What Fear is there today? We live in the most secure time ever, there is more food security, bodily security, mental security than ever before, I cannot imagine what it was like for previous generations from hundreds of years ago, they must of been tough for sure, but we are here in the Best time ever, now I see lots of crap happening everyday, lots of fuck ups and how things are going wrong, but that is just bad planning, bad set up, unawareness, ppl getting hooked or addicted to stupid things they know will lead them down the road of suffering.. Fear is also a choice, Danger is real for sure, but Fear like Suffering is a choice...Ppl are making the worst choices now, but all is available to them all the information, methods, resources to live high quality lives, but they stay in their fear and suffering as a choice..

Disharmony is the same as saying one is Unconscious.. We live in an information world, the information is available for one to not suffer, there are methods available for one to learn so they don't suffer, many do not go this route because it takes work, much easier to stay in the suffering you already know than venture onwards to high depths of unknown but overall better lives of Wellbeing. This is classical staying in what You know mode, which is a survival instinct, its building up walls of self protection, even though you are suffering via those built walls you stay there because its safe.. Its like never planting the seed and watering it, keeping the seed in your hand and looking at it, its full of potential but you don't want the work of water it, taking care of it so it flowers up one day... Many ppl live this way, that is their Unconscious choice, which causes the disharmony and suffering, whether it is Unconscious or Conscious its still a choice... Again, unless one is being physically or mental tortured by an outside source, which the majority of ppl are not, then the choice is available to them, they just don't make that choice....

My theory on this is that People want Intensity in their Lives, something that makes their hearts beat faster, and they feel "ALIVE", they will do most anything to have this feeling, so for most its much easier to produce Suffering in their lives than Bliss so they do that just to feel Alive, its crazy stupid but this is my take on it, its super Unconscious but a survival instinct of sorts, very low level of living life!!

He's right, Suffering is a choice, Pain is real and will come then go, Suffering is ongoing pain, unless someone from outside is physically or mentally abusing You on a daily basis, then most of the ppl that suffer are self creating it, and its disabling to them!

Its on the survival level, so Your Body and Mind go on another day, its very strong, its takes a huge amount of Awareness to go beyond this survival instinct, which today is translated as more Money, Fame, Experiences, Stuff, Travel, anything outside of Yourself that stimulates the 5 senses , You want more of, its no different from gathering food, shelter,fire or water from when we lived in caves... If You or all Humans were born Enlightened we would have died off long ago, so to keep our species alive and prosperous we have enough awareness just too survive another day generally, unless Your Karma is too go beyond this, which all of us are capable of...

Awareness, its that simple, no Awareness then no idea of Karma, that life is my making, hence life is on autopilot, lived by accident..

Ultimately Yes.. One first has to have a basic Awareness, that there is life beyond surviving and accumulating ppl, places, things and experiences, so in basic language once the Pain of Ignorance hits You, then You either give up and die or strive to go beyond it... Going beyond it is what the Spiritual Path is, its raising of Human Consciousness.. We are naturally born with strong survival instincts, if we were born highly Conscious/Enlightened, then we would not have survived as a species, we'd be too busy looking at an ant and realizing the Brilliance of an Ant Colony, while the Tiger jumps us and eats us alive.. And then there is Karma, if You lived hundreds of lives as normal Human without any sort of Conscious Awareness, then that has to be dealt with, it very hard to overcome that sort of Software running in Your system, its easier today since we have access to so much information, we see something cool we can investigate it like never before and this alone can help us become more Conscious, but there has to be a striving, we are a lazy society today and no one wants to Strive unless it has to do with money, fame or power/control...few go on this path, it was probably in their Karma to do so...

Agreed, there is a point where talking about it like ppl do here as much as they do is not helpful or empowering at all, it keeps them in the thinking logical mind aspect too much, which is basic Survival level of living, we can go way way beyond all of this but action is needed, not thinking and talking about it.. Most Ppl are Thinking About Life, only a few are actually Living Life...

Everything Wim Hof knows is from Yoga...This sort of stuff has been around for thousands of years, what Wim is doing is basic stuff, mostly on the level of physicality, there's much more too it, but its a start, Humans are capable of being Super Human, virtual Jedi's really, but it takes allot of work and Awareness..

