  1. @Preetom sounds like kundalini indeed. Dont be mistaken active kundalini doesnt mean instant enlightenment. What kundalini does is that it deconstructs one's stuck nervous system, that creates an egoic perception of reality. This can take years (and will). Treat it with respect and love, be kind to yourself, I recommend Matt Kahn, all of his stuff is brilliant for a person with awakened kundalini. Some breathwork is useful at times, but only at certain phases. You must go with what resonates. Be ready to take a bunch of naps, go on eating streaks and insomnia. All of your cellular memory that stores trauma will surface eventually. This is no joke, it is hell! It is the dark night of the soul. And I cannot emohasize this more. Be kind to yourself my dearest friend. I wish you courage on your journey of transformation. And know that any kind of discomfort is only here to remind you how strong you are, by showing you what youre capable of surviving. Feel free to educate yourself on kundalini, beware of a lot of nonsense. Apply only relevant stuff that works well with your direct experience. Much love, and welcome on your journey home :). May you be blessed with good fortune.
  2. @Preetom does the energy have a kind of orgasmic quality to it?
  3. @egoless Thats a very personal choice :-). Apparently worked well for @Azrael,
  4. @Dodo It is only a sin because you define it so :-). Even so, it is only because you dwell on an unconscious belief of yourself to be a sinner. So congratulations, you now found a very foundational core belief you can now release. Admit defeat to beliefs point of view, validate it, give it many thanks for gurading you so well for so many years, and prepare for your consciousness to embark on a new journey that is free of this belief. May you live an endlessly blissful life free of pain.
  5. Basically there is only one loop that keeps the energy stuck, once the loop is broken, the energy will be released eventually, for the mechanism will be broken. It is the same loop that keeps your ego alive, more even so, the stuck energy is your very own ego-structure, in an under-developed (not compared to other humans, humans in general have underdeveloped nervous systems) nervous system, stopping it from natural expansion. The loop my dear friend, is the loop of judgement. Release judgement, or become mindful of it (those things are synonymous). Become mindful of judgement that energy should or should not be blocked. Become mindful of that there is a judgement of a good or bad feeling (you dont have to like it, but every feeling/emotion is just as valid). Once you become mindful of your judgement, the wheel, the loop, the suppression, is bound to stop, and the intelligence within the surpressed energy itself, will start working for its resolution.
  6. @Real Eyes kundalini is total obliteration of unwanted energy from yor system. During meditation though, trapped energy wants to get out.@Joseph Maynor No nothing odd about it at all, you calm your escape/defense mechanisms, and your nervous system finally gets a relief.
  7. @Marinus Or just another addiction
  8. @Ilya You see if there is an infinite creator, then the infinite creator is You. And who else is there to decide whether there is or is not a purpose to it all? Only the one infinite creator. Which is You. So You tell me! Is there a purpose?
  9. @Ilya There are two options for you. 1. You become cynical and question this, untill the one infinite penetrates your direct experience and you will see for yourself. 2. You take this on faith, and see it as a "well how could it be otherwise". Only you can know which one is more beneficial for your journey ahead. Many blessings.
  10. There generally is a difference between kundalini happening (1 time thing), and awakening, which is constant energy movement all-day, every-day, supposedly peaking in GOD-consciousness. When kundalini awakened in me, I just thought it was normal for everyone who meditates ?. Thanks for the answer, it looks like it just depends on the individual no matter the catalyst.
  11. @Azrael I have a question for your post-awakening process. Have you had full blown kundalini awakening? 5-meo is said to be a powerful catalyst.
  12. @Ilya It is to give the space for you to receive what an ego with a question is not able to.
  13. @Ilya Pleasure my friend :-) May you be triggered beyond your structures so it starts an endless expansion into the existence of bliss and harmony :-)
  14. @Ilya sensory world, your body sensations and mental world, images, thoughts, mental voices. and all of this contained within... what?
  15. @Ilya the whole "be in the now" is kind of an outdated new-age hoax. (Sorry Tolle). Everything is now. Future is now, past is now, pain is now, happiness is now, thoughts are now. What is worth cultivating is mindfulness, and awareness. Noticing your thoughts and realizing the distinction between sensorry world and mental world, and then ask the question: What is all of this happening in? What is the container of all form? What is changeless in contrast of changing? "presentness" is the ability to detach from the relative world.
  16. @Spiral even 2 enlightened parents are rare, not to mention 2 fully embodied beings. I am srsly curious about what kimd of children would such parents have.
  17. If 2 people with high degree of self-realization, not just the realizaion I am not my body/mind, but as well the full embodiment, the god-consciousness, merger of shiva and shakti... fuck have a baby raise him in an enlightened environment (0 ego energy around), would the child develop an ego? If not, how well could it function?
  18. You peaked my interest. Could you post a link about the 666 you talk of?
  19. @Ilya Mmmmmmm... no. You'll have to watch it to see for youself x).
