Unconditional love demands unconditional devotion. And devotion is a form of discipline. ✝️

For a goal to be achieved a certain amount of energy need to be dedicated and concentrated into that direction. The higher the goal the more vigilant(disciplined) you have to be not to leak your energy to unintended directions. There's nothing inherently good or evil about dedication, commitment, vigilance and discipline. But these qualities play a role if you want to achieve anything in life.

I don't know how you feel about conspiracy theories these days but you used to be, if I remember correctly, very fast to dismiss all conspiracy theories as nonsense without giving it a full and honest look. I think it's even against the forum guidelines to discuss them. That smells like a bias. But maybe you've changed since then.

You're naturally going to protect what you value. If you value health, you will include dietery discipline into your life. If you value spiritual growth, you will include disciple over how you spend your time and energy. If you value yourself, will not do anything that would be harmful to you. Dicipline is the highest form of self love and self respect.

Everywhere that I disagree with you is where you're bias. Hehehe

Probably any topic where you get emotionally flared up and the reactivity of the mind is very strong is likely going to have an ego bias in it and is worth looking into it.
