Yes, it all depends how you naturally channel out sexual energy. What Norbert said about insomnia, irritability, aggression is true. Inability to channel sexual energy or getting aroused and not delivering afterwards can lead to blue-balls or energy build up. Stretching, exercise and cold showers can help, but the point is to follow what feels natural for your body and stop trying to use your mind to try to control the body, because nature is not something that you can control, rather you need to learn to allow nature to flow through you. This is the Tao in a nutshell, effortless living. Eventually you will find the balance, and when you have stabilized your mind and body, your sexual energy circulates well, then you will get aroused at will and not in uncontrolled way. You wont need to masturbate, you won't have wet dreams, you will make love when its truly needed. Focus on "needs" not desires and life becomes a lot simpler.

No being honest, I haven't watched soccer for maybe 15+ years, and when i see the name "Ronaldo" i think of the Brazilian. If you had said "Cristiano" Ronaldo i would of made the connection. And idk who's better but the Ronaldo from Brazil will always be "my guy". My post was much deeper than merely your 16k points, that's just what you felt "value" in to respond with, all the other stuff i said was dismissed. And you taking it 'personal' and calling 'insult' only clashes with your non-dual / absolutism advice that you give to others, yet when the mirror is pointing back at you, you can't take the heat, cause its groundless, unintegrated knowledge, thus lacking in wisdom. I am simply being raw, brutal, truthful, how you see and receive it is your own lens. By your words you project authority and wisdom, and yet... the truth reveals otherwise. I am not targeting you per se, I just see the patterns, so i hold up a mirror when you make such posts (because that's what feels natural and intuitive for me), and yet it only reveals my intuition and nature is playing our perfectly because its triggering you so much. When you make such posts online (out in the open) be prepared to take accountability. I know it hurts, but it shows you are human too, just like me, never forget that, and its ok to step down from the high horse.

Lets just say I am an ancient member here, even before you were around, but I have no need to hold onto characters, names, posts and forms. I often forget my details and make a new account as i often take years off the forums and come back every now and then. I've contributed a lot here on the many accounts I have had and made some powerful posts and long discussions too, but I don't hold onto them, i have little ego about that stuff, even if my impact changed the whole world, it would not reveal anything of significance to me, or any title to 'hold onto' because that's all 'ego'. I am simply a messenger. I come and go like the wind, to bridge the gap, to hold up a mirror, I have no need to try, i simply am an open vessel, simply playing my part. Yeah i feel you, and when people say things like "i can only afford to be in nature time/money-wise, once a week, it really challenges me too, and that's how far humanity has drifted from the garden of eden, where nature is now a place we need time/money for or to visit, rather to simply be at home, at peace and free in our own land without having to pay to live. Yeah in the beginning the effort is needed, but in the end, or shall i say when you truly 'master' the art of living, the effort becomes effortless. I truly believe we are all meant to be unified more like the movie Avatar, but we have drifted very far and been quiet disconnected.
