  1. @rNOW Thank you! Very helpful!
  2. @Elysian Well, do what your heart tells you. Just make sure your dick doesn't detach trying to seek another host.
  3. @Elysian You want to be woke and help others, but your body just pushes against. Apparently you're not fully owning your feelings. You have some more outer layers of karma to shed before you can be in full service to others. Just by the way you talk I assume you haven't had many girls in your life (I can usually tell very easily), though I'm open to being wrong. There also seems to be an underlying unconscious belief that sexual desire is at odds with the one to help others, as in having an agenda if you have a sexual feeling towards the other. You unconsciously believe that sex is an act of taking instead of giving. You are also repressing your sexual desire like it is a sin by not watching porn and not masturbating. You will thus over time unconsciously create a belief that sexual desire is a sin and it must be punished by not masturbating and not watching porn. What I suggest: Go and fuck/play around with as many sexual partners as you can until you are sick of it. You will get to a point of such abundance that you won't ever need something from a girl ever again and you're gonna be able to be fully present with the other person. "But Dan, I don't want to use girls as a sperm dump, or treat them as pieces of meat." News flash. Girls love sex just as much as guys, if not much more. But it's so rare that they will find somebody that actually fucks them really good, maybe 1 in 100. And that's why they avoid casual sex. Not because they don't want to, but because most guys give such lousy sex. So learn how to fuck well, you get your need satisfied, and at the same time girls will come begging you for more because you are the only guy they know that actually knows how to fuck. You're way too young to fight against your biology. Run with it and your carnal needs will drop away by themselves, higher ones for service and impact taking their place at the proper time. P.S.: Don't give me the b.s. with the time you need for spiritual growth if that's what you're thinking. This is spiritual growth. But it's uncomfortable because you would have to admit that you're not as woke or pure as you would like to be. Yes, spiritual growth can look like pulling the hair of a girl while you raw dog her from behind. It ain't always sitting in meditation and spreading love everywhere.
  4. @Aakash Vijayan There are no unique challenges. All pickup challenges are very well documented and have plenty of solutions. Have you gone out and did game at least once yet?
  5. @Nahm @Nahm Interesting. Thanks.
  6. @TripleNipple Yeah, me too. Smh.
  7. @Michael569 Insanely good answer. Thanks.
  8. @Leo Gura My country is heavily blue with lots of red actually. It's a shit show here. I consider myself very fortunate to have gotten into green because of the internet. I read books and follow teachers from all stages and by bombarding myself everyday with those. It's the only thing that's counteracting the downward pull. I found very few people that are at green in my country, even in Bucharest. I can count them on two hands. I only found them by virtue of the law of attraction. That's why I want to relocate soon. I see no other choice and I don't want to stiffle my development. I'm thinking of the Netherlands.
  9. Leo mentioned the lines of development in the new video: Cognitive Development The Values Line The Moral Line Career and Livelihood Health, Nutrition and Diet Personal Relationships Metaphysical/Spiritual Line Education Line Political Dev. line Sexual Dev. Line Kinesthetic Dev. Line How does one assess where he is at when it comes to each line? I kind of intuitively assessed my own level on most, except the Spiritual and Kinesthetic line because I don't even know what those would look like. What are the questions I should ask myself? Or is there a resource I can use to find these out? Thanks in advance.
  10. @Leo Gura Thank you, Leo. The spiritual line must be at Green then. I'm gonna do some more research. My worldview seems to be mostly green with some orange needs and yellow cognition. I still haven't integrated orange fully yet. Not even close. Gotta get to work.
  11. @Nahm I wasn't talking metaforically, as in Plato's allegory of the cave
  12. Thank you. This is helpful. Yeah, the lines of the development Leo mentioned are from Wilber.
  13. @Nahm You totally missed the point of the question, and totally the point of today's video. We know the assessment is relative, we know the models are conceptual constructions that collapse in nonduality. Yet the concepts are still useful in the relative domain. You can go sit in a cave otherwise and forget all about them. But for those of us who are trying to understand the dynamics of the ego and the collective, these are useful. Don't throw the raft until you get to the other side... so they say. Much love though.
  14. Can we all agree upon a definition for "raising your conscousness? When people ask me what it means I find it really hard to explain. Can it be boiled down to personal development + spiritual/enlightenment work? Or how would you describe it? I would like to use the term more in the future but I have to find a way of explaining it to people.
  15. It's very related to my life purpose, so I don't think I can have that luxury. Thus, the research.
  16. @AleksM Yeah, that might be one valid way of defining it.
  17. @AleksM I am familiar with David Hawkins' chart. When Leo talks about raising your consciousness, he doesn't refer only to increasing the quality of emotions you feel (ex. from courage to acceptance or from apathy to fear). Leo said a while ago that all the videos from Actualized.org raise your consciousness in some way. I do agree, but if that's the case, time management or becoming a strategic motherfucker doesn't fit David's model. A different definition might be needed.
  18. @AleksM I can understand that without any effort. But this explanation would go over the average person's head very easily (and stage orange people would probably dismiss this explanation as woo-woo new age stuff). How would you explain this to the CEO of a bank or a lawyer?
  19. Is there any way to copy the notes from OneNote with all the formatting intact? When I copy-paste it screws up all the formatting (bulleted lists, bold text etc.)
