Yes. There are many who claim there is nothing outside consciousness (perhaps this is only the practice, but its not specified and presented as absolute). The mind cannot accept not knowing. Since I cant know it, then it doesn't exist?BRUH Leo, not But Leo. Not knowing is a higher level of knowing. There is no proof of outside of consciousness, thats no proof. Thats just a statement: you wilk never know. Can one accept and surrender? ❤ Leo, God is bigger than you, I know you know that. It's arrogance and it came off as arrogant in the video. I cant share the vid with anyone, it will not convince anyone of truth other than those who already have the same view. And if its an exercise to find the Self, it is presented in a way too egoic way to work.

There are a lot of poignant pointers in Christianity. Dont throw it out as useless because of the Dogma. It is filled with Truth and the sincere scholar will be able to unravel the mystery. Perhaps. I am not all knowing, just my feeling. I was not trying to convince him, and it was part of a deeper discussion. So it was just the natural flow to show him what my standard for Truth is and I did it in the most clear and anti-dogmatic way possible. My point was not to confuse, but to see if he is able to accept the truth of something obvious if shown. He had refused the present moment as he said that its just a moment in time and goes away and its not important, even though i told him he is there when he prays. We were talking about the timeless place etc... Its a long story. But many of the things he was saying were completely inline with Truth, just from different perspective. So I wanted to guide him to see the page, rather than the letters and to not pledge allegiance to the symbols, but to what the symbols point to. And not to think because he read about trees that he can know trees, its different in direct experience. Like a tree points to a ?, the tree doesn't care how you call it. In the same way i tried to explain that God /consciousness does not care what label you put on it as long as you put your allegiance in it and be absorbed in It. I was trying to unite him with God/what is, to introduce him to mysticism. Failed. But perhaps the seeds are sawn.

Very needed, for me! I'm so glad I found it. It's so worth all these hours, it's perfect for meditation. No drugs needed! The higher power literally has your back, its what knows your back and knew your back 10 years ago. It is so freaking mysterious and so freaking you that it definitely has your back. But you are not it, even though it is so freaking you! Its a mindfuck but a beautiful one. Give the doubts too, to That one who knows right now. give everything to where it came from. Disown it, it does not belong to you, it belongs to life. Do not cling to doubts, do not cling to anything, not any idea. If something "bad" happens disown it, if something "good" happens disown it. That doesnt mean not experience it - experience it fully, but don't cling to it! Give it to the Self beyond self. Then the self grows out of that continuous link with the "higher" - out of time and space- you. Lets go "basic" , in the "basic" practice is the most juice : Close your eyes: notice the I am. Notice you immediately give the I am location and some form, even subtly. Even in your mind somewhere or some "black" visual image or something like that. Perhaps a bit in your head or in your heart or anywhere else in the body, or the whole body or above your body. Doesnt matter where, you always localize it and have some subtle form to it. Try to notice the place from which that seeing is known and keep conscious traction there, but notice that while keeping conscious traction you have localized it again, keep looking for something which you havent seen yet (which you are looking from), go even deeper and keep going doing that process. Since we always do, that shouldnt be a problem!

Sorry for writing Bulgarian, its just heart talk that is better in home language. If you want to improve your life, now, follow this. I don't know how deep you are, and whether you're deeper than me, but I'm trying to help. If you really feel like you don't know why you're in a shit situation, try doing this practice I suggested and trust a higher power which you have not yet touched. You can say you are nothing and everything and be correct, but thats still a story and not helping your situation, right? So do this: Every time you have egoic needs, cravings ( every time you do do do, you cant stop doing ofcourse!_) even while you are reading this, and while you are responding, notice the deeper knower which you have never noticed before. Not even once before have you noticed this knower. Its always fresh. You cant know this knower in time. Give up everything to it. Give up meanings too, but meanings will remain, when they get back to you everything will be fresher and purified a little bit - and with more little more wisdom, little more authenticity, little more love, light, spontaneity and trust in what is. With practice, more and more, all you give to That will be purified by its innocence. I am in the practice of following this and I resonate so much. I just wish to share my experience and help a fellow out, we are in this together. I am not "There" I will never be "There" .

its funny, in my dream with Leo's higher self he never once claimed to be god nor wanted to look like he was god. He was so genuine and he was literally the most ordinary guy, with extraordinary presence. And guided me to notice I am the Absolute (within the dream)

@Bulgarianspirit @Uglyroach Can we stop saying the word God, and instead start saying the word Self. There is more chance that you know who you are. Leave the God word out of it, its arrogant to even think you know, me included. God is just a word, but you're pointing to something bigger than your identity. Do not follow anyone in using the word God. Even IF you are God, why do you need to parade around about it? Leave it out. Its making everyone inauthentic to claim Godhood. What is more authentic is "I dont know what that I is" Dont call it God. In fact dont call it anything, just notice it, continuously, praise it, keep going back to it again and again. Follow it, give everything you own to it. Every thought, feeling, sensation - pleasure and pain - give everything to the IAM. Even and most importantly give any localized sense of self, give to the IAM which is not it! Every time you think you have IT, notice what is ever not what you're aware of yet that knows that. Always ask yourself - what is there right now that I am not seeing. I know that I am the I am, but what am I not knowing right now that I could become more and more conscious of. dont stop, dont stop dont stop you have not arrived. Nobody has arrived. Yeah but I think I am being direct enough because I kind of know things like " The truth shall set you free" and he is stuck in belief so he might see what this points to. He takes the scripture for truth. He told me that for every paper tower I give him, he makes a castle made of rock or something of that sort, so I told him that no castle that he makes can be bigger than the space in which it appears. lol! I mean from my point of view I dont want my friend to be stuck with this close mindedness, but on the other hand I feel like a jerk for doing this as if Im trying to come out right. @SoonHei Yeah lol! He also told me that Eckhart Tolle is a charlatan and is "attacking people" just to deny the isness of the present moment. It was almost as if our chat was a fight between the heart and the mind that cannot center itself in the moment. He told me that the heart is not to be trusted, because it is a sinner's heart and was saying how 2000 years of revelation written in the bible cannot be wrong and he was constantly denying any quotes from Jesus which in any way point to the present moment or consciousness, by saying that it is used "out of context" and that I only take what I like to fit my agenda. I told him timeless now is way more powerful than 2000 years of conditioning and that the realm beyond space and time (which he does believe in) can not be encapsulated even by 2000 years as 2000 years is nothing compared to the eternal

