  5. GPT basically works like an echo chamber so it has 0 worth. Yes more fiber will makes you fart more and potentially generate gut pain at term. It's what happens all the time, especially with some kinds of fibers. More fiber also constipates, unless you drink a ton of water. I've never been as constipated as when I ate dates or coconut; and my "primal" experience didn't induce constipation. Of course, if you ask GPT for evidence that the opposite is true, he'll tell you that fiber must help with intestinal transit, etc.; that's ChatGPT, who's coming up with "mechanisms" to brush you off without empiricism (of course, since he's a machine). There's actually a study that showed that fiber worsens intestinal problems, particularly constipation. And eating 100g of fiber is dishusting anyway, you have to be very disconnected from the body to swallow so many fibrous foods, unless you take "fiber supplements" lol for some reason.

  11. No wheat is very digest and has a decent GI, it's also less contaminated and way more nutritious than white rice. Gluten is overrated and fibers + anti nutrients underrated about gut issues. Nobody get gut issues because of gluten it's a fad, but plenty of people develop gut issues while becoming vegan because of some foods who are rich in proteins on paper but are gut boxers. You know it anyway it's not proper food when you are in front of your bowl of beans lol, beans are not supposed to be ate in large amount everyday and/and cooked for a long time, generated in fat for the taste and the soothing properties on the intestines.

  17. Fibers can produce LPS, which negatively affects the brain. When i was almost vegan and ate plenty of fiber i had a terrible brain fog and was angry/mean.

  20. If listening to your gut is forbidden in your system, you'll just let yourself die at the slightest problem. The excitement is still there, because otherwise you'd simply be depressed (so 0 energy, appetite...) ; it's just inhibited. Maybe when I talk to you, I just bore you most of the time, and you'd like to block me out, but it's so inhibited that it doesn't appear, and so your entire energy system is blocked. Not just me, but anyone/anything else.

  23. I sometimes wonder if it's possible to train your brain to see colors and shapes that are normally imperceptible. If this is sometimes possible under psychedelics, it must be possible to train yourself to the point where you can play with these things in your everyday imagination.
