  1. The guru isn't the problem. Its the people who get snowed by the guru. Truth has always been a solo endeavor....heh funny how that works out. Any guru worth his salt will tell the seeker to go within and any seeker worth their weight will do exactly that. Everything else is meaningless + or -
  2. Dosage and strains is something you can research online. Plenty of good resources. Some experimentation is typically involved so I hesitate to say "take X amount of grams of strain Y and do Z". "Five dried grams in silent darkness" is the usual anecdote but your mileage may vary. They're great for inner work, particularly trauma but you best be prepared if that's something you want to take head on with shrooms. The reason why they are great for trauma is the same reason they are not risk free - you are going to be forced to confront it whether that's your intention or not and the mushroom doesn't coddle you in any way and will say the most hateful and despicable things to get the message to transmit. It does not pull any punches and tells you exactly what you need to hear and you won't be able to get away from it. If you are, for any reason, unprepared for that it can have negative consequences in a whole slew of ways I won't bother going into. Its easier said than done but don't fight the experience. Surrender is key. The only advice I got before my death trip was "you don't want to end up crying in the fetal position" which of course, I did. But then I worked it out by giving in and the healing process was in full swing. Fare thee well.

  5. The external world of man is one big blind spot.
  6. "I am the Lord, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God. I will strengthen you, though you have not acknowledged me."
  7. The immortal yearns for death, yes.
  8. Pointing out the obvious is no burden to yours truly. Its just sad when one has to resort to it.
  9. If you can't figure it out that aint on me.
  10. Drugs are not required one bit. It's just more fun and interesting when drugs are involved.
  11. I don't drink for my health I drink as part of my mission from god.
  12. Its the voice that I think is in my head.
  13. I have. 10/10 would hit again.
  14. Mr. Gura has had no influence on me whatsoever. But I have to give credit where it's due his solipsism video makes for a good busting out the hand puppets type media for people who are new to the subject matter. It helps that most of it was spot on.
  15. Bread and circuses.
  16. Seems like a lot of god people don't really believe in the infinite or miracles. There's a weird irony to acknowledging an Omnipotent Omniscience and then don't give it much credit - or not nearly enough.
  17. The Gods do mock my folly.
  18. Trust me friend I can't wait to get the fuck out of here. In the interim there's a lot of wonder, beauty and mystery to be explored and none of it is lost on me.
  19. It's the opposite for me - the Truth is testing me - but its the same thing. Tomato tomato.
  20. I think that's been done and I believe its called 'negative theology'.
  21. Being everything and nothing is a mindfuck for sure.
  22. A miracle without explanation.
  23. That's the big cockblock being reflected back to you. But yeah, its just you. That's it.
