Of course you had no idea. I mask my conditions in public. I never think or feel like I'm lying in the moment. Whatever cray cray emotional roller coaster comes up in that moment IS my reality. And just like a roller coaster, I have no control over it once it starts. I'm just along for the ride (and anyone else who dares to ride along with me). There's no gap between feelings and reality. There's no way to reason with me in that moment. I'm completely out of control! The "lie" only becomes visible later, in hindsight, when I'm no longer in that BPD state. I smashed a plastic laundry basket into a million pieces after a minor miscommunication about a month ago, in my own home. That's how intense I can be in private. It doesn't happen as often as it did when I was much younger, thanks to years of therapy and psychedelic integration.

I can. I have BPD. I didn't even realize I had BPD until like a year ago. I've seen many therapists throughout my life, so it's wild to me that BPD has gone undetected for this long. Cray cray!

Thank you for the follow. I don't really post anymore; I just look at others' stuff. My Instagram is like a journal. I don't archive anything, even posts I disagree with or I don't resonate with anymore (like the political stuff). So that I can collectively look back and see all the cringy stuff I did in my past.
