  1. Andrew Tate said the same thing but when he says it, everybody’s busting his balls. It is not men who want power. They just want pussy. Females want men with personal power and that is why men want to get powerful.
  2. For me it is meh too. AI doesn’t have emotions so it feels weird to get emotional support from it. It feels weird.
  3. There is a much better AI
  4. If you want to go deeper into principle 2; intention, I recommend you look into the cause and effect principle and effecting the cause. Joe Dispenza goes into this Short form: Long form:
  5. Most important one is presence aka being non reactive. Just practicing this one is a handful. These principles should be exercises in isolation and then put together with the other ones because they are holons. Each principle is part of another one but presence (consciousness which is the opposite of being in a deep state) is the fertile ground.
  6. Most humans including myself are disappointing so I rather trust an AI to teach me something like a language or marketing or programming. I don’t get how that would rot my brain. I live in one of the wealthiest countries in the world and medical help and especially psychological help is very dire. Most of them do the job for the money and they don’t have the zest and cunningness to do the job. I mean I’m just expecting the bare minimum and I get disappointed. AI helped me more than most therapists. Most therapists get their degree and stop studying their field. It is disgusting.
  7. A book will be something from the past. Books are very one dimensional. AI learning through an AI coach will be the future. This won’t happen in one swoop but the trend and transition is clear. Books will exist just like how mechanical watches exist. Just a figment of the past. For example language learning through AI is already superior than just learning it from a book. Or I’m improving my articulation through AI. It works great. Especially the young people will prefer these methods. Children who solely grow up with AI, which will be children who are born now, will be something else.
  8. The 5 principles are: Presence Intention Collaboration frame Entitlement Self-entertainment My previous post was about power of intention and power of presence. These two principles are meta skills and can be used in every aspect of your lives. The latter 3 are social skills (frame, entitlement, self entertainment) can be used in dating, socializing, work, business, etc. These posts do contain my own interpretation + additions. === Strength of Reality & Collaborative Framing in Social Dynamics** --- ### **Foundational Philosophy: The Sun vs. Black Hole Principle** At the core of this framework lies the metaphor of the **"sun"** versus the **"black hole"**: - **The Sun**: Radiates energy unconditionally, symbolizing collaboration, generosity, and abundance. This is a state of unconditional love, selflessness, and spiritual alignment. High-LOC interactions prioritize *synergy*—where collective energy creates exponential returns. - **The Black Hole**: Absorbs energy through neediness, competition, and validation-seeking. This reflects low-LOC states (30–175), marked by fear, insecurity, and transactional mindsets. The goal is to embody the sun’s energy: **giving without expectation, leading without controlling, and attracting through authenticity**. --- ### **I. Collaborative Frame vs. Competitive Frame** #### **1. The Collaborative Mindset** - **Definition**: A win-win paradigm where interactions focus on mutual growth, shared joy, and collective elevation. - **Mechanics**: - **Synergy**: Energy multiplies when both parties contribute (e.g., laughter, storytelling, shared experiences). - **Non-Attachment**: Detach from outcomes (e.g., phone numbers, sex, approval). Focus on the process, not the prize. - **Group Consciousness**: Prioritize "we" over "I." Example: In a nightclub, become part of the venue’s energy rather than competing for attention. - **Etymology**: The word "collaboration" (Latin *collaborare*) means "to labor together," emphasizing unity over rivalry. #### **2. The Competitive Mindset** - **Definition**: A zero-sum game where interactions are transactional, rooted in scarcity and ego. - **Pitfalls**: - **Energy Drain**: Competing for validation creates fatigue (e.g., decision fatigue, persona fatigue). - **RAS Negativity**: The Reticular Activating System (RAS) fixates on lack, amplifying insecurities. - **Etymology**: "Competition" (Latin *competere*) originally meant "to strive together," but modern usage implies rivalry. #### **3. Transitioning from Competition to Collaboration** - **Exercise**: 1. **Scream Test**: Yell, "We’re sharing!" (feel uplifted) vs. "I’m going to win!" (feel tense). Notice the physiological difference. 