@Preety_India this vid showed up for me without searching for it, it could probably be what you need to get you going. Practice is important for this, we all need to practice staying in that place. We, as forms. Its a big trap that people, including me, sometimes say "we are already enlightened so there is nothing to do". Yes we are enlightened, but we are not the bodymind, so the bodymind needs to practice. Ultimately, you are not practicing, you are the awareness which knows, but since there is this ignorance currently that we are bodies, then those bodies must act in a way to align to the truth that we already are. Listen to the beginning of this talk also, unless you wish to keep watching after that, ofcourse, but the guidance is top notch. However the no practice bit again can be misunderstood. The person needs to practice in order to align as mentioned earlier. The first few mins are important, once you lock on to what is pointed at, just close the vid, close everything and stay with that, that is the practice. It purifies the ego.

Everyone coming in with the conceptual answers... Murking the sky even deeper... Rather than pointing her to rest in her own awareness that knows this... @Preety_India its not about any answer. Not even what Im writing. It's about the direct experience of you right now, which knows what I am saying. Do you agree that whether you agree to what Im saying or don't agree, you are knowing what I am saying? That knowing is what is pointed to. That is what you need to go to, not to some book or some guru and not to fill the space with some answer and then argue against that answer. Stay present as the I now. Lets cut through the bullshit like a knife. I know everyone wants to look like they know the truth and will share their profound answer, but if you are not guiding her it is easy to see that it is not an attempt to help, but to attempt to give a "correct answer" to something unanswerable. @LfcCharlie4 is showing correct understanding in his reply, because he is pointing you to a map of the Truth, not saying what the Truth is. There are other maps too, and you need to find the map you resonate with best.

It's beyond rational/logical understanding. Don't try to get an intellectual answer for the mind, because any answer is not it - the mind can hold the map, not the actual locationless I. The "locationless I" holds the mind also, that's how you know there is mind. Notice the knowing that knows experience now. Give up all you know and identify with to the knowing that knows it- the knowing that is not here or there, location itself is known to the knower (locationless i). Trust in the higher power and higher intelligence/wisdom, we are not alone in this process. Don't try to get it, I don't get it. I just follow the "northern light", but this north is in a direction that is neither up, nor down, nor in nor out... Its almost like we are talking about another dimension. (Dimension not knowable to the mind) Stay as the I am in not knowing what that is without going to the nearest object or subtle object. Be happy not knowing and do not expect to get anything out of this. Be sincere.

Lets take a step back and make things simple. I see more mindfuck than necessary. Je suis I am The quality of I am is common in all experiences and all people. The masterful Jesus had a message of staying present to the Iam being now. Not that I can be sure, but that's what I gather from my limited understanding of his teachings. When we put i in Jesus we get Jesuis, which translates to I am in french. It appears french has a pretty good pointer. Let the I ( Jesuis) get more known to the I am, by means of directing awareness on the locationless I am, rather than immediately associating the I am with a form that is localized in space and time. Notice how you always associate the I am with a form, even if you've been in nonduality for a long time... Its sometimes a very subtle form of identification with form, but its there. Now Bring some more light ? to the locationless I by staying present to the Je suis in which all forms arise and letting That know itself. I am trying to be most precise and helpful in this, i don't want to confuse anyone. Tell me if you need clarification on this "exercise". Love

The moon is ametaphor here tho, so this Iam im talking about is not the Iam localized in mind /body and nor ourside of mind/body. It does not have a shape and a size, its a quality. It's beingness, cannot be pointed to directly and perfectly, because it "doesnt exist" as you say. It is not a form. But you are it. I am not trying to intellectualise here too much. I want this to be practical, not theoretical. I am pointing to the gold out of which the jewels of beings are made. Not the individual jewel. So you cant say I'm missing the sky, because that's what im pointing. Otherwise I would say that the I am has a subtle individual form. Also I have not mentioned, but the small Iam which is individuated can give up all it knows, to this great Iam which is all. The JesUS which is ALLah. To give up all concepts and definitions, to not cling to a certain way. They don't get lost, there is just a resting,purifying and purging while this giving up is done. In this resting in the greater I we become ignorant, we become newborn like babies, just like every time we go to deep sleep, but fully consciously and aware. This is the communion, this is Love, this is Light and bliss. In this state of no-self we can begin to shine more light and see our connectedness with not only those who follow our pointer, but with all beings. Not just Christians or Buddhists, not just those who share our worldview, not just humans even. all beings. This is not enlightenment yet, enlightenment happens through grace, not brute force, trickery or trying. It does not happen through intellectual understanding, but the intellectual can serve as a map. "The maps is not the territory ", but without a map you are way way way more likely to get lost. That doesn't mean to cling to the map and to say no other map is valid. And also that doesn't mean all maps are valid too. I trust my intuition and my heart on these matters. I can see when there is sincerity and authenticity, and when I am fed with some distraction. It happens through surrender and its not up to me and you. It's all up to the great IAM, the sky if you will, the @Essence
