  5. I fled Catholicism because I could no longer allow myself to be run by a belief system that was imposed onto me. A lot of what I’m doing now is opposite of what a perfect Catholic should be doing, yet I feel much more empowered and authentic. Hell, for me, would be if I was forced to obey rules that go against my authentic self.

  20. This sounds like something I have great difficulties with. I repeatedly wind up forming close connections to people with codependency issues, and I’ve had enough of it. It’s draining my energy and destabilizing my autonomy.
  21. Why not exercise simply because you enjoy it? For example, I wound up doing an unplanned meditation session yesterday and I just let go and basked in it. I also started jogging a few mins in the morning and I feel fantastic

  25. Sorry, I wouldn’t know I’m in the USA. But I also envy you that you’re excited about getting bloodwork done! Many times I get it done there is some difficulty since my veins are very difficult to find. Do you have that problem as well?
