Meditate while driving, while eating, while watching a movie, while with friends, while doing the chores, while having sex, while walking out in nature, while playing with the cat, while taking a shower, while exercising, while sitting, while breathing, while lying down, while doing nothing, while doing something, while bored, while horny, while tired, while depressed, while happy. You get the gist.
