Another neat way to explore emotions is to go to your favorite music streaming service and type an emotion in the search bar. There may be a playlist with amazing songs related to that emotion! Alternatively, ask AI. For example, “Give me songs with this emotion: scared”

Indeed. I just bought a footlong sub from Subway via mobile app. When I went to pick it up, I was given A 6 inch instead of a footlong. I observed the embarrassment on the employee, and that greatly reduced the anger in me. I knew that he didn’t intentionally mean to make me the wrong sub. It happens and we are all human.
