  1. Almost 2 weeks clean. I feel so bored and I notice myself using my phone more. My desire for human contact, intimacy, sex and friendship have increased a lot more.
  2. For an average guy I'm not really addicted to my phone or wifi. When I'm outdoors I don't have WiFi so I can't use it. But living indoors makes me use it. It's so addicting, detracting and available. How can can I drastically stop this addiction inmodern society?

  4. I study applied psychology in Antwerp, Belgium. I'm from the Netherlands and used to study product engineering, but I decide to choose something that fits my personality more. I chose the sector Organization and workforce. I discovered that I have talent for training and coaching, primary coaching. I want to use this ability, but a lot of people try to talk me down, because when I graduate I'm only 23 which is young according to teachers. My next internship will be guiding people who have difficulties finding work like 50+, refugees or other specific groups. I would like to combine coaching with travel in the future.

  6. I have done it two times for a month. The best benefits was that I felt very awake and energetic compared to not doing it (was part of my morning routine). If you keep doing this you will be able to hold your breath for 3 minutes! If I can do that you can do it too. It's rewarding in itself if you can extend your bodies limits.
  7. I haven't done much day game, but I really improved my social life. I think that's the first step. I feel so better, I make people laugh, I go out, I worked on friendships, girls like to interact with me more, etc. These things really help. I never had this, but it's really about feeling good in your own skin and that's something you will radiate, like a healing aura ?.
  8. Yeey I haven't watched for four days, but currently I feel so bored and everything seems so bland, the withdrawal symptoms are strong.
  9. Day Game and You Tube So I haven't done much day game, I'm starting to see that chasing girls is shallow and it will only fulfill surface level needs. Since starting my YouTube channel it feels like I finally have some form of purpose in life. I hope that YouTube will become a new passion or even my life purpose. In the end it's just a medium for the influence I want to have on people's lives. Fighting addiction I think I finally find the guts to drop my film/anime/series/entertaining You Tube addiction, It takes away so much time! I stubble upon Leo's "Why you should quit tv" again and decided to drop it. I had excuses to watch it (really stupid ones) and one of them keeps the cycle alive and that is feeling bored/urges. So now I am very aware of the withdraw symptoms and it suuuuuucks! I just need to push through. When this day is over I survived 4 days of no tv.
  10. O yeah btw I like channels like Leo's and other because they feel more personal when you see them talking. That's why I decide to do that too.
  11. I just started out. These are my most recent, tomorrow a new video will come out which is part of my positive psychology series. You probably will similarities with Leo's video's off course he was a huge influence . I don't want to an Actualized.org rip of, so I will see how I can make my video's more unique. The most important thing to me now is just starting. Currently I try to differentiate my self based on my thumbnails. I don't really have a budget as I'm a student with a loan, so this is the best I can do for now. I really like talking about things related to psychology and personal development so I took my courage to put myself out there and just do it. I hope to become more competent this way and spend my time on a new productive hobby while also helping other people. The above is the most recent until tomorrow. One life aspect that I changed completely since I was 17 is my diet and I feel lucky to have this pretty much under my control. I lived mainly vegetarian for 3 years now, so I feel pretty competent to talk about going vegetarian. There will be a second video where I talk about the roadblocks new vegetarians have to deal with. The second video here is exercise #1 in a series of habits/exercises that you can undertake to improve your well being. Until now all my videos are very practical and all is based on experience. I'm looking forward to how this will turn out when I graduate. It was honestly quite scary to show my face to the world. A lot of people I know are aware of Prime Dynamics existence and as you can hear English is my second language. This last year I really extended my ability to be courageous and now I want to help people to find their inner guide towards a richer life.   13. New project! Update It's fun to do and now I invested in a microphone, so the audio down below is of higher quality, but the video is still filmed with my crappy phone. I'm proud of my creative thumbnails, I think those look attractive, simple and creative. Day Game Yesterday I did 13 approaches! the last month I didn't do a lot. Two weeks ago I went out and did night game for the first time and I danced with one of the hottest girls their, it was great!
  14. New project! I struggle with doing personal development work, because I feel very disconnected from people. One think I really like is teaching people things I learned and understand, so here is my first attempt at contributing something to the world: This was fun to do, maybe this can be a source of motivation to work more on myself.
  15. The End of NOFAP I decide to stop this journey. I won't be a fapstronaut and that is okay. The reason for stopping is because it doesn't serve me any more to the contrary it became counter productive. In my almost 3 years of meditation I learned some things about thoughts. One of those things is obsession. Whenever I'm obsessed I can't stop thinking, normally it is hard to quiet the mind, but when thoughts are obsessive the feel invincible. My obsession when meditating is sex and girls. I believe that life needs balance. Sexuality is a need that needs expression. When you do nofap you suppress your sexuality, it doesn't flow. In my experience nofap is the opposite of masturbation addiction. Both are extremes and mess up sexuality. One is overindulgent, the other total absence. If your diet is unbalanced you either eat to many or to little. Too much sleep makes your body weak and to less sleep makes you too tired. The last months I thought about this and I knew this wasn't the case in my reality. Sadhguru thought me that the best way to know what is right for your body is to listen to what it communicates, so today I did. My orgasm was the fastest ever, under 10 seconds and it lasted longer then it used to. Today I did it 4 times and all those times the amount getting out was a lot. I felt free from the pressure I created myself. Until today my streak was 191 days, which is outstanding in my opinion. One of my values is Health & Balance and if I do nofap I won't be embodying this value. This also means that I won't be fapping everyday. I lived half a year without masturbation, I'm sure I can find balance now. To every one who reads this, I don't mean to discourage you. This is my personal experience, maybe it's different to you. If you want to do nofap, do it, but if you feel like your sexuality gets out of balance reflect on it and maybe you come to the same conclusion is mine.

The business will be successful and it will generate enough money to be financially free .   25. Day Game Week 15 So I made some huge progress already with game. My mindset changed thx to some silly exercises. I did 10 drills and I even got 2 numbers which I didn't expect at all. This way I will keep progress of my development for the current week: Green means that I made improvement.
