Very useful for the visually impaired. Can't wait to read it aloud to them. Salutations! Some people can't see Leo. Who needs to see Leo when you can feel God? Integrating acceptance and self-compassion is key. This shame in being mentally ill is eating you alive. You wouldn't blame a blind person for not being able to see, or a person without legs for not being able to walk.

@shree Thank you for sharing. Others with more experience will hopefully be able to chime in! But before I go.... ^ This particular part caught my attention, and I totally relate to it.