2. **Nightclub Drill**: Enter a venue with the intent to *give* (compliment strangers, buy a drink for the group) rather than *take*. 3. **Teasing as Bonding**: Playfully challenge others without triggering insecurities (e.g., "You’re from France? I don’t trust people who eat snails"). --- ### **II. Inner Game vs. Outer Game** #### **1. Inner Game: The Core of Authenticity** - **Principles**: - **Self-Validation**: Ground confidence in intrinsic worth, not external feedback. - **Presence**: Stay in your body, not your head. Use breathwork to anchor yourself (e.g., 4-7-8 breathing). - **Growth Mindset**: Carol Dweck’s concept—view identity as dynamic ("I am learning") rather than fixed ("I am a loser"). - **Exercises**: - **Mirror Work**: Daily affirmations (e.g., "I am enough") to rewire self-perception. - **Meditation**: Vipassana or mindfulness to dissolve egoic attachments. #### **2. Outer Game: Tactical Social Mastery** - **Key Tactics**: - **Framing**: - **Town Square Frame**: Be the social hub (e.g., introduce strangers, lead group conversations). - **Orgy Frame**: Create playful, flirtatious energy without explicit intent (e.g., dancing freely, light touch). - **Vocal Tonality**: - **Staccato**: Sharp, punctuated delivery for assertiveness. - **Shotgun**: Rapid, energetic speech to project enthusiasm. - **Stretch**: Exaggerated pauses and pitch shifts for dramatic effect. - **Openers**: - **Observational**: "That drink looks dangerous—are you plotting something?" - **Opinion-Based**: "Help me settle a debate: Is pineapple on pizza a crime?" #### **3. Balancing Inner and Outer Game** - **Rule**: Outer game amplifies inner congruence. If tactics feel forced, return to inner work. - **Example**: A rehearsed joke (outer game) falls flat unless delivered with relaxed eye contact and playful intent (inner game). --- ### **III. Power vs. Force: The Energy Dynamics** #### **1. Power: The Wind in Your Sails** - **Characteristics**: - Effortless influence. - Aligned with collaborative energy (LOC500). - Rooted in *being* rather than *doing*. - **Metaphor**: Sailing—harnessing natural forces (e.g., charisma, social momentum) to move forward. #### **2. Force: The Oars of Struggle** - **Characteristics**: - Ego-driven effort (e.g., over-investing, outcome fixation). - Drains energy and invites resistance. - **Metaphor**: Rowing—exhausting labor against currents (e.g., chasing unresponsive people). #### **3. Cultivating Power** - **Exercises**: 1. **Self-Entitlement Drill**: Walk into a room thinking, "These people are lucky to meet me." Note how posture and eye contact shift. 2. **Energy Gifting**: Compliment 10 strangers daily without expecting reciprocation. 3. **Frame Anchoring**: Repeat mantras like, "I am the prize" during stressful interactions and walk like it.. --- ### **IV. Frame Control & Reality Strength** #### **1. Building an Unshakable Frame** - **Components**: - **Abundance**: Trust opportunities are infinite (e.g., "There are millions of potential partners"). - **Certainty**: Project unapologetic self-belief (e.g., "This is who I am—take it or leave it"). - **Non-Reactivity**: Stay calm under social pressure (e.g., smirk at insults instead of retaliating). - **Advanced Drill**: "The Iron Wall" - Stand motionless in a crowded space, maintaining relaxed eye contact. Observe how others subconsciously yield to your presence. #### **2. Breaking Others’ Frames** - **Techniques**: - **Agree & Amplify**: "You’re right—I’m definitely a serial killer. Want to be my next victim?" - **Misdirection**: Respond to a challenge with a non-sequitur (e.g., "Your earrings remind me of my grandma’s parakeet"). - **Silent Dominance**: Pause for 5–7 seconds after a provocative statement, forcing them to fill the void. #### **3. The RAS (Reticular Activating System) Hack** - **Principle**: Your focus determines reality. Train your RAS to spot opportunities: - **Daily Practice**: List 3 things you’re grateful for every morning. - **Social Reframe**: View rejection as a filter ("They saved me time") rather than a failure. --- ### **V. Overcoming Neediness & Sunk Cost Fallacy** #### **1. The Anatomy of Neediness** - **Root Causes**: - Scarcity mindset ("This is my only chance"). - Over-identification with outcomes ("If she rejects me, I’m worthless"). - Low self-worth ("I need them to validate me"). - **Antidotes**: - **Abbundance Journaling**: Document past successes to remind yourself of infinite options. - **The 3-Second Rule**: Approach within 3 seconds of seeing someone to bypass overthinking. #### **2. Sunk Cost Fallacy in Relationships** - **Definition**: Continuing to invest in unfulfilling relationships due to past effort. - **Solution**: - **Opportunity Cost Audit**: Ask, "What could I achieve with this time/energy instead?" - **The Poker Mindset**: Fold early. Save resources for high-potential connections. #### **3. The "Sacrifice the Queen" Principle** - **Origin**: Chess strategy—sacrificing a powerful piece to protect the king (long-term victory). - **Application**: Walk away from draining relationships to preserve self-respect and energy. --- ### **VI. Advanced Social Dynamics** #### **1. State Transference** - **Law**: Your emotional state subconsciously influences others. - **Exercises**: - **The Rock Drill**: Adopt Dwayne Johnson’s confident stride and smile for 10 minutes. Notice shifts in others’ reactions. - **Vocal Mirroring**: Match someone’s tone/pitch, then gradually lead them to a calmer state. #### **2. Social Proof & Pre-Selection** - **Tactics**: - **The Wingman Effect**: Arrive with a mixed-gender group to signal social value. - **Pre-Selection Cues**: Mention past relationships casually ("My ex loved this place"). #### **3. The Winner Effect** - **Neuroscience**: Success increases testosterone and dopamine, creating a confidence loop. - **Hack**: Stack micro-wins (e.g., successful small talk) to build momentum. --- ### **VII. Psychological & Spiritual Foundations** #### **1. Heart Chakra Alignment** - **LOC500**: A consciousness level associated with selfless love (per David Hawkins’ *Power vs. Force*). - **Heart Chakra**: The first "selfless" energy center. - **Activation**: Visualize green light radiating from your chest during interactions. #### **2. Trauma & Shadow Work** - **Self-Love Deficit Disorder**: Rooted in childhood neglect (per Ross Rosenberg). - **Healing**: - **Inner Child Work**: Write letters to your younger self. - **Boundary Setting**: Practice saying "no" to low-value requests. #### **3. The Joke of Life** - **Philosophy**: View life as a cosmic joke to dissolve insecurity (per RSD Tyler). - **Exercise**: Laugh at past rejections. Ask, "How will this matter in 5 years?" --- ### **VIII. Long-Term Mastery: Systems & Lifestyle** #### **1. Social Momentum Systems** - **Daily Habits**: - **Social Pushups**: Talk to 3 strangers daily. - **Vibe Journaling**: Track interactions and energy levels. - **Weekly Rituals**: - **Tribe Building**: Host dinners or game nights to cultivate community. #### **2. The Alpha Ecosystem** - **Components**: - **Health**: Exercise, nutrition, and sleep for peak energy. - **Purpose**: A mission beyond dating (e.g., art, business, activism). - **Financial Abundance**: Build wealth to reduce outcome dependence. #### **3. Legacy Mindset** - **Principle**: Focus on impact, not validation. - **Exercise**: Write your eulogy. How do you want to be remembered? --- ### **Conclusion: The Path to Sovereign Social Mastery** The **Strength of Reality** framework transcends pickup artistry—it’s a blueprint for **authentic living**. By anchoring in collaboration, self-worth, and spiritual alignment, you become a magnetic force in all areas of life. Embody the sun. Radiate. Let the universe conspire in your favor.