  20. How to Deal With Depression - The Key to Breaking Out of Depression
  21. How to Stop Being a Victim - Part one What is a victim? A person who gives away control. Ask yourself this: "Who is ultimately responsible for the quality of your life?" Is it your Parents? Family? Environment? The country you grew up in? Friends? Coworkers? Boss? Husband/Wife/Kids? Girlfriend/Boyfriend? Genetics? Economy? Political climate? Media? Society? Entertainment? Hollywood? The news? History/how you were raised? If you answered anything but "me", you are thinking like a victim. You need to take responsibility of your own: Success Relationships Most people will take responsibility of these two Failures Ex. A diet or a relationship that did not work Emotions They are not caused by external environments Accidents Circumstances People love to use circumstances as excuses Stages of consciousness The Victim The Fighter All about conflict Thinks it's a dog eat dog world That there always think life is a zero sum game Always fighting stuff The Creator Someone who realizes that life is what you make of it Focused on making stuff Being at Peace You don't have any control at all Life force flowing through it Everything goes smoothly, without resistances Responsibility vs Blaming You don't need to BLAME yourself. You are not TO BLAME for your genetics, family, etc. You just need to take responsibility You need to choose how you react If you were born in a not so developed country, you have the capability in the present moment to change your own situation and attitude towards that circumstance Your brain is really good at creating excuses that will prevent you from going out of your comfort zone It's almost like you can not trust yourself If you are a victim right now, you need to be cautious of believing what you think and your excuses Why do people become victims? Because it's scary to admit to yourself that you are responsible for everythingAnd that means that you suddenly have a lot of work to do A lot of personal development has to happen The problem is that you are not taking enough action MASSIVE ACTION Without action, you won't overcome any obstacles Don't trust your brain to tell how much action you need to take It will always be too little A list of common phrases victims say to themselves and other people: I can't This is maybe the worst one It's impossible It's too hard Life is unfair I must/I need to/I have to I've never done that What if I fail? It's his/her/it's fault I already tried that Most people haven't really tried that much This will never happen But this always happens I'll give it a shot Maybe/I think I'm not good enough (at x,y,z) But what's the point? There's no point It's too much effort Great for young people, but it's too late for me Sure, it's easy for you. You had this and had that. I have this and that handicap But how? How to Stop Being a Victim - Part Two What makes a victim a victim? A victim thinks that the external world is a much bigger obstacle than he is to himself YOU, ARE, THE ONLY, OBSTACLE It's your mind that's the problem The problem is, if you are a victim, you won't believe this Victims don't realize that the mind is the only obstacleVictims don't appreciate the possibility of self-deception They don't take this very seriously What you should really worry about: The internal world. Your Mental filters Attitude Limiting beliefs Judgements Unquestioned assumptions about reality Lack of introspection Visualizations Monkey mind Model of reality Emotional reactions What you view as right and wrong and good and evil The habits that you cultivate Your self talk The words you use, the tonality etc. Awareness/Consciousness Ego and it's relationships to other people Instead of this, you worry about the external world. Truth is, your internal world shapes your external world. Problems are not things that exist in the external world. They are projections of your mind. Until you become aware enough of this fact for yourself, you won't be able to let the problems go. Until then, the world will appear hostile, unfair and cruel.
  22. I had terrible anxiety resulting frequently in panic attacks. The pqnic attacks usually came about from letting the mind run amok on existential questions and resisting both the feelings and the thoughts. I've set an alarm every hour labeled "Let go :)" to remind myself to do an internal check in to see if worry or anxiety had acumulated, especially in the abdomen. After 3 alarms my abdomen still felt very contracted, my mind uneasy, and felt both anxiety and worry. I started again asking the questions: Can I allow myself to feel this feeling fully? Can I let this feeling go? Would I let it go? When? And after I got through those and said Now, I inhaled and clenched my fists really hard and then I let go in a swooping motion of my hands coupled with the exhale, and at the same time imagining a knot untangling from my abdomen area. Done this two times and all the worry and anxiety went away fully. Also felt a slight euphoria. But what surprised me was that not only was it gone, COMPLETELY DISSOLVED, but I tried evoking it back to see if I could and I couldn't, haha. For two hours I was in a state of deep peace and couldn't cause anxiety or fearful thoughts to myself. I was amazed. I'm gonna keep doing it. This is just an update on my progress. Hope this helps some other people out. I also had a terrible fear of heights, which resulted in 1 panic attack during my first flight. On my third flight I used deep diaphragmatic breathing coupled with the letting go technique and the flight was almost a breeze. I felt so proud and alive afterwards.
  23. @111111 Hey there! Thanks! Daily evolver should be of help. I've you've found something additional in the meanwhile, I would love to hear it.
  24. I want to find a few good high consciousness news sources. It doesn't have to be spiritually linked. I just want a news outlet that isn't that biased, that doesn't instigate hate, that doesn't prey on the human cognitive biases etc. I want to be aware of what's happening around me and around the world. It's easy to get confined to your own bubble. I'm looking for: - News and breakthroughs in tech - Unbiased analyses of what's happening in politics and environmental issues - New results from studies in psychology, neuroscience - What's happening with businesses around the world. Also, new, innovative start-ups that solve large issues - Unforeseen natural disasters - News about how different things affect humans (positively or negatively) I want to feel the pulse of the world around me. If you know any good news outlets, please let me know.
  25. @Hellspeed I don't know. That's why I'm asking. At least I want the best source I can find, even if it might not be perfect. Gonna choose the lesser evil.
