Authentic means truthful. How to be true you're asking. Do you notice that when you're in a job interview you are forced to smile basicly.. you're giggling, you're laughing and then you exist a place and you think. Wow that guy was a retard or a similar situation, I'm sure you know something like this in your life. When you're just acting to be one way when actually inside you feel the opposite way. So being authentic means you're not trying to pretend anything. you're not trying to smile when you're unhappy. Like all the positive thinking phylosophies and tricks that people do. Truth, honesty, authentisity these are the same thing basicly.

That's not even 10% of what he can do, this is like playing in sand with kids to him. He often complains that there's no room for proufoundness in this world. what he can actually do is many times bigger(his words in this video) -

Yes I am. I went to many programs of sadhguru. One thing that I never can't understand is when I sit down in a particular meditation. Lets say in shambhavi, suddenly joy, peace, love everything i starts to happen and i have no idea how I'm doing it. But before the initiation i used to sit in exacly the same posture with the same mudra for hours and nothing would happen.. only a headache would happen. For example in shoonya program they literally give you 0 instructions there. Absoliutly no instructions. And eveytime i do Shoonya it happens by itself. And it changes everything about me. My fundementals are completly changed. The benefits are nowhere near logical and proportional to the time I invest in doing the practices. And it's the same with evey program of sadhguru. and i've done like 7 of them. For example, in samyama they only give you one instruction. Watching your breath. That's it. But what happens in there....... They start screming, crawling, barking... Lifetimes of memory is being dissolved there. if I try or if anybody else tries to watch their breath you think you'll be having the same effect?.i tried, nothing significant happens. Just watching the breath can be the most advanced, most intense practice ever that requires years of preparation. But only if it's been transmited. That's why they say. What happens on the surface is nothing. What happens inside is beyond words. That's why it can't be written in a book. If samyama person will be watching his breath he'll be blown away by so many things that is happening within. A random person would get a calm mind maybe, that's it. Imagine someone telling you you need a 5years of preparation to watch your breath that's because what happens inside is so strong and you can't teach that simply through words. There's no such human being who didn't have a teacher. The first teacher who originated Yoga was Adiyogi or Shiva..and it is said that he wasn't from this planet even so we can't trace it back where it all started. Maybe some being are just born with these capabilities. He talks about here how Shiva was not human and that he was the first that started exploring and delivering Yoga on this planet. https://youtu.be/hikmVx6Ce_w -

It can't that's the thing. Transmission of Yoga is not a bundle of instructions. What you see on the surface is not even 1% of what is happening within. When they teach Yoga they drill it on a totally different level. They teach it on a energy level. For example, can you write a book about how to fall asleep? Can you give instructions for it? No. It is drilled into you. You don't even know how you fall asleep. You just know. That's how Yoga has to be transmited. It has to be drilled into you. Without any instructions you'll will know how to do it. Another problem sadhguru says with book yoga is that you may get small benefits there and here. But you will miss a completly different spiritual dimension within you. After that the possibility of knowing that dimension in full scope will be sort of closed for you. -
Human sacrifice could be a spiritual thing. Some use human sacrifice for occult purposes. Maybe that's your answer

When you practice kriya you need someone who knows human mechanics totally, totally, totally. From it's origins to it's ultimate. Only such a being can guide you to the ultimate with kriya yoga. Because besicly none of us have any idea how kriya yoga works. You just have to believe that the person you're learning from knows human mechanics absolutely inside out. There're other dimensions of spirituality which are impossible (probably, or at least nearly impossible) to open uo by yourself. Third thing is. There's not a single kriya guru who didn't have a guru. So if no being was able to master kriya yoga without a guru. You think you can do it? -

It's a long long process. You need to meditate for 30years then come back to painting. A waterfall of creativity will be rushing through you (probably) That's all it is. Just your level of consciousness is all that matters. This takes time. I think you'd like this. Mooji was painter also and he talks about he was battling with his desire to create a perfect painting -

I think some body types are more prone to gaining weight then others. But definitely all can lose weight. Just stop eating for 5days straight. You'll see

Okey you stopped meditation. What are you going to do now? Are you completly satisfied with life now? -
You seem quiet an honest person. I think you'll find a solution that's best for you if you remain like that