  9. If you give Tolle or Ralston books to a deep SD orange person it will go above their head. Same way Wilber will be gibberish to most people on this forum.
  10. why not? you are infinity
  11. Wrestling with God, his newest book, is actually worth reading. One of the best books I read in a long time. There is no best book list. Most of the best books can’t be digested by regular people. They need that fluff. The best meta skill one can have is to know what to focus on and what is digestible for your mind at a particular time. It requires a lot of intuition.
  12. All we do is use the wisdom of the collective of humanity. Just imagine if you had to figure out everything by yourself. Yesterday I had such a deep insight that shook me and gave me more humility than I have. Basically the collective consciousness of humanity is part of everybody and all we need to do is to add our cherry on top. Most people prefer to reinvent the wheel to masturbate the ego or they can’t just navigate themselves out of their mental fodder. I’m not into getting stuck in those mental swamps. I have been there long enough. It is all about individuation aka reaching for the stars. It is all about being that beautiful flower on a pile of shit.
  13. I have more time to enjoy fiction classics. Currently listening to Les Miserable. Amazing psychology in that book.
  14. That is why I put a disclaimer at the end of my OP to mention the type of books that I do read. It is not either/or. I do read books that are valuable and worthy of my time but considering my life span is not infinite but finite I have to make hard choices and not read every single book that draws my attention.
  15. Being able to yield your sexual power is one the greatest task a man is forced to conquer or be conquered by it. Great skill and character is needed. It shouldn’t be underestimated.
  16. If you go to night club and check how some guys are in derp state it is crazy. I rather die than be one of those guys. We need to fight that inner battle for inner game or die trying. It is really a pathetic state of being to be such an unconscious drone. God forbid.
  17. Just going to a nightclub and not emotionally reacting or mentally elaborating on situations is hard enough. Principle 1 and 2 is a bitch.
  18. There is power in formal and informal ways of learning. It is constantly finding the sweet spot between formal and informal learning. Too much formal learning and you become rigid. And too much informal leaves a lot of holes in your defence and attack. Every two days I try to put some time in chess. And it looks like this: 3 chess puzzles, 1 online lesson, 1 competitive game. Some people don’t engage in formal learning and they get ripped apart. It is like putting a prof boxer against an amateur boxer.
  19. This program is not about pickup. It is about social skills. These principles can be used to make friends or get clients or whatever. These notes include my own insights as well. Perhaps some of the things Owen might not agree upon. For example for me presence (technique that there is no technique) is the highest principle while in the program Owen says the principle of intention is the most important one.
