  1. All I know is that medical cannabis helped me get off of both antidepressants and stimulants. That should tell you a lot. (this was a 5 year process which took time and development… good things take time to develop!)
  2. Of course, reading Newport’s books is better than smoking Newports.
  3. Bet you haven’t seen all of them. Now’s your chance to ketchup.
  4. Make sure you’re getting enough zzz’s
  5. You’ve already failed since this was your 69th post
  6. We make life harder than what it needs to be. There’s plenty to learn from doing laundry just like there is much to learn from a meditation session. We tend to have a bias that one thing is more meaningful than the other.
  7. Any where Consciousness imagines. One moment you’re in hell, the next you’re in heaven, then you’re in a music hall… yeah, as you can see this will go on for infinity. Being aware that this is all a dream is Awakening. Enlightenment is the end of seeking. And now I need to do laundry….
  8. Welcome to the forum! We talk about a bunch of diverse stuffs on here and have very diverse feelings around these topics. Just be respectful towards your fellow conscious beings and you’ll be just fine.
  9. Mike Tyson loves 5-MeO.. can’t be all that bad!
  10. Same. However, the internet has been a game changer. I mean, we wouldn’t be here had it not been for the internet. Even my therapist is virtual only!
  11. No one even knows what’ll happen in the next 10 minutes, yet here we are.

  13. @Breakingthewall great documentary, thanks!
  14. Absolutely. It wasn’t all rainbows and sunshine, that’s for sure. I had to spend years relearning what is life and how to go about it. People don’t want to let go of their current situation unless push comes to shove (which it finally did in my case). This shift happened months after I had taken cannabis for the first time, so that was likely a major factor that woke me up, so to speak. Haha, I have a sister named Anna.
  15. I left my extended family 5 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m doing things in my life that they would never approve of and I feel much more authentic with myself.
  16. Reminds me of this scene! Let’s gooo! @r0ckyreed
  17. Will update you in a year if my weight changes
