  1. @Leo Gura Yeah I’ve felt the same way about Owen. If you watch his 2014 era videos I actually find him more charismatic and he’s super cool/chill and funny. Now he’s so over the top and comes across a mad man who wants to take over the world
  2. Do you plan on marriage/family at some point? Realistically having a serious girlfriend will either end in that, or a breakup that’s gonna sting
  3. To be fair, you could argue game and extroversion are one in the same thing
  4. People need to stop losing their minds over this. It's about influence not necessarily how great they were
  5. Yeah it's mostly just mental masturbation. But still good the have a more informed population
  6. False time constraints.....using their own tactics on their customers lol
  7. Yeah progressives focus too much on 'the elites' rather than actually working to get progressive ideas more popular. Most of the country isn't progressive that's just the fact
  8. America’s democracy is actually working well, and exactly how it’s designed. The parties reflect the will of the people. There are a lot of right wing people in the country who don’t want change so the system reflects that
  9. Removing the dislike count was incredibly fucking annoying. It was a genuinely useful feature, especially for practical videos if you want want to gauge quickly if a video is worth your time. targeted attacks might sometimes be a thing, but also seems like an excuse when most people just didn’t like the video
  10. Rogan's being roasted for this everywhere, even in his own subreddit lol The whole 'good times create weak men, create hard times, strong men etc' thing is ultra cringe. Pretty sure it comes from far right red-pill philosophy
  11. I do feel like it'd be pretty hard to go hardcore if you work full time office hours ie 8-5:30
  12. It was clear self defence and saying otherwise is cope. Even lefties like Vaush and David Pakman admit there’s no real murder case there
  13. Exactly, that is pure privilege, the whole 'insurance will cover it' argument. It can take a lot of time, effort, emotional toll as well as lost business income and excess premiums, or they just aren't well covered in the first place. In the LA riots in Koreatown the Korean business owners were defending their property with guns because they had no other choice. See this thread from longtime Democratic donor. Rather than being a right wing white nationalist etc, I think he was just a misguided kid with an inflated sense of duty for the community and self importance. He was an EMT and fireman in training and was cleaning up graffiti etc beforehand. You don't have to like him, or the lax gun laws that allow this situation in the first place, but I think this case is a good litmus test for how well you can look past ideology and see the facts of the actual case
  14. They’re two seperate questions. The gun laws should be changed and I don’t know why America feels the need to have so many guns. But in the context of the existing laws, what happened was self defence, he was literally chased down as he was running away and someone tried to take his gun off him. What do you expect is gonna happen?
  15. the subsequent people rushing him may have genuinely thought he was shooting people unprovoked which would be justified from their point of view
  16. Not to mention there was $50m in property damage from riots in Kenosha. People love to say “it’s just property” which is very privileged position. To some small business owners it’s their livelihood. I’m a supporter of BLM generally speaking, and early on its public support was very high however it plummeted once the riots started.
  17. He’s almost certain to get off on self defence, there’s no real case for murder here. He was sprinting away from the people chasing he, he didn’t really want to use the rifle. He only used it when someone got their hands on his gun and tried to take it. Having said that, he’s still an idiot for going there, and as a non American your gun culture is looked at as insane by everyone else
  18. Interesting but I wouldn't call Destiny a centrist or DPak a leftist. They're pretty close ideologically
  19. Do you think it can work to improve social confidence?
  20. Pickup will massively increase your overall social confidence which is massively advantageous in the real world. if you become confident enough to approach a group of 9s solo and sober, there’s not much else you can’t do socially
  21. I think it depends on the person. My dad has been on keto for years and I don’t think he gets cravings
  22. What do you think about the stage green glorification of sex work, escorting, onlyfans etc
  23. Andy Cutler's book recommends hair test. He knows that the actual mercury reading isn't relevant, but he developed a system of determining if you have mercury poisoning via various rules determined by how the other minerals turn out, as mercury disregulates mineral transportation. He doesn't recommend the provoked urine test because the high amounts they give can often mess with you and transport metals into your organs because it's not following the proper protocol. The book also says, if you've never had amalgams, you don't even need a test. Just take ALA, and if you get any reaction (good or bad), it's a sign of mercury poisoning to some degree because it means there's something there that the ALA is binding to
  24. I think it’s because the US is so states based and diverse. So a super green state like Oregon will be progressive as fuck
  25. @Leo Gura do you intend to attain a more stabilised enlightenment/dropping away of the ego, seperate from peak experiences?
