Nice, I've lived like this for a few years on and off in different places, but after a few months I often outgrow the places and people, and often they can become cult-like and too rigid in rules and demands, and my nature being rebellious to any type of system or structure, ends up clashing a lot, especially if i wish to expose the "shadows" or implement ideas to make the place of a higher frequency, which often brings up too much to the surface for the owners or elders of those places who don't want to grow and expand more than they are comfortable with. Beautiful to live in nature with others, although, for me at least, very challenging to find a place of ideal frequency, where all the people are on the same page and expanding at the same rate, so I plant my seeds, and move on. Some people I still connect with, but often I wander off. I feel you can find a nice balance like I have, know when to be alone, and when to be in community.

Teleportation would be nice, saves me having to deal with making money and all the other shit that comes with it

Mugwort is a very medicinal herb, I feel it gets used more for dream stuff but there is a much deeper story you should look into. Boil some water, steep for 5 - 10 minutes or more... add a little raw honey for taste, enjoy 15 - 30 minutes before bed.

I would ask this guy, he done 11 days. I done about 3 - 4 days on a few occasions throughout my life. Definitely some psychedelic experiences, different from psychedelics tho, almost alien in a weird way, more like alice in wonderland style or amanita ish...

I only watched it once but it had such an impactful story, often more than the other star/space shows. Yes he was one of my favorites too and the general. Hard to find good sci-fi these days yeah. Indeed. The Story = The Magic

@Carl-Richard Yeah, how i see it is, the further away the food from the Source (tree, ground, pond) ect.. both in time and distance and processing, the more toxic and potentially poisonous it becomes for our bodies and minds.

Yes this is basically how I meditate these days. Almost every time i sit and rest in being (meditate), I get the notion to move my body and or release stagnant energies or what not, and then i find after moved the energy, through physical activity, whether through dance, or running, or even working around the garden, i find i can then really sit more deeply and its like I am now integrating all that movement. I feel it has to do with balance of energies, we need both stillness and movement, silence and sound, darkness and light, to effectively "integrate" one another. I found the first half of my spiritual journey was about meditation, isolation, stillness, fasting, solitude, now its more active (being in the body) and (feeling things), singing, playing music, chanting, expressing the truth or energy (into the world), so to speak... Truth expressed is medicine, truth withheld is poison. After all, physical activity is the language of physical reality, so I feel when we (shake the body up) we somewhat dispel over-activity of the mind and bring it into the body and channel it out, then the mind is much more whole and empty, peaceful and free. Movement is Stillness applied and Stillness is Movement integrated.

I like how you stated that And yes EV olive oil and coconut are among the lightest for the body, a little drizzle on salad or with a smoothie (coconut) or brew is great. I usually focus more on the (whole food) itself like getting the oils i need from the avocado, coconut flesh, olive, nuts/seeds themselves, easier on the body, more wholistic nutrition and balance of release of essential fatty acids, protein, minerals ect.. But I don't mind a little bit of EV oil here and there. On the other hand... I almost died from Canola oil and fried foods, still have some inflammation in my spine from that experience.
-
Yes and there are many other (some worse) examples than seed oils humans put in their bodies today. Although I would never touch Canola oil (a highly toxic industrial oil), Cold-pressed olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, macadamia oil ect.. are much healthier and gentler on the body.

Great stuff guys, some good reminders here. @Phil King Loved Dinner With Andre great movie. Reminded me of this movie, it was so done mostly all in one living room yet so rich in story. @Natasha Tori Maru Battlestar was a great tv show, so underrated, epic story line.

Maybe you’re just afraid to truly live and see It’s easy to get caught "up there" and say, "This is it." (Ahh, it feels safe up here... emotional armor against being human.) But remember: you’re Human, and you’re on this beautiful Earth. The non-dualist says, "The flower is an illusion." Meanwhile, the child sees the flower, smells it, touches it, totally one with it. The child is immersed in the richness of life, while the non-dualist mindset, by contrast, can feel cold, emotionless, like a graveyard. Maybe the concept is true. But that’s not what Life is about. One of my favorite quotes says: "Wisdom says I am nothing, Love says I am everything, and between the two, Life flows." Life is a Trinity - Lose one, and the circle breaks. Hold all three, and you’re truly awake. -

That's a weird thing to say, its not about the messenger or how they look appear, its about the message, if it resonates / makes sense. This is what people usually use to dismiss something they may not be wishing to believe to turn our to be true. Even the Chat GPT said: Humans are frugivorous omnivores — fruit- and plant-based by design, but capable of eating almost anything for survival. I've seen many of healthy looking humans who eat only fruit, and we must take into account that diet is only one side of the coin, and the coin has 3 sides -
Is evidence always needed? If you understand the structure of reality: (energy / frequency / vibration), it all starts to make more sense. For me, it seems far more plausible that in an infinite universe, intelligent life beyond Earth exists, and that some of these beings, possibly far more advanced than us, may have dropped in at some point. Maybe they moved massive stones using ultrasonic vibratory technologies, created these structures, and left without trace or explanation, and maybe humanity couldn’t fully comprehend what happened, power structures collided, civilizations clashed, knowledge was lost, libraries were destroyed, and here we are today, trying to piece it all back together. Honestly, that seems more likely to me than the idea that humans, with the limited tools they supposedly had, somehow managed to construct such immense and precise monuments. I think many people resist the possibility of advanced or non‑human involvement simply because it challenges what we’ve been taught to believe about history and human capability. It actually feels far more digestible than the endless struggle to explain it all through purely mechanical or primitive means.