Well I don't know if I am qualified really to answer that one lol... But it depends on the Purpose of Reality? And is Purpose or Meaning a real or necessary thing to have a Reality in the First place? When it comes to these sorts of deep deep Questions, which basically comes down to "What is the Nature of Reality or Creation/Absolute/God/Brahma/Shiva", we can't really use logic to explain it or describe it or anything to do with it as it is way beyond Logic right? I have no Conclusions about Reality or Absolute other than it is a Potential and Possibility machine of sorts, we are here to play it all out in a dual, material, karmic way, via Experience, so that in the end Absolute can know itself.. It cannot Know itself via its own Awareness since I think it is not Aware, or has a capacity to be Aware, its just Oneness, Completeness, a Super Duper Intelligence of Sorts. capable of Infinity and beyond which too me means its all Potential and Possibility, so we are here, we don't know for sure where we came from, how it all started, all we can do is play the game which is played on many levels. Awareness for Us is key, its another form of Intelligence that we can use to live higher up the Potential scale, to one day dissolve and go back to Absolute, so as I said on the Absolute Level this is perfect, but down here not so perfect if Suffering is still happening, most of which is our own doing due to a Lack of Awareness...

There's some special Sadhana that allows You to generate at Will heat in Your Body, can't remember the name but there are some practices.. Some Scientist tested some Monks, put them in a freezer, even put ice cold towels on them and they warmed them up easily... What is depicted is a special Sadhana or method, there are naked Yogis too roaming around the Himalayas, all of it is a certain method, like austerities and such, its for some, not for the masses...

Unless its a deep fake, lots of work for 15 min of fame to go up there that far and do it as portrayed in the video, probably not so, but could be I give it 80% true, 20% chance its fake...

Well that is it, everything is seen in another light, which indicates levels to things, its okay and needed that there are People on this planet that Experience Bliss and Perfection of Creation, because the majority don't and because of that we have the world that we have today, full of absolute chaos, lost souls, suffering on all levels, the occasional Happy and Healthy person, it should be the other way around, so that is where the imperfection is Objectively speaking, regardless of how I individually subjectively Experience anything, so its an argument of Subjectivity vs Objectivity really, is there both or just one?? Subjectively there could be Absolute Perfection, Objective right now Not SO but there is Potential for it to be Objectively too!

I agree. On the Absolute level where Enlightened Experience exists (whether via Yogic methods or Psychedelics methods) everything is Perfect, this is Bliss or Ecstasy in Experience isn't It? Everything is Perfect is like saying I am so Blissed Out!! But Existence which is an Embodied Expression of Absolute is Relativistic in nature, Subjective in nature, so that is where the Imperfection exists, but yeah in the end it is perfect and or can be Experienced as Perfect, that is out Potential and its Tragic when it is not Experienced this way!!

Belief is blinding, so ppl that say, "I am God", "There is no person and nothing is being done" are blind to the above "I am not God", "I am a person, and something is being done", they cannot see it/perceive it in this context due to belief in an outside concept learned via an outside source...

About basic Hindu Ideology and Cosmology!

From Aum to Amen, how all Enlightened Beings become the reverberance of the sound AUM, and how cultures change it to be Amen...but the Essence is AUM, become that and You are the Universe..

I agree the modern day version of Hinduism (not a religion I would say, more a methodology, but Yeah its become one in modern day terms) has become a belief system and dogmatic, this happens over time I think, since most are more concerned with how to survive another day, they can't get into it in depth so hence they create a dogma and belief about things, but it potential is more potent than any other so called religion today for sure, the videos shared just reflect that, if You look back and see the rich history it just can inspire that is all, then its up to the individual to take it to the next level, not via belief but thru methods to increase Perception, then via that one will know...

Being Hindu is not a Religious Identity, its a Geographical One, so there is no religion here...just sharing some facts, the Hindu region throughout thousands and thousands of Years has discovered so many things without the use of modern day science tools, but how so? They realized that within Each Person is a micro Universe, if You know thyself completely then You know everything that is needed to Know, You know the Universe when you Know Yourself, they discovered more so than any other culture the methodology of How to Be like this, millions of way of How to Discover this within Yourself, via that Discovery they had the most develop Society/Culture known to Mankind, but lost it due to not knowing how to be a Warring state, but they have the Truest Potential to share how to heal the world, its just a matter of Imbibing it and Living it Yourself...

This is all a part of what I call the Possibility Equation, if Goodness exist or comes into Existence then Badness does too, Duality is not opposites or about Division or anything of that sort of One becomes Two and on and on, its all One, Good/Bad, Rigth/Wrong, Bliss/Suffering, its one on the Ultimate level of Absolute, but here on this Earth, with Us Humans as we are, the Gross Level, Absolute is Subtle Level, Feelings and Meaning exist here, so Suffering counts as Meaningful, which creates Importance and such, so we have to look into it, but via a level of Awareness thru a Bliss filter, and definitely do not say this is Perfection when Kids are being sold as slaves and suffering horrible lives of Work and Abuse, that is not perfection, it just is the reality, and we can do something about it, that is why we are Here, to first Realize BEING which is one is in the Experience of Absolute, then go out an DO and HAVE Consciously, then there is no Children suffering horrible lives and it goes on and on, that is the choice, we investigate it under these conditions otherwise war and more suffering will continue to go on, one will let their emotions and false identities take over and Suffering continues, see Putin...
