  1. Ashwagandha would help with stress snd other symptoms related.
  2. True true. Very true.
  3. Haha. That I can relate better.
  4. That's a funny image. lol I just realized something, it is this sort of special treatment of pretty women that puts them on pedestal. Then those who lack in appearance start to feel inadequate and unworthy. Then they lash it out on pretty women. They are to blame so to speak. And they of course going to need to be fixated of every little imperfection about pretty women so that they could hate them. And by hating them they protect themselves from feelings of inadequacy and unworthyness. By putting others down, you can boost your sense of worth in a way. Damn...
  5. I would agree that to observe ourselves without self-judgement is very good. But I don't see the paradox. Because I believe non-judgemental self-observation gives a person a big picture understanding of what actions no longer serve him and are unhealthy. And a natural choice for healthy life would be inevitable. As opposed to accepting all the destructive patterns and endorsing them even stronger with the idea that everything is okay even being toxic is okay. And it is okay. It's just a question of. Do you want or enjoy being toxic? And I believe any genuine introspection without guilt or self-judgment would lead to the conclusion: no, being toxic doesn't serve me, and actually it's quite stupid and brings me misery. In short what I was trying to say, non judgemental self observation does not lead to endorsement of unhealthy destructive patterns but rather facilitates and empowers a person to see with the new eyes the foolishness of it all and relinquish everything that is not healthy.
  6. @bebotalk you're free to do whatever you want. But why would you want to be toxic? When you have a choice not to be toxic? This attachment you have to defend your toxic tendencies is a bit silly... As if being toxic will benefit you somehow. I think not being being toxic is a healthier, better choice. It's just common sense. Unless you disagree. That's fine too.
  7. lol @Sugarcoat Welcome to the club
  8. Starting to get famous here
  9. Indeed Not sure why you felt the need to express that but okay. If it makes you happy. lol.
  10. I don't have tinnitus but according to tcm one reason for hearing problems such as tinnitus could be related to weak kidneys since kidney and ear channels and chi are very closely related. Inseparable actually. As a solution there are nourishing, enhancing, tonyfing herbs like Liu Wei Di Huang Wan safe tcm herbal formula to tonify the kidneys, Jing and Essence to help with the fatigue, possible lower back pain, possible bladder problems, kidney chi deficiency etc. And I would tone it down on how often you masturbate not to tax the kidneys further. In Ayurveda you could probably find similar solutions. Disclaimer: I don't have a tinnitus myself, it's just a possible solution I thought worth sharing. There could be other reasons for tinnitus like a damaged eardrums due to loud music.
  11. The reason I call ai a concept machine because it's just a mathematical algorithm at its fundamentals. And math is just a conceptual creation. And so the question naturally arises, how can a concept ever become self-aware? Or how can bunch of 1's and 0's become self-aware. As if there will ever be a concept so profound or a sequence of 1's and 0's so profound that it somehow produces energy... Or life force, presence, Life... Sounds very unlikely to me. However when I contemplate balls deep this subject myself perhaps there is a way idk. But it's too mind boggling to think about it. Lol
  12. That's true. I came to the same conclusion when I contemplate the subject balls deep by myself, it gets really trippy. Fun topic indeed, the answer I guess we'll have to wait and see.
  13. I agree that everything is one and I think i've pointed that out already. Yet I still believe and would argue that a concept can't become self-aware as a sovereign being . Unless you have some insane counter argument to that.
