The highest joy I’ve discovered is realizing that there is no separation between “you” and “me”. It takes years of deconstruction, shadow work, etc to allow that realization to really sink in. Gradually shedding your finite self to ultimately merge back with the whole. Having those realizations over and over and over again, with less fear and resistance over time. That’s what this all boils down to.
