  1. In some circles this would be called gaslighting :D. So funny. Liar Liar pants on fire.
  2. This is delicious I'd add onto that that our past lives affected the kinds of choices and values we wish to embody in this life.
  3. Yes. the way for you to realize unity is to heal your emotional wounds. In reality, this is a path for everyone, but people who are narcissistic have like this egoic overlay that they can't do this and so they first need a path to cut through the overlay. You as an empath don't have such overlay and so the narcissistic path doesn't do anything at all. Btw Matt just sent out an e-mail about his newest angel academy. From what I could feel it's gonna be SO mega awesome, the energy I was picking up was pure ecstatic joy. I'd check that out, it's on a really big discount till September. Oh also if you like Matt join project resolution, it's on his website, it's free and it's ridiculously powerful. This is a link to the first call https://instantteleseminar.com/Events/116841405?inf_contact_key=cb290183046ddb393df23f864cad5f2d09c74070ac2bf3cfa7869e3cfd4ff832 Much love.
  4. I think you could almost say that it's inherently good! It's the beautiful trait of attunement. The cure for codependency isn't to give up attunement, it's only to develop the ability to prioritize our own needs while being attuned simultaneously. That way we can actually estimate whether the person we are with can meet our needs very easily. If you don't find that the case, instead of feeling bad and thinking there is something wrong with you because the other person can't give you what you want, you find a way to meet your needs in some other way, without making it anyone's fault.
  5. Exactly! It's just the wrong kind of path for us... it's like eating cat food as a dog... ain't right
  6. @MindfulXpansion This is so timely. Matt Kahn shared this on his Facebook just yesterday.
  7. yeah...But that doesn't make it okay. And im only saying that because we can sometimes act compassionately while being enablers to abuse. The first step to recovery of any kind of abuser is a sincere phone-book long letter of apologies to all that they've hurt. It is true that they are emotionally at the level of a child, but simultaneously they are predators that hurt people.
  8. I think this is also a superb thing to say. This just comes to show that every narcissist is actually an empath in the making, because beneath the layers of delusion of grandeur and self-absorbption lies a mountain of inferiority. Climbing this mountain is then the feminine path, that empaths are born into.
  9. yep.. I think you did some editing and now it's a little confusing Those are amazing points. Yeah... any time any ego is in any relationship it will be looking for a hiding spot, and that hiding spot will either be found in inferiority or superiority. So everyone can act superior, even the most sensitive empaths. The most reliable trait here to know who is where on the spectrum is self-absorbption and arrogance. People like this get too wrapped in their own viewpoint that stops them from seeing the reality of other people. Far end of the spectrum is narcissism. The other end of the spectrum is codependency, where most empaths find themselves residing, because they have already been born with an expanded viewpoint that allows them to conceive and feel the reality of others. In terms of evolution they are more evolved because of their capacity and openness. Their (our) struggle is to reclaim our power and realize that we matter just as much as everyone else, and there will be many times where we have to put ourselves first. For the self-absorbed individual, their path is to come to the opposite realization. That's why the masculine path is mainly for them, because they need to find the discipline to drop the self-serving narratives and find a way to harmoniously coexist with others without gobbling for themselves.
  10. This, although better way of saying it is that one has a tendency towards self-absorption, the other simply does not and has a natural gravitational pull towards empathy (that's why when people say they're empaths and then they're dismissed by self-absorbed individuals as "but you're not special that's just a story", is something very unfortunate and abusive. Every ego can feel superior or inferior in certain situations, that's just how egos are. You can feel inferior with your boss and superior with your spouse. This made me giggle . What a spiritual thing to say! "My ego is superior to your ego." I think you should make that a thing
  11. @DrewNows determination, self-enquiry, meditation and concentration. Quite Zen Buddhism
  12. I think the biggest downfall of the spiritual journey is the fact that the feminine awakening takes place in individuals with inferior ego-structures, who feel bad about themselves. The masculine path is what's required to surrender individuals with superior ego-structures who tend to get lost in self-absorption. The tragic-comedy is that individuals who are going through the feminine awakening are chasing after the self-absorbed egos, because they seem to be confidently claiming to have all the answers, while the feminine ones run round open, with low self-esteem asking for permission to be themselves, and accidentally being on the masculine path as a result of following the advice of the "confident gurus", which is the opposite of what they need. Contrastingly, it is up to each person going through the masculine awakening realize, as they become more open, that what's opening for them is actually their capacity to step into the feminine path.
  13. @Esoteric And just really quickly to show you where the path needs to take you, and what will make this much easier and will save you years of pain, start creating a friendly relationship with your emotional body. Referring to your emotions as "emotional shit" just shows (and of course you're not doing this on purpose) an antagonistic relationship with your emotions. It is so important to create an allegiance with your emotions, that if only you did that and stop doing every spiritual practice at the moment, you would be better off, than meditating for days on end.