What if we don't breath and always hold our breath unknowingly, and only breathe when we remember to Sometimes i breathe, sometimes i breath deeply, sometimes i hold my breath for hours until i remember i need to breathe. You ever woke up from sleep and just knew you haven't been breathing? I've tapped into some deep states where even breathing disturbs the inner stillness. The ego is your mask unto the world, you need this mask to live in this world, the point is not to dissolve it or kill it, that's outdated and misleading spirituality, rather the point is to pull it in so close that it merges entirely with the true self. and there you are, SOULfull ! -
Why is it so hard for people to believe that we can move things with sound vibrations? Its really quite simple if you have the correct tools that can emit the correct vibratory frequencies. Everything in physicality (matter & location) has a 'signature frequency', and if you have the technology to find that out what that frequency is, and then also have the technology to generate that frequency, it MUST move or shift to the location of the generated frequency. Bashar actually spoke of this and makes total sense. Idk why its hard to accept that advanced civilizations existed before us, and possibly wiped out our knowledge and history. I play didgeridoo and shamanic drum often and people have transformations just by listening to them. Cause they don't just listen, they feel them, there is shifts that occur in their cellular matrix thus consciousness. I don't intellectually understand what is happening, nor i think we are meant to, but you feel things and things shift and lives change. That speaks more to me than figuring out the intricate details of who what when where how.

Its really all about surrender and awareness. That when we are "resisting" or (in the head), we are always seeking "that", and yet when we surrender and truly relax and rest into our being, and return to Presence or Awareness, we realize we never left, and that which we were "seeking" is that which we already are, but we were too busy (in activity) of the mind, we miss it every single time, until we master the art of surrender and relaxation. Enlightenment is thus then the Grounding or Stabilization of the Awakening. It is the Surrendering and Resting in Being. When in mind, we seek enlightenment. When the mind surrenders and rests, there we are Peace -

They only eat meat and usually very small bugs and animals when they have no fruit / food available, that doesn't mean its designed for them or that they prefer it, but they can tolerate it once in a while, and like humans (who are one step up the evolutionary path), will always prefer fruit over any other food. Its the only food that requires no mechanical or artificial processing or flavoring to make it enjoyable to our taste buds. The simple analogy would be: If you put a human baby or young child in a room with a rabbit and a piece of fruit. The baby will never eat the rabbit and play with the fruit. You can even put a vegetable in there, it will still prefer the fruit. That in itself speaks volumes beyond what all outside sources say. -

It also causes disruptions physically, emotionally, mentally, and no that's your idea of "the point". You can still build muscle and be materialistic with plant-based foods. Killing is a form of ignorance not deeper intelligence. -

Yes that's what i meant they lived so deep in the jungle that money wasn't used, they never had used it, its the younger family members who came and took the money or gifts, sometimes they come back with gifts of their own or if the elders ever needed anything from the outside world. I was really inspired by them and how they lived brought them so much peace that they were the poorest people i ever met (money-wise) yet richest in all the other ways that truly matter. They showed me what true abundance and free living was. -
Ramasta9 replied to enchanted's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
A distorted opinion, these people were genuine, i could feel the richness of their souls and fullness of their hearts. They helped me because they saw me for who i was and felt me. They had everything they needed and more. They had no need for money whatsoever, they were naturally abundant. -

In my experience, one week is not even the touching the (detoxification phase). When you felt sick that is usually the (toxins and poisons) coming out of you that you have had stored for years, because as soon as you eat a lighter diet, the body starts cleaning itself up. And many people panic at this point and think they are dying or getting worse, when in fact its just the (toxins coming out). A little education helps, less leaves, more fruit & nut, exercise, massage, rest ect... Humans are closer to frugivores than any other species, this is a scientific fact, our entire biology and anatomy says so. Yes we have evolved and adapted to meat and animal products but we are not carnivores or true omnivores, we simply do not have the physiological characteristics to hunt and kill an animal and then enjoy the raw blood, flesh and bones like a carnivore or omnivore does. We naturally find the raw flesh, bone, organs, guts ect... repulsive, rather we need to clean it and cook and dress it with herbs, salt and flavors to make it palatable to our human taste buds. That in itself should reveal a lot that is not our species specific food, rather what we've become (used to), and when you eat certain food your gut microbiome changes, you even develop parasites that now crave that food, and yes we can survive, but that does not mean its the optimal. We are opportunistic omnivores at most, but ideally the human prefers the fruit of the tree, its the easiest and most visually / sensory appealing food for us, our bodies being upright and hands are designed to pick fruit off a tree, its practically effortless compared to the challenge of hunting and killing and cleaning and preparing an animal for food. I feel if people want to eat animals they should hunt and kill and do the whole process themselves, because its something that psychologically most humans simply cannot do, and that in itself will reveal if its really right for you. A lot of what you shared is outdated misinformation. Hope this helps clear things up.
