  1. "legal" is debatable... tolerated and unlikely to be prosecuted is more accurate (even for Holland/Amsterdam)
  2. There's a bit of reverse tolerance with 5-meo, I find that once you hit your sweet spot, you won't likely return until you've integrated the experience.
  3. Shulgin has a great quote ... “You must be careful because sometimes you bend something that doesn’t unbend.” Abusing/using psychedelics too often leads to an experience that teaches one to not abuse them anymore... very self-regulating for those who get a little too cocky. @Shadowraix natural = found in nature (plants, animals) versus synthetic lab made 5-meo. the differences in molecules makes 5-meo + bufotenin completely different drugs. They may be close in chemistry, but the effects are profoundly different.
  4. Speaking from my own experiences, your subconscious does all of the work for you. If healing needs to happen, it does it in the sort of way that even if the experience is difficult, the integration happens automatically (although maybe not immediately) and will present itself when you are ready to see it. Follow the rules of set/setting, dosage, good mindstate, etc. I find if you try and force the experience, dose too low/high, have unrealistic expectations, you're setting yourself up for disappointment. The best intentions are no intentions.. (at least for me).
  5. 1- If you're already crazy (legit), then yeah, it's possible to have difficulties but nothing that you shouldn't be able to confront by yourself. Knowing you're a phone call away from a loved one should be enough to calm this anxiety 2- yes, exercise will increase the positive effects of the solo retreat 3- solitude and doing nothing produce incredible results 4-journaling your thoughts is great
  6. Do what makes you happy and produces the best results for you,..sometimes weed makes people lazy, for others, it can help produce incredible artwork. It's highly dependent on the energy you already have... Also, an edible (weed) can be highly psychedelic, so you need to be specific if you're going to compare apples to apples.
  7. In Mexico, you have a number of options that are typically not available in most countries. Bufo (toad venom aka 5-meo-dmt) is widely available (but not exactly for the beginner), ayahuasca (also not a beginner type of introduction to psychedelics), mushrooms, Salvia, San Pedro (mescaline)... Keep in mind that these activities are legal for indigenous use, so it really is a grey area for you to locate and participate if you're an outsider. You should research what kind of healing you would like, there''s literally 5-6 main types of psychedelics but then dozens of plants/research chemicals underneath each other. You need to be careful with choosing a center/place to actually go and have a trip. Personally, I don't like to be around a bunch of strangers while they're getting high (oops, I mean healing), and around people who should be taking care of me while they themselves are getting wasted (I don't like shamans).... sometimes self-exploration by yourself is necessary. I recommend (if you're not well-versed in this area) to start off very slow and small ... have a friend/family you trust/love to be a trip sitter and explore this way. If the problem is source + supply, you need to make friends with people that are already into this sort of thing, or if you're an introvert with friends who are only into alcohol like me, you can source your materials yourself with a little work on the internet. Many plants and some research are legally obtainable depending on the country you live in. Healing happens by sheer accident sometimes, though you can do the work yourself when you look deep and have the right tools.