  14. That's just whatever the weed is actually repressing from your emotional body coming up. Kundalini awakening is all about emotion, the "emotioal shit" are the weeps and screams of your traumas and inner child that are actually in charge of how your awakening is going to go. That's the surrender... you surrender into your emotions, and that's why the masculine path will not take you there, and nor will weed.
  15. @Esoteric Yeah, also I would say substance abuse of any kind including weed slows down the kundalini awakening, which is not what you want because it cannot be stopped, but it can be slowed down into an insanely agonizing pace.
  16. @Esoteric The feminine awakening, the kundalini awakening is conducted through you being able to surrender to the energy expanding within you. The reason why it's blocked in places just means there is unresolved trauma within your nervous system that needs your attention. Kriya yoga can be useful to a degree, however most of the path is conducted through allowing, surrendering and self-love. Kriya yoga can get too pushy and achievement oriented (it's a masculine activity). On the other hand creative expression, self-love, connection, self-care, and healing of trauma are very feminine energies that allow your kundalini to transform your nervous system more effortlessly.
  17. Hi dear Pluto. I am sorry to disappoint you but in terms of lightening up, I will do no such thing. There are ways in which healing works, and in which it doesn't. Taking abuse, and sprinkling unicorn dust over it and calling it a rainbow-ice cream instead, is allowing abuse to exist further on the planet without resolution. When there is injustice, pain and suffering in the world, by honestly admitting and acknowledging what is happening gives the patterns permission to be resolved by the collective light of all of us. You may do as you please, and I am not here to convince you or change anything you do. But I wish to acknowledge the pain of all of us, that keeps being recycled by denial. Sending blessings of love to your heart.
  18. And the reason why this is so important is that it's the same kind of expectation and pressure that she's most likely been under from her fans and people in the industry. Existing like that is extraordinarily uncomfortable and in all honesty a little unfair. And while it is of course her journey to learn how to release all the pressure, and step fully into herself, much more helpful attitude towards Aurora is one of empathy and compassion. You can see the difference in the interviews between the old ones in like 2015,16 and now... it's different, and calling it "super lovely" or "the embodiment of inner child" while seemingly true, is just a massive misunderstanding of unraveling codependent ego-structure.
  19. @pluto You know, not to be a whistle-blower but the way you're talking about her and painting her as such a perfect being is actually an act of objectification and a gateway to abuse. It's an energy of worship, where you don't allow the person to be as they are with all of their flaws, which makes it impossible for any real intimate connection to happen, and you're basically on a subconscious and energetic level asking her to fulfill a role you have created in your mind. Just to be clear what things are, your attitude towards her while it may seem positive, is an act of objectifying her into something you created with expectations. I am grateful for the sobering attitude of @Natasha, and while I would have said it differently than her, what she is actually doing is creating a more balanced viewpoint where more space is created for Aurora to exist the way she needs without so much pressure added onto her.
  20. @lukej Thank you, I really appreciate the positivity. I see your point and do agree. Truth be told I’ve been feeling a little besides myself last couple days and my posting here is coming from a little obsessive place... of course that’s not gonna stop me everything I have to say is incredible majestic and glorious haha. By the way the book is also incredibly fun to read, it’s like reading a fantasy novel packed with energetic upgrades... almost like living out your own adventure of ascension. In all honesty even if it didn’t work at all (and I’m not saying it doesn’t), I’d still love the fun of it... :D. There are even dragons... my favourite creatures... *sighs*
  21. Also I wanna briefly touch on this because it can be misunderstood. Yes, the light is always within us. However our egos interpret this wisdom as a form of “Okay so I can totally do this on my own.” and in that lies a couple of problems. First, the ego can’t do anything, the ego can surrender but even if the ego says it surrenders it’s still the ego doing something. Therefor the ego can be surrendered, to the light by divine plan and timing, but not by itself. It’s like a bread wanting to bake itself... that’s just not gonna happen. Second, we were not designed to do our spiritual journeys alone, that is why we have spirit guides, spiritual teachers and other infinite forms in which we are guided by source into expansion. Consciousness is a very collaborative effort.
  22. @lukej I understand your concerns with that and they’re valid. I personally think the jewellery is cute and can be induced with energy to help you navigate the brutality of ascending your energy field and returning it to it’s natural state. But it’s okay to be sceptical about it. I am not here to sell her to anyone and if her energy doesn’t give you a big YES then perhaps it’s not time for you to embrace her. But the jewellery is literally just a cherry on top of what she does. If you wanna truly see if you can gain benefit from her teachings, you can check out and join some of her free online prayer circles, or find some recorded on YouTube. The energy in those sessions can be very powerful and allow you to heal your nervous system in a very loving and gentle way. Same can of course be said about the book. During my first read I balled my eyes out in every chapter. It would be a shame to dismiss the potential of ingesting a lot of light into your field based on fancy jewellery. I wish you well on your path.
