  1. Indeed. We are also waiting to be told to "Do the fucking work" - Leo Gura Can't wait
  2. Yoga is amazing. 1 hour yoga and then 1 hour meditation. You could try different styles of yoga. I've been doing power/ashtanga based yoga for a workout, and something like yin yoga for meditation. In the beginning yoga isn't particularly enjoyable always, but it multiplies a lot with training. When you know the flows well enough that you can do them without "thinking about the next pose" it becomes moving meditation.
  3. "I will post a new video every Sunday" - Leo Gura
  4. "After puberty" at 17 is relative. Your body will still develop untill you're 25, but the changes will become more and more subtle. You are still in the aftermath of a rather aggressive physical change. Also people only really care about your physical appearance as much as you care. Caring too much about what people think of your or how they perceive you is a game you can only lose. Be at peace with what is.
  5. Try sitting in a normal chair (with back straight) or supported Hero pose (Virasana). I sit in half lotus usually, which is reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaally comfy.
  6. These 2 are really excellent. I use the channel "methodyoga" for more calisthenics//pilates/yoga-ish workouts for strength (specifically the core training vids) The Ultimate Yogi is the best yoga product I've found. I'm also an Udaya.com subber.
  7. Increased self-esteem Increased self-confidence Increased ability to focus Reduced stress levels - to mention a few. But most significantly it has helped me release some of the negative feelings I've harbored against people who have wronged me in the past.
  8. MULTIPLE WOMEN??!?!?!?! OHHH MY GODDDD YESSS GIVE ME - says my ego
  9. You should look into the speech training given to actors and singers. You could also look into non-verbal communication aswell. As people already have mentioned self-esteem I will suggest breathing exercises to keep yo' cool when ya be shittin brix.
  10. I did it on/off for months before I got fed up and decided to brute-force it. It really is like a muscle, and I typically compare it to working out. When you start out 1 minute of meditation is like 10 push-ups. I believe you have to do it daily to get the "real" benefits. I've just passed my 4th month marker of meditating every day, and I feel that it's really starting to become pleasurable now.
  11. Meditation is gateway #1 for life in flow. If you are not already, I beyond warmly recommend it.
  12. Comparing yourself to others is a dangerous game. When you do, you almost certainly end up in an inferior position, as you can always find things that are "better" about others. I can't say what you're experiencing is a problem I'm not having myself. But I think you are comparing yourself to pre-defined cultural standards of what you "should" want your life to be like. As for finding teh passion of yo' lyfe, Leo's Life Purpose course has worked wonders for me, even though I'm not finished with it yet.
  13. I think limiting how much you masturbate is a good thing. That is what I'm doing and it's working nicely for me. I stopped watching porn because I had problems with lasting beyond 5min in bed. Not watching porn and forcing myself to fantasize up situations etc pretty much fixed that (in broad strokes). Limiting how much I masturbate has given me increased focus and determination, especially in the arena of dating.
  14. A Vision for a Self Actualized Life Definitely the most meaningful for me personally. It resonated deeply with me, and solidified my motivation. I got ma' a** inspired. On a solid 2nd place is "How to stop caring what people think of you"
