  1. Not uncommon to become more introverted and step away from people once walking the path. It takes time for the love for the universe to deepen. Inbetween that, it can feel there is a disconnect between you and people until the conciousness begins to express the love through itself towards other people in your life and world. It's okay to keep your social circle small. Nurture those relationships. If they're meaningful to you, you can practice more love towards those people. A warm up for the love towards the other people aha. The people around you are the Universe in love ultimatley. With deepening love for the universe, love around deepens.
  2. The higher level solution to this, is to build yourSelf up. Do you have a lifes purpose you are passionate about? Do you enjoy engaging in your lifestyle outside of dating? Do you have cool friends you like to be with and hobbies you enjoy? How happy are you by yourself? Are you persuing women or are you attracting women? ( important distinction.) Can you bring women onto your island or are you trying to get on their island? ie. Lead her in your world not her world. How good are your generall communication and social skills in different social and business contexts including with strangers? How well can you communicate and intract with women ( including very attracive women) without hitting on them? Do you have unhealed traumas, emotions and limiting beliefs that could be flaring up your 'pain body' in social interactions that need addressing? Do you have a meditation practice that will make you more aware of yourself and give the space to let go and detach as well remain more calm and centered in social situations? Working on these things alongside dating beautiful women results in having more confidence and being less attached to them. It takes time, but you gotta work on your Self first ultimatley. Maybe you got all these things down, but if not, worth considering.

  4. It's been 7 years since part 1...
  5. @Husseinisdoingfine yeah. Chinese government banned private training centers last year. They shut down thousands of schools and forced them all to go non profit. I work in a Chinese primary school. Kids are there from 8am-6:30pm monday to Friday and then the majority of kids parents send their kids to private schools in the evenings and weekends. High school is 8am-10pm 6 and half days a week. Some senior year students are 8am-midnight.

  7. Try your best in any given moment. That's all you can do. Try your best. Cringe. Repeat. = A Buddha.
  8. @Vivaldo Nature set us up a certain way. The masculine is penetrating. The feminine is yielding. Girls giving you any kind of signals of interest and attraction is them yielding. Penetration, that's your job.
  9. There is a real poor alignment in ones being when they're not doing the right thing at the right time. At soon as you do something longer than you should be doing it, you feel a sense of losing alignment, a disconnect. Once alignment is lost, harmony between body mind and breath is lost. Once that harmony is lost, conditions for burnout are amplified. Stay connected to body and breath. Stat in harmony with body and breath. Nature. Breathe.
  10. It seems staying on track with goals over the long run is naturally challenging. I think burnout can be in the short term and the long term. We can burned out at the end of the day and at the end of a month or a season or year. When burned out we might try to keep taking action but then our action is ineffective, we are more easily distracted and our mind wanders a lot more and we experience a lot less presence. We could also just stop taking action altogether either conciously or unconsciously. Maybe there is a message underneath our burnout to just chill the fuck out and come back later...Sometimes the message is listened to... sometimes it's not... I guess it comes down to managing ones energy and trusting the Universe to bring us back to ourselves when we are so totally wiped out that it feels like we've fallen of the path. I think Duncan Trussel said "The biggest lie of the mind is that the state you are in now is permanent and won't end." When I'm burned out, my mind plays this trap. "When you wanna start going to the gym, the key is to go for 30 minutes, but to then continue to go to the gym regularly." Leo Maybe burnout is a form of a resistance too so gotta be careful. Avoiding burnout: Yoga. TaiChi. Journaling. Contemplation. Nature. Introspection. Meditation. Sleep. Healthy diet. Dream board. Reviewing ones goals each day even when they're wiped out. Working in shorter blocks. focusing on consistency over the long term instead of quantity. Returning to the present moment whilst respecting and honoring the needs of the body and mind.
  11. Final Fantasy X Tidus is from a world without Sin. A world without suffering. He is so innocent, childlike and fearless. Spira is a world of suffering with 10 year calms once sin is defeated. Sin is like a 500 ton weight on the mind. Sphere grid. Now that's some satisfaction. "So what if it is all just happening in your head harry? Does that make it any less real?" -Dumbledore

  14. Amazing. Well ordered thoughts here man. I really appeciate you taking the time to write and share this. This is such an important topic. This is where the Game is played. Burnout and realizing the unconcious by befriending it have been discussed this week. You hit the nail on the head here. Great analysis. Thank you.
  15. Half an hour. Some days not at all. I aspire to read more. Life conditions don't really allow for reading books multiple hours a day right now. I also very much enjoy listening to podcasts and audio. Learning a language too which takes time, not at the stage I can read books in that language yet, but i'll get there. Once I escape wage slavery, i'll be able to read books more often. Depends on the conditions, I read 1-3 hours a day in the summer holiday.
  16. @ElenaO Wow. Beautiful. Thank you for sharing this journey of yours into motherhood.
  17. @Ryan_047 Usually there is alot more going on inside of us that manifests in the form of loneliness. Observing it it is one part of the equation. Doing the deeper inner work and overall Self transformation are the other parts of the equation. It won't happen in one insight.
  18. @Manusia @SamC Let go. Let go. Let go. Kill the boy.