Ego backlash can't come if you're working with energy. It comes when you push your mind too far. That happens mostly for gnana yogis only. Those who practice some form of self-enquiry for example. If you feel something going wrong it will most likely be because improper kriya practices that cause disturbence in your system unknowingly. That's the thing about kriya yoga. It's something that you have no clue about what you're doing. You just have to trust that the person you're learning kriya yoga from is relaible and knows human mechanics inside out, that's it. It's basicly putting all your life and spiritual possibilities to another person's hands. It's better to chose wisely -
@Yonkon omg :Dddd that's a funny story. But honestly, the most dangeruous thing is that you're not doing this out of absolute love and compassion and desire to help others. There's money involved in this. And this makes it extremley dangeruous. You have to pretend like you know all the answers. You have to maintain a reputation. You can't just say "I don't have a clue how to help you". That's where people come up with a bunch of stupid advises that could be harmful. That's why helping others have to be done for free. There's no other choice. If it becomes because of money. It will become a corrupt, ugly process full of harm. If you want to live a high consciousness life then consider finding a different job better. Or if you want to help people you can find a guru and work under his guidence. A guru will put you in good use. You don't know what is best for people. Not yet at least. That's why an enlightened master could guide you. Other then that, respect for doing such a job at such an age impressive This is smart thinking. Don't ignore this voice. It's your conscience speaking. Don't lose it. The moment you think you have all the answers and you feel confident. That's when you'll become trully dengerous. That's when all the bullshit is born

"Even if the most wonderful thing happens to you, if you're not ready it will be a disaster." You need to work on yourself to prepare your system on all levels before you go experience-hunting. -

I think vippassana has a similar effect. Basicly, whichever practice that hastens your dissolusion of karma will put your life a bit on fast forward Lol -

I listened to him say that like so many times in so many videos. There are videos where he goes into much more detail about this topic. this is such an advenced level of teaching. He said once we initiate you into samyama, If you get into trouble every 6months now you'll get into trouble every 6h "One of my foot is always in your life, it's on the throttle, and it's heavy (laughs)… Are you okey with it? " ''Life on full throttle." When I got initiated into shambhavi i experienced my life began to change at a tremendous speed. I was facing intense situations everyday. I thought I'm going to lose my mind. However it was the most adventurous part of my life. I lived more in those 6months then I lived in 10years. (Exaggerating here) But it was super intense. Now i stopped doing shambhavi because i had to and my life stopped. For a few months I'm just sitting home. Doing nothing. Sadhguru often talks about how if you activate your muladhara in a certain way your life will become very exuberent and vibrant. These are two dimensions of muladhara. It can be dormant, that means you'll be living a comfortable life without anything major happening to you. Or active and exuberent. That's when adventures start to happen. -
We have 1month left to live. Better make use of this time ?

I agree with a title. But your explanation is not a 100% solid

What a funny share I don't know what I'm saying here but if it was me who cried and failed, i would not give too much importence to it Whatever comes up naturally in any life situation is fine according to your present level of awareness and maturity, that's the way you act. The way you reacted in that situation was enough. Allow these emotions to find expression. You can't do anything about it anyways Emotions arise, let them come, and don't make a big deal out of it. Accept that you're not equipt to deal with stressful situations yet As you grow spiritually, your behavior will change naturally, you don't need to think about this. Don't turn this experience into a techneque. Like okey, next time someone screams at me I'll ignore them, or I'll stay positive. No... It's best if you don't know how you will react next time. When situation comes you'll find yourself acting in a certain way by itself, unforced and that way will be most appropriate way for you. What is the best way to act for somebody, maybe is not at all appropriate way to act for you. What is best for you will happen spontaniously if you don't gather any techneques in your pocket.
-
That's the problem. You're acting out of the intelect, not out of intelligence. Trying to come up with techneques how to be with people will not work. Life is spontanious. If you're spontanious and act according to life situations you'll flow, if you're full of conclusions and techneques you'll crash.
-
What are you trying to achieve? Nice share btw

Passion for others, disspasion for yourself. That's the key to accepting yourself.
