  1. @tedens true. I think it's fare to say that everyone is a geniuse. But not everyone finds full expression and blossoming. For a flower to grow it needs enough sunlight, tempreture, moisture, water etc. Same way for a person to grow he needs grace.
  2. You can get enlightened with a crippled body actually. And even if you have very strong ADD. It's not nessecary to got enlightened through gnana yoga. You can be a great devotee or a hardcore disicipline karma yogi or kriya yogi. Even Forest Gump could've gotten enlightened he could've been a marathon runner in Mount Kailash. And also if you're sincere about truth, unviersal forces will provide you the nessecary ingridients to reach that. It send you all the treatment that you need, all the support and guidence everything. Grace is much more important then body type. Because every body type can get enlightened but not every one is receptive to grace. You can be 100 % healthy and go nowhere.
  3. I don't think you're aware of what you're asking for. To strip all the judgements, all the likes and dislikes will take you lifetimes of hardcore work
  4. Also nondual experience is not the Absolute truth. It's closer to truth but not the absolute. Even in nondual experiences there're many layers of distortions.
  5. That's a good question. "World is not the way you think. World becomes exacly the way you think." Mooji. To know the truth you have to experience the world without thinking. Without a slightest distortion in your mind. Because if you like something you'll exaggerate, if you dislike something, you'll downgrade it. There're lifetimes of memory that is distorting your experience. Sadhguru says if you experience the world without any distortions you'll see everything upside down because that's how your eye captures the sight. It's a scientific fact that eyes capture the sight upside down and then our brains turn it around. So there're enormous levels of distortions in what we experience. There're also ways to eliminate all the distortions in our mind and experience the world and experience the world exacly the way it is. Not the way we think it is. I think it's fare to say that you know the truth at this point Edit: I remember en example where we were arguing what we see in a picture. There was a picture of Jesus and my mom sayed wow. What a sad eyes. I thought what? He's totally loving here and joyful then we went on arguing. Then the other day I look at the same picture and think but wait a min now he doesn't look the same way like yesterday. Now he looks more sad. And everyday you he looks different I have his picture at home. It's really fun to see how we project our feelings on the world i bet if 100people looked at the same picture they'd see 100different pictures
  6. Guys get real. Nothing comes close to India.
  7. Its not what you say. It's the vibration of the words that you produce. Try to to take full responsiblity for him. Juat try to feel how does it feel when you take full responsiblity for him. Like a mother takes full responsiblity for her child. Like that you take responsiblity for the whole world. That's called all inclusive identity. Be responsible for every ant, tree, bird,.animal, every person. See and feel that you're responsible for him and then recreate the same situation in your memory and see how you would react this time when you take responsiblity for him totally. You'll see different words will come out of you. And then you'll understand then what I mean. "First establish your way of being then act." Sadhguru. In this case it means, first you become all loving, all inclusive and then act. Honestly, you basicly called him a fool. indirectly, without using negative words you sayed to him, you're stupid, better close your eyes you didn't use those words but the energy is the same. If you looked at him as a part of yourself. Something totally different would've come out of you. A different vibriotion.
  8. I don't know if this is going to make sense for you now but here it goes. the problem is that you don't take 100% responsiblity for that person's wellbeing. Somewhere you think it's his own fault that he doesn't get it. Because of this. There's a subtle feelings of blame or irritation towards that person. And this irritation finds harsh expression and sometimes offends others. If you take full responsiblity for other person. If you say. I'm 100% responsible for you. Then there's no possibility of offending anyone. And the other person unknowingly will be open to you. Not deffensive, not resisting. Because no one is attacking his beliefs anymore. Actually this is called expanding your identity. If you include other as yourself, if you take responsiblity for them. There will be a mutual trust and love and understanding. This actually takes like 3h to explain this is just basics.
  9. Lol How successfull have you been with this method? I know a simpler method that works for me 80% of the time. I'm doing this for a month maybe and I wake up in half-mesitative state. It's really nice It sounds simple but that's the only thing that I found works for me when I want to enter sleep-meditation mode.
  10. Interesting. I was just reading something that sadhguru sayed that there're karmic bondages, certain barriers that do not allow one to go beyond a certain point. simply you'll be blocked from reaching certain states unless you dissolve that karma. I don't think genetics play a big role. Maybe a little. But there are forces beyond our petty understanding that play much bigger role in this @Tetcher makes some interesting points.
