  1. the baseline is an illusion. Altered states are just states of consciousness. That you are writing a post in this state does not mean it's the baseline. We have about 1.5 to 2 hours per night: https://chatgpt.com/share/69a18724-ee2c-8010-8bbd-3a6062e2bb3a When I am practicing a dream recall, it is my baseline, when meditation with hypnagogic visions it's too.
  2. I'm not going to teach you what is truth, just need a fun. The inner voice told me: You cannot see what I see. You're just a small part of the infinite world of live ones. The evil tries to make you believe in what its bots are spreading. You're isolated from the rest of live ones.
  3. my cat sees dreams and loves me, why isn't she spiritual?

  7. @Jannes Unconscious people are dangerous even with empty heads.
  8. Sometimes, at normal times, when I’m not doing a "Free Breathwork", I see one blue spot, often small in a random place in my vision. It lasts approximately 1 second. When I’m doing a "Free Breathwork", the vibration rises from my arms and legs, and when it reaches my head, I begin to see tens of such spots at once, with my eyes open and closed. I guess it's an optical effect in my physical eyes and brain, because I see the same thing all the time. If these are not hallucinations, then why don't other people report the same blue spots, or am I not the only one?