  20. This is post will be about the second principle: intention. The previous post was about presence. Let's remind ourselves what the 5 principles are: Presence Intention Collaboration frame Entitlement Self-entertainment This, I believe, is the second most vital principle—deeply intertwined with presence. For consciousness is the fertile soil where intentions take root. Here it goes: --- **Long Summary: The Clarity of Intention ** The **Clarity of Intention ** revolves around aligning one’s energy, presence, and actions with a focused, purposeful mindset rooted in the present moment. This principle emphasizes the interplay between **cause and effect**, **power vs. force**, and the necessity of **presence** as foundational to manifesting outcomes. Below is a synthesized breakdown of the core ideas, catalysts, and practical applications: --- ### **Core Principles** 1. **Presence Precedes Intention** - To set intentions effectively, one must first cultivate **presence** (being fully grounded in the "now"). Presence silences the survival brain (neocortex) and activates the midbrain (emotional/social center), enabling collaborative energy. - Presence acts as an antidote to social conditioning and resistance. Practices like mantras (e.g., "Ohm"), Eckhart Tolle’s "bell" exercise, or shouting "Hey!" recalibrate focus to the present. - Mirror Neurons: Your emotional state (e.g., confidence) triggers mirrored responses in others. - Strengthens prefrontal regulation, reducing amygdala hijacks (fear responses). - Neuroplasticity: Daily intent-setting rewires neural pathways from survival-mode to creation-mode. 2. **Cause vs. Effect** - **Cause**: Focus on **process** (actions within your control) rather than outcomes (effects). This aligns with Stoic philosophy, where wisdom lies in directing energy toward what you can influence (your thoughts, emotions, actions). - **Effect**: Fixating on results (e.g., approval, validation) surrenders power to external forces, breeding fear or attachment. - **Power vs. Force**: - **Power (LOC500+)** arises from collaborative, giving energy—sharing emotions without expectation (e.g., humor, joy). It operates from love (LOC540) and acceptance(LOC350). - **Force** stems from fear-based intentions (shame, guilt, control) and competitive energy, trapping individuals in lower Levels of Consciousness (LOC < 200). 3. **Intentions Shape Reality** - Intentions set in the present moment act as causes that ripple into effects. For example: - A clear intent to "share energy" (vs. "impress") shifts interactions from logic to emotional resonance. - Ambiguous intentions create confusion; clarity (e.g., "I want connection") magnetizes aligned outcomes. - **Feminine Energy Analogy**: Like the universe, women respond to clear, unattached intent. Express desire, then release attachment to how it manifests. 4. **Emotional Uncoupling** - Separate **emotions** from **content**: What you say matters less than the energy behind it. Girls prioritize emotional resonance (playfulness, confidence) over logical content. - Train the "inner child" to prioritize silliness, spontaneity, and emotional flow over structured conversation. --- ### **Catalysts for Alignment** 1. **Be the Cause, Not the Effect** - **Exercise**: Shout "Hi, I’m in your head!" to silence overthinking and project outward energy. This shifts focus from self-doubt (effect) to assertive presence (cause). - **Having an intention is being at the cause, not the effect of life. Steps: Shout "Hey!" internally or externally to silence mental chatter. Transition to a soft, grounded tone: "I’m sharing with you." Feel energy flow outward—visualize a laser beam connecting your heart to theirs. 2. **Congruence** - Align words, thoughts, and actions with intent. Inconsistency breeds distrust; congruence builds authenticity and respect. - Example: Leading in relationships/sex requires embodying masculine archetypes (Lover, Warrior, King, Magician) with unwavering intent. - **Physical Grounding: Feel your feet on the earth, breathe deeply into the diaphragm, and visualize roots extending from your body into the ground. 