  1. Is it simply genetics? I’m talking about people like Donald Trump, John Mcafee, the Rock, etc. in the celebrity realm. And even my Uncle My Uncle smokes 20 cigarettes a day, drinks probably 250 ml whiskey daily, and he has been doing it for 40 years. He sleeps only for like 5 hours. He’s now 60, and he has remarkable energy levels. He’s active for like 16-18 hours a day, no joke. Also I’ve literally never seen him fall sick. Not even once. All he eats is junk food Mcafee has said during his days building the antivirus software, he would go days without sleep. He did so even during his 70s, RIP Trump, who is almost 80 years old, apparently never exercises, sleeps only 3-4 hours a day on average, never drinks water, 12 diet cokes a day, highly processed food diet. All of this has been confirmed by Dana White, and many others. Sometimes he doesn’t sleep for 2-3 days even. Even his medical records are immaculate. Though he has said he’s never smoked or had alcohol. Despite all this, he seems to have an amazing level of energy, to get everything done. Is it possible to achieve this power?
  2. Yes, but these other factors, even if they account for only 1% compared to genetics, can still have significant implications. Maybe you’re a bit self-biased if you have really bad genetics, but for people with regular genetics, improving the diet, taking targeted supplements, detoxing, having a proper social life, etc. can still have a huge impact. Didn’t you have periods in life when you had more energy? What do you think caused it?
  3. Does anyone have experiences with this organization? Apparently this Vishwananda is God-realized and during his darshans he is able to “transfer” his energy to disciples, kinda like shaktipat.
  4. Why isn’t this studied more? Couldn’t this be somehow recreated with supplements, or some advanced genetic therapy?
  5. Joe Dispenza talks a lot about genes and how it’s possible to change them and their expressions. Accordingly, many people have healed incurable diseases like a miracle by following his methods. What do you think of him?
  6. Is it simply because once you fully experience God's Love, any other lower type of love pales in comparison? Are human (romantic) relationships ultimately an obstacle to God?
  7. Thanks, I love you Leo
  8. Here by “escaping Maya” you mean Death right?
  9. You basically have the whole eternity after death to explore the bottomless ocean of God. But your time here on earth is limited. Why don’t you use the few years you have left here to enjoy the (illusion of) company of other humans and be more loving? Isn’t this the whole point of incarnating here?
  10. Because of your health issues? Or do you think you’re too ugly?
  11. Would it be possible to upload your ego (meaning all your memories, emotions, character, preferences, etc.) to a computer/robot? Imagine like a neuralink that stores your memories and gives you the possibility to access them on will. And there is a camera which you can become aware of as if it were a second pair of eyes. Now imagine a full humanoid robot that you are able to control and fully experience. In this state, if your real body dies, can your ego get then trapped in that robot?
  12. Is this somehow connected to remote viewing? Like you get out of your body to see an external place, even far away?
  13. Would you be okay with only ever being with one girl? Let's say the first girl you get into a relationship with is amazing and perfect for you. Would you think you miss out something in life if you don't experience what it feels like to be with at least another different girl?
  14. Lol I just discovered about the 37% Rule. The 37% Rule, in the context of partner searching, suggests that you should spend the first 37% of your dating life (or any time period where you are actively seeking a partner) in exploration and gathering information, without committing to any particular person. Then, you should settle for the first person you meet after that who is better than all the ones you've already met. This rule is based on the idea of the Secretary Problem, a mathematical optimization problem. Elaboration: Exploration Phase: The initial 37% is dedicated to exploring various options without making a long-term commitment. This allows you to gain a broader perspective on potential partners and understand your own preferences better. The "Keeper": Once you've completed the exploration phase, the next person you meet who surpasses your previous experiences becomes the "keeper". Mathematical Basis: The 37% rule is derived from the Secretary Problem, which aims to maximize the chance of hiring the best candidate when interviewing a group of candidates one by one. Practical Application: In the context of dating, this means spending a significant portion of your dating years exploring different people and situations before settling down.
  15. Apparently it’s legal in Germany. Any experiences?
  16. I recently came across this review. I know I need to be extra careful with what I read on the internet, but the studies they link come from official sources and seem pretty convincing. What do you think? https://www.sott.net/article/338885-A-comprehensive-review-of-the-many-health-benefits-of-smoking-Tobacco
  17. Also perhaps it’s worth pointing out that corruption is not inherently bad. Nothing is inherently bad. The key is to understand that everything is love. This includes corruption.
  18. Because it's the only way for you to even exist. Without corruption there would be no survival, and without survival there is no life.
  19. Have you tried nicotine pouches like ZYN? Any difference with real tobacco?
  20. So you occasionally smoke when going out?
  21. According to google, most foods (e.g. cooked meals, milk, yogurt, juices, etc.) can be left outside of the fridge for maximum 2 hours. After which they say it becomes unsafe to eat. Is this true? I find it hard to believe because then how the heck did people survive until a few decades ago when there was no fridge?
  22. Is there any truth to this? Has any of you come into contact with jesus / christ / the holy spirit? How was it like and how did you do it?
  23. Cannabis. Meditating on cannabis can sometimes feel like a psychedelic experience. It's legal in many places + easy to obtain. Harm can be minimized if using a dry herb vaporizer or edibles, and keeping use sparse.
  24. Raw vegetables are very hard to break down and digest. Yet popular raw food movements have us convinced that raw vegetables are the most nutritious thing on the planet (I remember thinking so! And smashing those raw veggie platters at parties, thinking I was having a great low calorie snack 🤦🏻‍♀️) When it comes to nutrient-dense food, we must remember the difference between nutrient content vs. nutrient bioavailability. A food may contain some amount of nutrients, but how much of those nutrients are we actually able to absorb in our digestive tract? When it comes to raw vegetables, there are two potential problems. The first is anti-nutrients, which are naturally occurring compounds that can reduce the absorption of some nutrients. The second is raw vegetables are just really hard to break down and digest. Remember high school biology class where we discussed the difference between plant and animal cells? For many vegetables, some of the important nutrients are contained within those tough cell walls. So, when thinking about the best food for humans, we must consider those tough cell walls. Cooking vegetables can improve digestion by breaking down or pre-digesting those tough fibers in the cell walls & the anti-nutrients. Which not only reduces the digestive burden in your gut, but also improves nutrient availability. Here are just 2 examples of how cooking vegetables improves some of the nutrient availability: 1. Raw cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, collard greens, kale, Brussel sprouts, etc.) contain goitrogens which can inhibit the thyroid’s utilization and uptake of iodine. Thus, eating a lot of these raw veggies can suppress thyroid function, leading to a slower metabolism and impaired hormone production. However, cooking cruciferous vegetables significantly reduces levels of goitrogens. 2. Raw spinach is loaded with oxalic acid, an anti-nutrient that blocks the absorption of calcium and zinc. Oxalates are broken down under high temps when veggies are cooked. Yes, you will lose some of the Vitamin C and B Vitamins since these are water soluble nutrients. But Vitamin C is an easy nutrient to get from fruit, and B vitamins are high in liver and animal products. Plus, if you are making a soup or stew, the water-soluble vitamins and minerals are leached into the broth/soup, which you consume in the end.
