  4. Dont you think that If we are focusing on the problems,they are getting bigger? I dont know. Is it just me? Talking about the problems are making us feel more overwhelmed more frustrated more sad because we are where we are and not where we want to get. We have been taught that we have to figure all out,but then overwhelment comes,and then what? More overwhelment. No solution. No feeling good-ness. Crap. Now we need to find another solution. And all we need is relief. That simple. We do everything we do because we want to feel good.
  5. Nothing's broken so you didnt come here to fix something. Just enjoy the journey and as long as you can,maintain a mindset like this. We have enough of anxiety. Personally,Im tired of anxious people (including myself) let's chill and have some fun all together!
  6. Without forcing it? Actually by taking small steps. But to me,this is boring. When I want change,I want it now. But my impatience leads me to where I was before_because I do it cold turkey,and it never works long term. I think you should find why you tend to eat unhealthy foods and just deal with your emotions before they even come to challenge you. Addiction is a strong word,dont use it. I wouldn't If I was in your shoes. The better you feel about this subject,the better it will get.

  9. Yes. What is happening is that you are giving a lot of focus and attention and energy on something you dont want. Please change your focus in something you want. The end. Thats it. Theres nothing for you to be afraid. All we want is relief.
  10. So I get it. First things first. You have a negative emotion,but then you found a way to reduce the previous bad feeling with another negative. I dont think that anyone who expects the bad,make themselves feel good. Noone can feel good having in mind that the worse are gonna come. Let me explain a little bit,because I want to be clear. So because of your fear having negative thoughts,you are trying to reduce the anxiety by accepting but then expect the bad things to come. It maybe is a better place in your mind to soothe you for a little bit from FEAR,but I cant make you feel much much better. And yea,dont expect the worse to come,because anticipating that,it is gonna come someday. Because you are the creator of your own reality. Instead of being afraid of the negative,dont try to exclude it,but instead INCLUDE the positive. ?

  16. You are very beautiful,you have a nice body you are thin you wear nice clothes and you have a beautiful face. I think you need those compliments at the moment,but they are true also! So dont thank me for that. I will FOR SURE post a video for you to watch,as I do with many people here,because I think its helpful,and If you find it interesting and speaks to your heart you will learn more on youtube. Maybe its very clichè that I post it over and over again but I think its so powerful that it needs your attention.
