dark leafy greens Carrots More (red) onions Garlic Sea vegetables Cucumber Beet Watercress You can't go wrong with vegetables, nutritionally. In terms of taste, you can. Which ones do you like? Adding more herbs and spices won't hurt either. Coriander, oregano, paprika, turmeric, cilantro, parsley! I think coconut oil is controversial. I'd prioritize virgin olive oil instead. Also, dates are an excellent snack especially for sugar cravings. Decent source of fiber, and might increase energy levels.

Also notice that understanding or adopting a model in no way increases consciousness. So don't confuse familiarity with a model with actual experiential understanding of what's being referred to within the model. Prevalent trap in this work. -
Please clarify. Are you perhaps hinting to simply being effective and responsible? Is that what your concern could be boiled down to? How could this consideration be more grounded? Effectiveness as in aligning thought and action with what's actually occurring. In your example, that would require grasping what education actually is. Then, out of that understanding, appropriate response would follow. There would be no need to intellectualize about unproductive roads.

Played the Uncharted trilogy on PS3 and loved it. These are the types of games that I want to play, not Fortnite-type titles.

Nice. I've heard it's also pretty good on the Steam Deck. I might buy one...

Here's an exercise for you: Pick a simple object. Observe it. Perceive as much of it as you can: shape, form, texture, sound, color. Now, close your eyes. Try to visualize the object in your mind. Recreate it as it appeared in your perception. Lastly, notice the result. Was there any difference between the object and your conceiving of it?

If you have no questions left, is is because you know everything that there is to know (even relatively!) or maybe because you can come up with the right answer to any question? -

You forgot kale, spinach and broccoli. @SelfHelpGuy Study nutrition books. Become aware of the consequences of eating junk on a frequent basis. And actually implement the information in those books. Maybe reduce your sugar intake slowly so that your brain doesn't suffer intense withdrawal symptoms.
