@BeginnerActualizer youre not supposed to leave the body. Be in the body as much as you can. What youre experiencing are changes in your nervous system adjusting to a new, more "enlihhtened" perspective. If you try to combat this you will only prolong it.

I see your point but you are hiding behind the excuse of not labeling. Evil is dormant light. You might not wanna label it evil but thats only because of your negative connotation to the word. It is only a problem when you feel threatened by it. Because that is untrue. Evil is evil, good is good. Harmony exists within all. It doesnt care about your label. It cares about how secure are you with your own vibration/light

@Visitor evil is the infinite light in its most dormant form. everyone who reaches a certein purity of light beginns transmuting the dormant light into its higher forms. Just out of pure love/willingness

@Colin the light mantra has power in it and leads straight out of victimhood. I am love (depends) is a little more cushy. I recommend I am light as a basis.

Some form of A) talking therapy b) emotional coaching c) counseling d) some sort of a spiritual teacher if its possible in your area e) any combination of the above (like d + a, that's an extremely powerful combination to kick yourself off! :-p) It is not that much about the profession, the important part is that the professional "helper" resonates with your situation! So again, only follow what your heart says. Don't try to force nothin.

@TJM1959 Loads and loads of vitamins. Overload. And of course some form of meditation, that allows oyu to reconnect with your intuition. The rest is a journey only your highest resonance will show. Right now its showing you to get off drugs. lovely. Listen to what's next! :-)

@Leo Gura what i reckon the 5meo gives is samadhi with all there is, the ultimate highest state on your journey as a consciousness. But not that which is beyond isness.

Leo do you distinguish consciousness, and the Absolute infinity that is beyond consciousness? And isnt the word void meant for the absolute? For The One all else comes from? Also doesnt 5meo show the infinite light that came OUT of the absolute, for the absolute is beyond experience, beyond isness and being? Just to get clear on stuff... I have not done 5meo, but the one infinite source beyond foreverness doesn't seem to me like it can be experienced. This is just what Ive been able to deduce and more so intuit from the descriptions people have given.
