  1. Not as useful as what you can learn from the Kriya books on Leo's booklist. Sadhguru's teachings are mainstream and watered down, which is fine. It just depends what your goals are.
  2. @JosephKnecht Pay $1000 for a course one video: you're dreaming this up.
  3. What about concentration? I like loch's work, but he puts no emphasis on concentration.
  4. A video on —The evolutionary process of economy, that would be great
  5. I found this incredibly useful guided meditation from Dan Brown— I can't find anything else similar. Any recommendations?
  6. wow, i thought you aren't interested in Iboga. What changed your mind?
  7. I've tried both. Both are useful. Don't get concerned about which is better, it's relative, it depends where you are on your journey. I practised Kriya for years but recently started vipassana again because I've been called to do longer more still sits. Do what you are interested in and do it for at least 3 months before you switch. Ideally, you do it for 6 months.
  8. @Leo Gura I don't want to come across as rude, and I know $5,000 is a lot of money. But I wouldn't be surprised if it's not worth your time to spend days looking for an alternative. That wouldn't surprise me at all.
  9. Bravo. Thanks for sharing. Do you write poetry often?
  10. @Leo Gura terrible for you're health. Good health begins with circadian rhythm alignment.

  13. I assume it's going to involve psychedelcs. Is that right?
  14. IMO @Leo Gura i think if this was behind a paywall it'd be better. Even if it's just a small monthly donation
  15. @Nelslier The video isn't coming back. Leo's decided to pull it from youtube.
  16. @Theperciever that's not worth Leo's time
  17. @Leo Gura Damn it. I didn't finish it. You noobs ruined it for us all.

  19. thank you for sharing this again. I'm going to watch the videos this weekend!
  20. Michael Taft. His guided meditations are the best.
  21. I'd also say it's he's keeping busy and has a purpose. Older people I know who have bad diets, but seem healthy all have a few things in common community, and purpose. My friend's grandpa lived until 91. Smoked a pack a day since his early 20s. And he said the secret is keeping your mind busy and spending as much time as possible around people you love.