  11. Because you're the only problem on this planet..and enlightenment means getting rid of you
  12. I think marketing plays a big role. And just that the influence that these beings had on raising human consciousness is far bigger maybe. As for being enlightened without much work. It's not true. They did their share of work in their past lives. For example sadhguru was already totally enlightened in his past live and he had to do hardcore sadhana like everyday else, even more then everybody else actually. Now naturally in this lifetime he was born enlightened, he didn't have to do anything for that matter just to wait for the right maturity and balance for enlightenment to blossom. because if it would've happened too soon, the branches could not hold the fruit, branches would brake because fruit is too big.(that's what sadhguru says) that's why he waited for 25years to prepare for the landing. Otherwise a normal person would just drop dead in a moment like this.
  13. Authentic means truthful. How to be true you're asking. Do you notice that when you're in a job interview you are forced to smile basicly.. you're giggling, you're laughing and then you exist a place and you think. Wow that guy was a retard or a similar situation, I'm sure you know something like this in your life. When you're just acting to be one way when actually inside you feel the opposite way. So being authentic means you're not trying to pretend anything. you're not trying to smile when you're unhappy. Like all the positive thinking phylosophies and tricks that people do. Truth, honesty, authentisity these are the same thing basicly.
  14. That's not even 10% of what he can do, this is like playing in sand with kids to him. He often complains that there's no room for proufoundness in this world. what he can actually do is many times bigger(his words in this video)
  15. Yes I am. I went to many programs of sadhguru. One thing that I never can't understand is when I sit down in a particular meditation. Lets say in shambhavi, suddenly joy, peace, love everything i starts to happen and i have no idea how I'm doing it. But before the initiation i used to sit in exacly the same posture with the same mudra for hours and nothing would happen.. only a headache would happen. For example in shoonya program they literally give you 0 instructions there. Absoliutly no instructions. And eveytime i do Shoonya it happens by itself. And it changes everything about me. My fundementals are completly changed. The benefits are nowhere near logical and proportional to the time I invest in doing the practices. And it's the same with evey program of sadhguru. and i've done like 7 of them. For example, in samyama they only give you one instruction. Watching your breath. That's it. But what happens in there....... They start screming, crawling, barking... Lifetimes of memory is being dissolved there. if I try or if anybody else tries to watch their breath you think you'll be having the same effect?.i tried, nothing significant happens. Just watching the breath can be the most advanced, most intense practice ever that requires years of preparation. But only if it's been transmited. That's why they say. What happens on the surface is nothing. What happens inside is beyond words. That's why it can't be written in a book. If samyama person will be watching his breath he'll be blown away by so many things that is happening within. A random person would get a calm mind maybe, that's it. Imagine someone telling you you need a 5years of preparation to watch your breath that's because what happens inside is so strong and you can't teach that simply through words. There's no such human being who didn't have a teacher. The first teacher who originated Yoga was Adiyogi or Shiva..and it is said that he wasn't from this planet even so we can't trace it back where it all started. Maybe some being are just born with these capabilities. He talks about here how Shiva was not human and that he was the first that started exploring and delivering Yoga on this planet. https://youtu.be/hikmVx6Ce_w
  16. It can't that's the thing. Transmission of Yoga is not a bundle of instructions. What you see on the surface is not even 1% of what is happening within. When they teach Yoga they drill it on a totally different level. They teach it on a energy level. For example, can you write a book about how to fall asleep? Can you give instructions for it? No. It is drilled into you. You don't even know how you fall asleep. You just know. That's how Yoga has to be transmited. It has to be drilled into you. Without any instructions you'll will know how to do it. Another problem sadhguru says with book yoga is that you may get small benefits there and here. But you will miss a completly different spiritual dimension within you. After that the possibility of knowing that dimension in full scope will be sort of closed for you.
  17. Human sacrifice could be a spiritual thing. Some use human sacrifice for occult purposes. Maybe that's your answer
  18. When you practice kriya you need someone who knows human mechanics totally, totally, totally. From it's origins to it's ultimate. Only such a being can guide you to the ultimate with kriya yoga. Because besicly none of us have any idea how kriya yoga works. You just have to believe that the person you're learning from knows human mechanics absolutely inside out. There're other dimensions of spirituality which are impossible (probably, or at least nearly impossible) to open uo by yourself. Third thing is. There's not a single kriya guru who didn't have a guru. So if no being was able to master kriya yoga without a guru. You think you can do it?
  19. It's a long long process. You need to meditate for 30years then come back to painting. A waterfall of creativity will be rushing through you (probably) That's all it is. Just your level of consciousness is all that matters. This takes time. I think you'd like this. Mooji was painter also and he talks about he was battling with his desire to create a perfect painting

  21. I think some body types are more prone to gaining weight then others. But definitely all can lose weight. Just stop eating for 5days straight. You'll see
  22. Okey you stopped meditation. What are you going to do now? Are you completly satisfied with life now?
