@Leo Gura Assuming Buddha was real, and based on his teachings and stories, do you think he was god-realized or he just realized no-self ?

This is really interesting. It`s like the question, if aliens exists and know where we are, and have the means to have themselves be known worldwide, then they are not revealing themselves out of compassions to our sense of reality. Of course this assumes that, they are developed and ultimately good and mature, which we dont really know if its the case.

Assuming you're not awakened and the concept of a religion seems appealing to you, why would you take Christianity seriously instead of Buddhism or Hinduism? Eastern religions offer a more direct approach and methods to actually "know" god. Granted, they are not corruption free, but they are less corrupt than mainstream western religions.

Designed to exercise is a stretch. Everyone is different, if you are exercizing you're not contemplating, following your life purpose, doing serious spiritual work. Yes exercise is good, but how much you need to function healthily, that is not obvious at all.
