    @Nemra No, psychic phenomena have literally just been scientifically proven (as our parapsychologist friend Carl would tell us) and you can't handle it, or you're not conscious of why it has to be part of reality. And just assume it's impossible for no reason.

    If it is randomized properly there's a psi phenomenon going on rather than that he's "intuiting" or guessing it.

    Based on the number of countries, or even the small number of countries in regions, and it picks based on google street views, of which there are hundreds of millions or billions, so that makes any accuracy more unlikely. And it would probably remain randomized, they wouldn't have "this was picked, so now it goes here". Especially it wouldn't have "this happened, so this happened, so now this happens".

    Sixth is higher, but average Wanderer from higher densities is from sixth due to its nature. At that point positivity and negativity are indistinguishable. Rasputin is an example of low fourth density negative with superpowers. Jesus is an example of high fourth density positive with superpowers.
