  1. It seems like basic stage orange self-help is what I need the most.
  2. @Strangeloop It's the gold mine of business forums, just as actualized.org is the gold mine of personal development.
  3. If I really want to get where I want to go, I need to make these fucking efforts. And I will do it, and I will self-sacrifice all these petty habits and fears to get there.

  7. A Taste of Enlightenment I'm not sure if this is what I think it is, but it looks like it. For maybe 1 - 2 months I started to see and feel something that is literally everywhere and nowhere at the same time. It is here, just in front of my eyes, and here in me and outside me. But, the problem is that I'm not able to put a word on it. The more I try to describe it, the less true it sounds, even the word "enlightenment" sounds false. Multiple times my mind started to run into circles until it breaks down, shut up so that I'm able to perceive this thing for what it truly is. That's only temporarily for now (just a few seconds, at best 10 seconds), but it looks like a good beginning.
  8. I'm easily dragged down into negativity. It's usually happens when one or multiple people have strong reactions against me when I say something or do something. When someone doesn't think enough and gets angry against me because he/she doesn't understand my perspective. It doesn't happen often, but when it happen it stays stuck in my head for hours or even days. However, the thing is that I already know the solution to the problem from an intellectual level. They are multiple things that I can do: focus on something positive, do deep breathing, let go, accept, etc. So what I am doing here? I think I'm looking for some emotional support.

  11. That's very insightful, thank you. I also think I have some victim mentality which makes me do that. The solution that I see is to take more responsibility for how I handle my thoughts and emotional reactions to make a progressive perspective shift.
