  1. Average actualized.org user.
  2. Yeah this is tricky. Although I`ve never experienced anything mystical (to me it seems so), so I can`t tell what is not survival. But it looks like that mother`s love for her baby is kinda not survival in some sense. But still I`m in doubt.
  3. Survival = selfishness. Check out Leo`s 3 part episode on what is survival.
  4. Hey, I noticed recently that I actually don`t fully recover after night`s sleep. I eat healthy, exercise enough, take vitamins, have good sleep hygiene and all this healthy stuff I really do. Every day I wake up with some muscle soreness, some heaviness in the body. Is this common thing among people or not? Thank you for reading!
  5. Probably it`s better to see Homer Simpson than Dan Belzerian or Thai Lopez on the post of president
  6. This is the life I will probably have if I won`t escape wage slavery. I`ll just say "Fuck it, I`m going to fucking Cuba or Ecuador"
  7. First question: what does this poem mean?
  8. shit those zoomers messing up with legends. inshallah their cheeks will be clapped
  9. Usually when I`m aware/mindful I don`t have thoughts at all.
  10. You know I know about visualizations and affirmations and all shit but how do you really apply them to your life? If I want to make money, do I really say some flimsy affirmation like "I have a lot of money" or "I will make a lot of money"? Like it sounds so cringe saying that. So I`m kinda skeptical of this. Did you guys those affirmations and visualizations really help? If yes, how? Thanks!!!!
  11. Thank you, bro. I also heard Rick Rubin say something like if you change your aperture (perspective, simply speaking) you can gain a lot of creativity. Like from going focused on one specific project with strict rules and boundaries then going from that to free-flowing project where you can do anything you want without rules. You know, smth like that also helps. But I didn`t really get the point. I had question: "So is it better to yearn to be thoughtless, mindful or just do your meditation and you`re free and having your insights throughout the day?" So which is it?
  12. Thank you guys for help! You are linchpin for me
  13. Hey. I`m not fully victim but I still feel that sometimes I act like victim. I watched all Leo`s vids about it. But maybe is there some practical exercises or more potent information how to overcome victimhood? Thank you!
  14. Fine. i`ll do it. Thanks for advice everyone
  15. Hello. If you have any experience with astral projection or lucid dreaming, feel free to share it! Specifically I want to learn how to astral project and/or lucid dream.
  16. Two months ago I started playing guitar. Just learning. Before I got this guitar I really had a passion to play on it. After 1-2 weeks I can play some cool songs, but it feels to me now like "Meh, yeah, it sounds good, but who cares?". I feel like yeah, it`s good music, but, after all, who really cares if I can play beautiful music? So that`s it. Is it like I`ve gone through a purpose layer (from book "The Way of The Superior Man") and now I need to move on. Or I`m just lazy fucker or whatever? Thanks for attention.
  17. Is it just doing stretching in sauna?
  18. Does 3 sets of pull-ups really wear body so much?
  19. Remember that you are saying that from a perspective of a quite successful person. And you success in life is quite predetermined by obstacles like country you were born in. Imagine being born Leo in Gaza or Liberia or Bangladesh. Let`s see what would you say about socialism. So you defending so much capitalism is quite selfish of yours.
  20. I do a little workout every day. It`s either 3 sets of pull-ups or 3 sets of dead hang.
  21. Hi, rn I`m talking to people who don`t meditate but do other activities that are kinda replacing meditation. So, what you do instead of meditation?
  22. Yes, I sit 12 hours a day. Haven`t tried hot yoga. Wtf is that?
  23. Yes Not ideal but quite good I worked on my posture a bit. So it`s not awful but still have work to do. I have also scoliosis and quite major back pain (I`m 18). Yeah, imbalance in my hip joint.
