  1. It’s impossible when your mind lacks flexibility. It’s like having your hand over your face where your eyes are and complaining that you can’t see anything but darkness. That literally becomes your entire life story. You’ll even justify that the little gap of light you see is just a facade and nothing to be excited or curious about.
  2. Wait… how old are you? Must explain why you love that 65 movie. Adam Driver is pretty hot af, so perhaps you’re also questioning and exploring your sexuality
  3. There are indeed higher (lol) dimensions. At the higher dimensions it’ll be obvious that not only are you the only being in existence; all beings are an expression of YOU.
  4. No need to. You can directly experience what torture is metaphysically. If you’re wise, you’ll discover that all of it is pure imagination. The entire dream gets recontextualized, and you’re able to overcome fears that nobody else would think were possible.
  5. I’d be careful with believing, no matter how absolutely convinced you are about it. I used to believe a bunch of stupid stuff, and my mind was very good at propagating those beliefs. I still have many beliefs that keep me stuck, but they don’t have a grip on my life as much as they used to. If anything, you’ll actually be in disbelief when you have your first awakening experience. Consider it a true test to see if you’re actually willing to take this seriously or if you’re just fooling yourself.
  6. You tell me, you’re the mental health professional after all Maybe I’m just deluded, heh. Leo posted this insight today. I’d love to hear your thoughts about it. Also, I don’t recall anybody claiming that chasing states of “insanity” is the goal. Where did you get that idea from?
  7. From my experience, it’s exceptionally rare for a mental health professional to also be experienced with spirituality. I’m fortunate enough to have worked with a couple of them. Unfortunately, this is where Leo makes a valid point when communicating the dangers of science. A lot of what’s going on in the mental health field only focuses on the psychology mind, which is a big shame. Thankfully, psychedelics are becoming more accepted in the scientific and mental health domains, so there is hope for the future. For now, you do make some valid points.
  8. Then it sounds like therapy might be appropriate for you at this time. I do therapy, so it’s nothing to be ashamed about. And/or take the psychedelic and report back to us you’re findings, lol.
  9. No. YOU are imagining all of that. WAKE UP!
  10. Of course there is reality beyond 3D. I recall Leo shared this video on his blog one time. It’s worth revisiting:
  11. If your current therapist ain’t working, then yeah, firing them and finding a new one is warranted.
  12. If a bully is messing with you, being nice is going out the window. If you allow bullies to walk all over you, you will inevitably suffer. Being nice can be a serious distraction if you’re not careful.
  13. @Dazgwny You summed up my experience on point. Nice one!
  14. I’ve face insanity just now to contemplate this for myself. Here’s the deal: The mind will rev up any story you continue to give fuel to. Bur guess what? Since your GOD, no story in the entire universe and beyond has any control over you. YOU are the entire creation and nobody can tell YOU how to live your life. TA DA
  15. I only remembered he said that when you mentioned it. Also, notice how you should also treat driving on the road like loaded gun. Despite that, many people still drive like shit. Why?!
  16. Suffer long enough and you convince yourself thoroughly that suffering is all that there is. Then you feed and maintain an abusive relationship you have with yourself. To make it even worse, you act as if there’s no way out of your suffering, hence all the avoidance behaviors. Now that’s the real insanity.
  17. Your perspective gives it life. If you have a claustrophobic perspective, you will only see darkness.
  18. Leo Gura is a time traveller, grew hair, and found his hot-witch girlfriend. Confirmed!
  19. Paradoxically, peace, love and joy are best expressed when you don’t have any reason at all to be peaceful, loving, and joyful. If you need a reason, then you’ve already lost the magic.
  20. The biggest FU to Twitter is that Threads also starts with a T and is 7 letters long.