3. **Letting Go of Attachment/Resistance** - Release subconscious blocks (e.g., fear of judgment, past trauma) that sabotage intent. Use visualization or affirmations to "put gas on, brakes off." - **Sensory Overload Reset: Shout "Hey!" or clap loudly to shock the mind into the present. This disrupts the neocortex’s overanalysis, forcing a shift to instinctual awareness. Subconscious Block Removal Shadow Work: Journal about hidden fears (e.g., "I’m unworthy of love") and reframe them as empowering truths ("I am enough"). Gas-On, Brakes-Off Visualization: Imagine driving toward a goal with no obstacles—feel the freedom of full-throttle intent. --- ### **Practical Applications** 1. **Social Dynamics & Relationships** - **Internal Metrics**: Measure success by confidence, genuine interest, and self-amusement—not external validation. - **Communication Keys**: - Eye contact, physical proximity, playful tonality (30% louder than normal), and light touch. - Lead interactions by projecting high-LOC energy (e.g., humor, curiosity). 2. **Overcoming Procrastination & Fear** - **Subconscious Blocks**: Address hidden resistance (e.g., "I don’t want a GF because she’ll judge my living situation"). Replace avoidance with **strong intent**. - **Mirror Neurons**: Your internal state influences others. Enter interactions with the energy you wish to receive (e.g., confidence → reciprocated attraction). 3. **Stoic Alignment** - **Dichotomy of Control**: Focus on intentions/actions (within control) rather than outcomes (outside control). This builds resilience and reduces anxiety. --- ### **Exercises for Mastery** 1. **Intention Anchoring** - Use "Ohm" or deep breathing to achieve presence. Follow with the "Hey!" exercise to project energy outward. 2. **Emotional Flow Practice** - Describe mundane activities (e.g., driving) with exaggerated emotion to uncouple words from feelings. 3. **Promotion vs. Prevention Orientation** - Frame intentions as "moving toward" (e.g., "I want joy") rather than "avoiding" (e.g., "I don’t want rejection"). --- ### **Integration with Broader Philosophies** - **Joe Dispenza’s Heart-Brain Connection**: Clear intention paired with elevated emotion (self-amusement) accelerates manifestation. - **Stoic Virtues**: Wisdom (recognizing controllable vs. uncontrollable) and courage (acting despite fear) underpin effective intention-setting. - **Power vs. Force (David Hawkins)**: Ascending from lower LOCs (shame, apathy) to higher states (love, joy) requires releasing survival-brain dominance. --- II. The Architecture of Power vs. Force 1. Power (LOC500+): Collaborative Energy Power is the art of giving without expectation. It flows from: Self-Amusement: Playfulness detached from outcomes (e.g., teasing without fear of rejection). Group Alpha Waves: Synchronizing with collective energy (e.g., leading a group laugh). Masculine Archetypes: Embodying the King (leadership), Warrior (boundaries), Lover (passion), and Magician (transformation). 2. Force (LOC<200): Competitive Energy Force is fear masked as action. It manifests as: Neediness: Over-investing in others’ opinions (e.g., altering behavior to impress). Survival Brain Hijacks: Fight/flight responses (e.g., aggression or withdrawal during rejection). Attachment to Results: Obsessing over "winning" a date vs. enjoying the interaction. 3. Ascending the LOC Scale Release Lower LOCs: Let go of shame (LOC20), guilt (LOC30), and apathy (LOC50) through forgiveness rituals. Anchor Higher LOCs: Practice gratitude (LOC540) and unconditional love (LOC500) via daily journaling or meditation. --- 1. Social Mastery: The Keys to Magnetic Communication Eye Contact & Smiling: "Windows to the soul"—hold gaze 70% of the time to project confidence. Proximity: Stand within half a meter to build intimacy without crowding. Tonality: Speak 30% louder than normal; infuse warmth into your voice. Verbal Flirtation: Use playful statements ("You’re trouble, aren’t you?") to signal interest. Touch: Light, intentional contact (e.g., hand graze) to escalate connection. 2. Sexual Leadership: Embodying the Masculine Cause Pre-Sex Framing: Set intent verbally ("I want to explore us") and non-verbally (dominant eye contact). During Sex: Lead rhythmically—sync breath, movement, and energy. Avoid asking ("Is this okay?") and instead observe her responses. Post-Sex Integration: Cuddle with presence; avoid post-achievement detachment. 3. Overcoming Procrastination: The Power of Strong Intent Fear vs. Vision: Fear-Based Loop: "If I fail, I’ll be rejected" → paralysis. Vision-Based Loop: "I’ll grow regardless" → action. --- ### **Final Takeaway** Clarity of intention is the linchpin of personal power. By anchoring in presence, uncoupling emotions from outcomes, and aligning actions with collaborative energy (not force), individuals transcend survival-mode patterns. Whether in social dynamics, relationships, or self-mastery, **being the cause**—rooted in the now—unlocks flow, authenticity, and magnetism. As Owen Cook emphasizes: "Don’t give energy to effects; radiate it from your cause."
