@unknownworld youre not using critical thinking youre just projecting. You made up a whole story in your head about it dude! The whole Guru thing and stuff Bentinho himself in a blog post I read some time ago wrote that he doesnt like the Guru position many people project onto him etc. Remember if you project the opposition of something (such as he aint no Guru) its the same story just as projecting he is a Guru and worshiping his ass! (Like me right? Hahaha). Anywho my man its ok if you dont like Bentinho if he doesnt resonate with you he is not for you and would only slow you down so you better stay away from him! But please dont ruin him for others haha. The fact that he isnt fit for you doesnt mean others cant benefit!

Every heart is to be embraced, not just the one of the master. Every soul is to flower it its innocence, not just the one of a master. Every master is to be proclaimed and honoured, not just the one that you follow, but that within each and every heart, that is there and is waiting in his infinite wisdom until he is announced.

I was recently pondering the question of why meditation sometimes serves the integration of the ego, and why sometimes it becomes a tool for stagnation, as well as why it is such a good catalyst at the beginning of our evolution. What is it that evolves us as dormant souls the quickest? What is the particle that makes up our journeys into the light? In my humble opinion it is Love. Meditation is the first step into love. It is the willingness to spend time with oneself, with ones emotions feelings and thoughts. The willingness to hit the "pause" on our chase, and enter a space of love. Within the space of love meditation is not always the best companion, but it is there to remind us our journey, and it is there to remind us that within the space of love nothing can ever be lost, everything can though be remembered.

@Dizzy its your mind using its imagination to bring forth your unconscious beliefs. The negative energy isnt a result of halucinations its the cause. So you can either use them as a mirror for furthet introspection or in a sende discard them (not invalidate) and work directly with your energy. Positive talk with your emotions would be perfect fit I believe. You see it is only a call for attention so it constructes these things to make it very much "in your face".
