Gahhh, i cringe when people come from “good intentions” only to realize they’re just little trolls trying to save me from “evil”. 💀 “Evil” is code for “threatens what I believe is true”.

Hated seems logical and honest on the surface, but examined further all you see is confusion, insecurity, and a need for control.

Mom kissing me in the back of my neck before we left the Christmas family hangout a couple nights ago. In Filipino culture, they take love for their children very very seriously.

IFS therapy, according to Wikipedia (as of this post): Been doing IFS for 6 months with our neurodivergent relationship therapist and it SAVED it! Despite science saying it doesn’t work 😹 I have experienced dissociated symptoms in therapy, but I don’t see it as a problem. Helps me go deeper.
